Totally separate entrance around the side and down the shabby stairs. They do nothing to enhance the ambiance down there, but if you take the time to sort through what they have you could find that surprise item that you can't find anywhere else for half the price or even less. But back upstairs, they have everything from vacation wear to formal wear. From every season, to outdoor sports, to accessories. If you like that New England look the MA Islands are so famous for, this is where you can find it. Most often when we come here we shop in both stores. Sometimes we climb back and forth trying to decide if we like the deal downstairs more than the full priced item upstairs. You should try it when in Vineyard Haven. Great way to waste time waiting for the Ferry!

It's U$ 80 sandals, not U$15, so I expect some quality. Today, I went to the store to ask for help: either to reimburse the money or to exchange it for another sandal. The manager, Larissa de Oliveira, told me this wasn't a store problem and asked me to call the fabric which made the sandals for possible reimbursement. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE SINCE THEY SELL NO QUALITY ITEMS FOR EXPENSIVE PRICES AND WITHOUT GUARANTEES. AND, THE WORKERS AND NOT KIND OR HELPFUL.

Why are you telling people you can't take any more donations because you're so overloaded but then they walk inside and there's fast fashion clothes lining the walls at $8-$15? 10 years ago some of my favorite pieces were steals from this thrift store, now it's hard to find anything worth the large tag they have on it, you'll have better luck with Cape thrifting, depop, and marketplace... these people are out of their minds.

I have found gifts for family members and beautiful shawls, tops and costume jewelry which are staples in my wardrobe. The cashmere shawls and sweaters are exceptional. The staff have always been friendly and helpful.

I was in this store and found the employee to be rude and dismissive. I bought two sale items and…read morewanted to return one the next day and was told sale items are not returnable. I inquired where on the digital receipt (no hard copy receipts were offered) did it state that. There was no sign in the store with return policies either. The sales person responded with a snarky tone 'that usually all sales items are returnable'. I returned the item and will never shop there again. Maybe they cater to different type of customer and I didn't appear to fit that mold.
