This small boutique was packed with a wide variety of childrens clothing, accessories and gifts. They carry both American brands and European styles, some of which can be pricey, but are beautiful. I had the displeasure of meeting the owner/manager the day I visited. She was the only visible employee working. She sat behind the counter looking at her computer screen the entire time customers were in the store. Instead of greeting anyone or offering assistance, she jumped and cringed anytime an item was touched and accidentally fell from an overstuffed rack.

Every year, my partner and I purchase decals, stickers, posters, and clothing. Mostly everything goes into a frame of sorts and hangs somewhere in our home. In 2012, we never purchased a poster, which was depressing. But, we purchase 2013 & 2014 posters. We had an AMAZING experience with Lance and Courtney. We explained to them how we neglected to purchase a poster in 2012. Courtney, who we dealt with on the 29th, looked all over the store and the website for the 2012 MV poster. She was relentless. She apologized and was very polite and sincere. She recommended we comeback on the 31st and speak to Lance, her manager. We came back on the 31st. Lance was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made us feel like we were talking with old friends. He apologized and explained the only poster in 2012 was the PROMOTION POSTER (the blue fish/shark on the yellow background); but nothing for retail sales. He did, however, find us the 2012 werewolf poster. He settled another purchase for us and at the same time showed us on the computer fan art and eBay, where we might find the 2012 promotion poster. My partner and I come to MV to vacation with friends. Every year we visit your MV shop because of the perfect - and I cannot stress that enough, perfect - service. Your employees there deal with trashy tourists from all over the world ever summer (We are from Philadelphia, PA and I know some of us can be trashy tourist), yet they remain cool, awesome, relatable people who make you think you're talking to friends. It took 2 weeks for the company to recognize the return which was yesterday. According to customer service, I have to wait another 10 days for the credit to be issued to my credit card! Whhhhaaatttt? Ordering merchandise through their website has been a complete failure. Order was placed Nov. 22…read more(#185255) and still have not received items. Not because of supply chain issues. Because nobody took responsibility for shipment delivery, incorrect address nor follow up to ensure claim. FedEx said they had the wrong address. No one called me. I found out through their app. Called black dog customer service because FedEx refused to correct address. Bd said they would correct address. Never happened. FedEx decided to just leave it literally the sidewalk outside the the community. FedEx refused to take responsibility. BD refused to claim any responsibility to replace or follow up on a claim within 72 hours. I called my bank to stop payment. Waste of time, resources and money. Will not be subjected to that poor response.
