It's U$ 80 sandals, not U$15, so I expect some quality. Today, I went to the store to ask for help: either to reimburse the money or to exchange it for another sandal. The manager, Larissa de Oliveira, told me this wasn't a store problem and asked me to call the fabric which made the sandals for possible reimbursement. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE SINCE THEY SELL NO QUALITY ITEMS FOR EXPENSIVE PRICES AND WITHOUT GUARANTEES. AND, THE WORKERS AND NOT KIND OR HELPFUL.

The clothing, which features men's and women's mainstream sizes (I didn't observe any plus sizes), is very sporty and androgynous, and prices run about $28 for a t-shirt, $68 for a hoodie, $148 for a men's plaid button-down, $110 and up for sunglasses, $68 beach towel, and a variety of very delicate jewelry with petite pendants on fragile-looking chains that spoke of understated, modern elegance. Nothing here is overtly feminine, and the sportiness is further driven home by the presence of several giant windsurfing boards mounted along the wall near the back of the store. It's not the kind of store I'd personally shop in, because as I mentioned above, they don't carry plus sizes in women's clothing, nor do they share my aesthetic for jewelry, etc....But I feel it's important to give credit where credit is due, and I cannot stress enough what an awesomely humane gesture it is for a shop to make such an effort to make their store accessible to ALL people, whether able-bodied or those who live in wheelchairs.

Fun, flirty, and just the right touch of island for Vineyard events. My favorite purchase is a circular full length black heavy rayon skirt from Morrocco with a matching top that has drop sleeves. The skirt has buttons so you can hitch up one side to show a bit of leg if you are so inclined. Then there is the red rayon dress with bright fruit print that lifts my spirits whenever I ransack my closet. A stunning scarf/stole also made its way into my closet, the buffy beige color and gold embroidered edge make it dressy enough for evening. Laughing Bear has the best clothes and gets the last laugh for good prices and friendly salespeople.

Ordering merchandise through their website has been a complete failure. Order was placed Nov. 22…read more(#185255) and still have not received items. Not because of supply chain issues. Because nobody took responsibility for shipment delivery, incorrect address nor follow up to ensure claim. FedEx said they had the wrong address. No one called me. I found out through their app. Called black dog customer service because FedEx refused to correct address. Bd said they would correct address. Never happened. FedEx decided to just leave it literally the sidewalk outside the the community. FedEx refused to take responsibility. BD refused to claim any responsibility to replace or follow up on a claim within 72 hours. I called my bank to stop payment. Waste of time, resources and money. Will not be subjected to that poor response.
