It was delicious. Warm fresh scone served with yummy cream and jam. I also ordered the chocolate cake tea with the scone and it was surprisingly good. Had some chocolate flavor and tasted good with milk. Hubby ordered Mac and cheese and it was served piping hot with a slice of garlic bread. Pretty good too! Kiddo ordered hot chocolate with marshmallows and a chocolate cake. The cake itself was soft and moist and not overly sweet. Went well with the tea and hot chocolate. The hot chocolate seemed standard and she seemed to like it. The place is not overly pricey for a touristy place. Service was also good and friendly.

I had the Hot Chocolate with Marshmallow and Cream and my friend had tea with milk. We also ordered 2 different kinds of their house made scones, and those came with raspberry jam and clotted cream. The scones were great. They weren't sweet, so the went perfectly on it. When in England, you have to have the clotted cream with your scone. The scone has enough butter in it. They are really friendly here too! Hope we can come back again during our short stay here in the Cotswolds.
