The iced wonderful white raspberry latte was amazing I would order it again. The iced double caramel delight latte was "a delight." Overall, I will be back, and can't wait to try other flavors!

Their menu was super creative and seasonal too, with lots of drink options (they even serve beer, which was unexpected but cool)! Our barista mentioned she was still in training, and I appreciated her honesty and kindness. The drinks came out okay, we ordered a Pumpkin espresso, which came lightly flavored and the other, Banana Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso was a bit strong, it tasted mostly espresso with the flavors either not in the beverage or not quite blended in. I did like how she offered different milk options, that was a nice touch. I also noticed some cups had cute pumpkin toppers, which was an adorable detail (mine didn't have one, but I noticed others did). Overall, it was a cute stop with nice service and a great vibe. After a few minutes (to allow the tea to steep), both items were ready. The London Fog was excellent -- flavorful, balanced, and not overly sweet. The scone, however, was disappointing; though warmed, it tasted dry and stale. Two other issues detracted from the visit. Much of the furniture looked worn and past its prime, and there were flies throughout the space that were a constant distraction. Overall, the experience was underwhelming. While the beverage was very good, the food quality and atmosphere would keep us from recommending or returning.

There are art and pottery for sale, made by local artists and a young potter. I picked up two pieces of pottery, for a great price. The art was out of my budget, but was truly stunning! I wish there was a Java Cat in every town. So lucky to have found it on my visit to Madison last weekend. I'll definitely return!!

Seems like a fun and creative menu with seasonal drink options. Refresher was nice, just like you'd expect, but a little on the sweet side for me. I got a second cup of seltzer to "cut" the drink and it was perfect. Front room is cozy with moderate noise and activity from the coffee bar and front entrance. There's a second back room that was cooler, quiet, and with lots of open tables for studying. I came on a weekday afternoon, but there was plenty of open seating even with ~10 customers sitting in. I wish there were more outlets, though!
