I'm not going to say anything that hasn't already been said. The Coffee Collective was fantastic. The ambience is great and can only be bested by the service and food. Ordered a cappuccino and their homemade coconut yogurt. Both were great. Just walk in and find a seat. The amazing baristas will come and take your order. Their presentation matches the taste. There are also fun books and journals that highlight the cafe, including a mention of their dedication to amazing quality and fair trade standards. The coffee served here is great - love the nice menu where the coffees are described based on origin and flavor. The reputation for high quality roasts is well deserved, but I have yet to be wowed by their cafés. Things like adding sugar to my iced coffee without asking and making lukewarm flat whites instead of letting me experience the full range of flavors from hot to cold put me off. It seems pointlessly "we know better." That being said, the beans I brought home are fantastic. And if they take time to make sure everything is made just right. If they don't think they did their best they will redo it for you. I love that. read more

We came for a mid afternoon coffee and cake and it was absolutely great. First off, the coffee itself is delicious. Second off, the croissants and other baked goods are as well. Finally, the atmosphere and building itself are pretty good and they support a great cause which making buying the coffee that much more enjoyable. Will definitely be returning. read more

Awesome cozy coffee shop where you can look in and see their roasting operations, and the pour-over coffee and espresso drinks are always top-quality. Plus, I went during a little Sunday jazz concert consisting of a bass and guitar, and it just made for a perfect vibe in a buzzing cafe on a rainy day. This shop was my magical & cozy 'regular' getaway for coffee when I was in Copenhagen - especially the Frederiksberg location. I am a HUGE fan of craft coffee & in my own city where I live in the US, I often rotate going to all the best coffee shops. It was nice to visit the Coffee Collective knowing that they carry so much passion & knowledge about coffee and that it is one of the absolute best coffee destinations in the world - it shows... the proof is in the brew. ;) ps. The Coffee collective is one of the best coffee bars I've been to in Copenhagen. The place is spacious and authentic with a nice buzzing atmosphere. I had a longer conversation with the barista and I appreciate the time she spent telling me about their Kenyan coffee and her origin. Me and my mates ordered the coffee jug of the day, which bought us two cups of coffee each for 25 kr. per person. Excellent coffee and this is by far my favourite location of theirs. The ambience is really relaxing, good for working and relatively less crowded than their Jægersborggade shop where it's difficult to get a seat. Very friendly and welcoming staff. read more
