Games, cocktails and a relaxed ambience. But be aware of pickpockets, with everyone feeling so relaxed and friendly it may seem they're not around but they are.

We decided to stop by one night and it did not disappoint. The cafe had all the board games you could imagine and had multiple sections where you could sit and hang out. Some of the more common games were free to play and they had others where you could rent for a small price. There's also food and drinks you can order. Definitely a fun place to hang out with friends!

Atmosphere is great but food is sub-par. Recommend this place for a fun (but casual) night out with friends for board games and drinks. I ordered a mushroom grilled cheese that barely had any toppings and was heavy on bread. Chai was good though!

A really great place to be, whether you are bored out of your mind or are looking for a place to just grab a coffee and relax. The orange stickers mean you can play some games for free (honor policy) and there are even professional game administrators who can help you out if you need it! The atmosphere is great and the bar is nice. :)

Excellent place to have a chill night out with your friends. The atmosphere is great here and the crowd is very mixed (not only youngester's!) There are so many games, and it may get difficult to choose a game. My friends and I actually spent quite a while to figure out how to play a game... Haha, but it was a really fun and relaxing night out. A break from all the dancing! The drink prices are quite reasonable, inexpensive. I think the food too, but I didn't get to try any of the food. The place is quite spacious as well, my friends and I went on a Friday night and it was not overly crowded, but it was filled.

    So many games!

Fantastic place. And since I've gotten this question a lot; no, it's not just for nerds. There are people of all ages who visit! You don't have to play games to be there, you can also sit and enjoy the atmosphere. There's a wide range of games to enjoy, some for free and some you have to pay to play. However, a membership for en entire year is only 125kr i believe - and you get to bring a friend for free! Otherwise it's 25kr to play all games in the cafe. Their bar is also great! I don't drink but they do serve lots of different drinks which I'm sure are great. Their hot chocolate is amazing, you must try it if you visit. Their fries..... Don't even get me started on their fries. You get to choose if you want curly or regular or skinny or with vinegar and just... So many choices!! This cafe is just so. Damn. GOOD.

The seating is first come, first serve and you order at the bar like most cafes in Denmark. The ambiance was so cozy. We ordered a cafe latte and a mocha latte. Both were delicious and creamy and they came with little ginger cookies on the side. We also ordered the 3 mini veggie burgers and they were so yummy! And actually more the size of normal burgers in the US so I was pleasantly surprised. The burgers came with the softest and tastiest potatoes I've ever had. Whether you're looking for a romantic evening coffee with your special someone, a cozy catch up with a friend, or some R&R on your own - this cafe is a must go to if you're in Copenhagen !

The mushroom frittata (I think it was) was absolutely delish- no rubbery egg taste, lovely mushies. I was worried about the carrot salad because it looked like it was tossed in something creamy, but it was quite good. This also included a really rich and thick tomato soup, and a small toast w/ goat cheese and a rhubarb jam, and some sweet treat- I'm guessing made with mascarpone. Hubbies sandwiches were good, though I've never seen mushrooms in a chicken salad before (luckily they were big enough for him to pick out so I got those too). Only reason to dong them a Star was due to the chaotic way and wait to order. There was one queue downstairs and two people intermittently taken orders. But, the people taking the orders also were making fancy coffee drinks and doing other stuff, so it was very staccato. When we were next in line, both people ringing people up went missing for quite a few minutes and then a newcomer went straight over to the 2nd register to ask a question, as if the people in the longer queue weren't waiting, and because the guys behind the counter were so all over the place they couldn't keep track of that. Then it turns out if you want to sit upstairs, you have to order up there, so off we went to wait in another queue. After you order, you take a number to your table and we thought they forgot about us, and asked a bus boy to check in for us and he returned with our food. Oy! Also: They do have English menus on request, but not typically on the table. Excellent food and ambience!

Probably because it's hard to find if you don't know it's Danish name (HAHA!). I knew it as The Little Yellow Coffee Bar, however we know that's not really it's name on a map or google. It is tucked away, right off Strøget, one of the busiest walking streets in the city. When you walk in, you can order downstairs and sit there, or travel upstairs to sit at a table or on one of the comfy couches. I elected to have my oat milk latte and chocolate croissant upstairs on a couch. I admired the decor and sipped my latte while doing some work. Around dinner, it got a bit busier since they serve actual food here, besides pastries and coffee. At that point, it was a bit louder and less suited for work. So you could come here for either a meal with friends or to enjoy the calm vibes of a coffee shop, depending on the time!
