If I could give 100 stars for the scone I would. Unfortunately the customer service takes this place down about 97 stars. The coffee is tasty but the way we were treated left a bitter taste in my mouth. There were several employees working on our first visit and they were busy... talking to each other. There was no reason for us to be rushed through the ordering process. I only went back a second time to get a scone. I probably will go back reluctantly but only for the scone. A positive: the store is beautiful and spacious.

I am definitely bummed. We came today and we were expecting the same food options and coffee and they changed to a limited menu. They had three vegan options and so I ordered the vegan breakfast plate and it was just not good. At least keep one really awesome vegan option please like your vegan biscuits and gravy! To say that I was disappointed was an understatement. The brown toffee latte was delicious and I tried a small piece of my daughter's churro pop tart which was good too. Anyway, come for the coffee and pastries.

The food is so yummy and I love all of the GF/Vegan options! The pop tarts are my absolute favorite! The cafe is aesthetically pleasing and the staff are super friendly! You walk in and are greeted right away and sometimes they even have samples for you to try! Definitely love coming here for a delicious breakfast/brunch!

Super cute hidden gem tucked into a small business plaza, you'd never guess how spacious it is from the outside. Came in on a Sunday afternoon and it was lively, but not overly packed. There was a great mix of people eating, socializing, and getting some work done. Service was friendly and helpful when it came to deciding what to order. I stuck with my usual sugar-free vanilla latte with oat milk, simple and solid. My boyfriend went with the cookies & cream latte; the server mentioned it wasn't overly sweet, and he loved it. It's super close to us, which makes it even better, definitely a spot we'll be coming back to

I've been to Coffee Class twice now, and it's such a great spot. The decor feels elevated with its clean white aesthetic, but still cozy and inviting like a high-end space you actually want to relax in. The pastries are a standout. The pop tart was huge and just one easily fed three adults! The the Biscoff pastry was sweet and delicious, though I wish it had a bit more fruit or jam to balance it out. The only real downside for me is the pricing. The food looks amazing, but most plates are close to $20, and it's not a full-service sit-down experience. You order at the counter and find your own table, though they will bring your food out if you're seated. But Because of that, I haven't tried the full menu yet. That said, kind staff, great vibe, amazing coffee, and solid pastries. Definitely a place I keep coming back to for coffee.

After seeing this place all over my social media, I knew I had to try it out. As we were walking in, the employees immediately greeted us and made us feel very welcomed. It was very busy inside, but we were able to snag a table before they all filled up. The cashier let us know about their popular items and she also gave us some of her favorite recommendations as well. Their menu offered an array of handcrafted drinks, freshly baked goods, and a few breakfast items. We decided to order their Iced Matcha Latte, Iced Blueberry Cobbler Latte, and a Strawberry Croissant. It did take quite a while for us to receive everything, but it was to be expected with how hectic it was during their brunch time. All of our items were beautifully presented, so it definitely fit the whole "Coffee Class" experience! My husband ordered the matcha latte and he really enjoyed it. He said, "It was perfectly balanced between the strong flavors of the matcha, the rich creaminess of the milk and the sweetness of the sugar." I didn't know what to expect when I ordered the Blueberry Cobbler Latte, but it was absolutely delicious. All of the flavors mingled so well together and it tasted exactly how it was described. As for the croissant, the fresh strawberries and the cream balanced very well together, but the texture of the croissant wasn't my favorite. It was a bit chewy and not as flaky as I was hoping it to be. We're definitely coming back for more of their hand-crafted beverages and to try out their viral homemade pop tarts.

I like the matcha lattes here and the scones but I think the food is lacking for the price point. The breakfast sandwiches would be ok for $8-$10 not $16. The biscuit and gravy was just not it here. It really is basic breakfast cafe quality food. All in all a decent place for a quick coffee/matcha and a pastry but I would not recommend it for a full meal.

All I ever get is the gf pop tart... but it's lovely and I have yet to get sick. (And drinks of course) I included the thing that haunts my dreams this time-- that strawberry croissant Someone go eat one and let me live vicariously?? The staff here is as kind and patient as every other location. I was here for the opening and this is a renewal of the five star rating.

Coffee Class is consistently delicious and such a vibe. Their pastries are dangerously good, especially the Pop-Tarts, which are hands-down my favorite and totally worth the splurge. The coffee options feel endless, and I love that they offer milk alternatives like almond and oat milk. The staff is always friendly, the environment is chic and inviting, and it's definitely my go-to "cheat" spot. That said... in a dream world, I'd love to see a few cleaner ingredient options in the future, think almond flour or coconut flour pastries, and sweeteners like monk fruit or allulose. I would happily pay an upcharge for that. Same goes for coffee: organic canned coconut milk would be amazing. Hint hint If that ever happens, this would 100% become my daily spot. Until then, I'll keep coming back because it's just that good.

Poblano bowl. Quite filling and healthy!

Unexpectedly large and very clean. This is a Nice coffee shop with a good concept. I like how they describe the coffee like fine wine. The food was good too. I got the poblano bowl and it looked a tad small when delivered. But it was completely filling. Perfect amount of food actually. My only feedback is.... I wish they delivered the coffee faster. That was a bit inconsistent with people three or four behind me in line getting coffee before me. Also but got full and all the tables were used up. At that time I feel the manager should have given up her workspace table to patrons. Overall. Good spot and I will return.

This place is aesthetically cute! Great spot to take your girl for a sip of coffee! The blueberry scones are addicting if you ask me! Lol. I got my cowrk the Oreo latte and she loved it! I would like to come back and try some of their breakfast items!

I was so excited to try this place at the recommendation of my friend. We met in the morning for coffee and breakfast. The very friendly tall guy behind the counter handed me a menu to look over while I waited for my friend. I asked what he recommended for drinks and he said that he thought the Dubai Chocolate Pistachio latte was good, and for food, he liked the avocado toast. I took his suggestion and ordered those, my friend ordered a brown butter toffee latte and the strawberry croissant. ( she said both of her items were good) We paid and sat at a table. They brought the croissant about 10 minutes later, the drinks took a really long time ( maybe 20-25 minutes) and when they brought them mine was the wrong the wrong one ( they made a cinnamon dulce latte) . I had to take it back and ask for it to be remade. While my friend ate her croissant and drank her drink, my food finally came out about after 30 minutes. The avocado toast was supposed to come with poached eggs on top, however when I cut into the egg it was well done - and not poached, I would have overlooked this, except the toast on the bottom was so burned that I couldn't even cut through it with a knife and fork. Again, I had to take it to the counter to ask for it to be remade. My drink finally got remade and came out, it wasn't very good, it tasted like bitter chocolate and burned coffee ... not Dubai Chocolate, and definitely no pistachio flavor. Once the remade avocado toast finally made its way to me, I ate a couple of bites and it was ok. My friend had already finished and we had been there for over an hour. The place isn't too loud, it's not overly decorated inside, and it's very much like any other coffee shop. The first guy I talked to was the only one that seemed nice and personable, the other staff seemed annoyed that I asked for the correct drink and for edible food, they never apologized. Maybe it was a bad day for them... ( or my bad luck) I'm not sure I'll be going back as there are so many other options in the area. At this time, it's not a place I would recommend.

Brown Butter Toffee Latte (not some "flavor," they brown the butter there!)

First time. Kudos to the inKind app for turning me on to this place! 12:30 Saturday afternoon - easy to find on Sahara Ave. Plenty of parking. Windows are tinted so I couldn't see how large it was until opening the door. Place was packed. Great to come solo, but especially fun with 2 or more. Ample high-top counter space with a dozen comfortably padded seats facing outside. 14 or so round and square tables for 2-4 people. Several large rectangular ones with a long couch-style seating on one side. And a couple communal tables they just now created and plopped Reserved signs on - anticipating a larger group or two. Gorgeous fresh pastries on display in the case in front of me. Inspired - not just the standard fare. Large monitor behind the counter displaying the logo. Only 2 people in front of me to order. William was great! Told him it was my first time. He plucked up a small menu and pointed to the Brown Butter Toffee Latte, saying it was his favorite. The butter is actually browned there (what? You mean not just a pump of some syrup?). He started to go on but I stopped him and said that would be perfect. Whole milk? Yes. Two or three espresso shots? Two. He offered to point out things on the rest of the menu but I told him I knew the pastries I wanted. DOH! I was naive. Did not realize all of the food items they have until I sat down. I was told the items would be brought to me. Real service! How novel! Ordered the Bacon & Egg Strudel, which alone would have been enough. Asked if it could be warmed: absolutely. But of course I had to snag an Almond Croissant as well. Guess I'll just have to hit the trails longer at Red Rock... William directed me to the side counter saying there was water if I wanted while I waited. Walked over but didn't see tiny, generic Dixie cups or anything even 6-8 oz. Just stacks of large, logo'd clear cups. Surely those are for cold drinks. But then I saw a filtered water push-spigot. So I cautiously asked the gentleman behind the counter if those were water cups. Yes, they were. Wow. Perfect way to stay hydrated. Grabbed a spot at the counter and waited. Maybe 5 min later the latte arrived in a stoneware cup. Perfect temperature. So very delicious. Savored each sip. William was right. And now it will be hard to break away to try others. A few minutes later and the pastries arrived, along with a napkin rolled up and holding actual gold-toned flatware. No plastic utensils here. The dough of the Strudel was fresh and flakey. Had to take extra care because the outside shattered and flew about when I cut it. Apologies to whomever had to sweep the floor, though I did sweep onto my plate what was scattered on the counter Strudel was great. Nice mound in the center contained scrambled egg, bacon, and spinach. Almond Croissant had a nice crispness to the outside, on which was drizzled almond paste holding a (yep - gotta use the word) plethora of almonds, sprinkled with powdered sugar. Inside was more almond paste. Fortunately I was able to keep most of it contained to the plate. Yes - The Coffee Class schooled me. Wonderfully!

This is a cute little hole in the wall coffee shop just off the 215 freeway at Town Center in Summerlin. They had their March menu on display in the very front, and my eye immediately caught their Lucky Charms Matcha Latte. I don't eat cereal at all, but I was interested in this drink and asked for the basics on it. This latte has made from scratch Irish cream syrup, your choice of milk, marshmallow cloud, and topped with Lucky Charms marshmallows, but without the crunchy cereal part. This drink tasted like and had the texture exactly like St. Patrick's Day. It was amazing! March is almost over, so catch this drink and all their other March drinks on hand when you still can. Their other March drink they have available is called Luck of the Irish Latte. It has similar ingredients to the Lucky Charms Matcha Latte, only it has espresso and no Lucky Charms marshmallows on top. If you're ever in Summerlin, come check out Better Days. Yes, they are a hidden gem, but they have great drinks, seasonal and year long.

The Traditional Croissant: This is a masterclass in lamination. The exterior has that perfect, shattering crispness, while the interior is airy, buttery, and boasts a beautiful honeycomb structure. It rivals anything I've found in Paris. If you are a purist, this is your destination. The croissant really stands on its own, no need for a coffee because it is not dry at all, no need for Nutella or jam. Excellent. The Pain au Chocolat: Interestingly, while the dough itself remains world-class, the execution of the Pain au Chocolat (the proper name for the chocolate croissant) didn't quite reach the same heights. The chocolate distribution was unfortunately wonky, with the batons poorly placed within the pastry. It felt like a bit of a disservice to such high-quality dough, as you didn't get that perfect balance of chocolate and flake in every bite. Despite the chocolate distribution issue, the technical skill behind their pastry work is undeniable. The service is also wonderful, keeping that authentic café feel alive on the West Side. Breizh means Britanny in the local dialect. It happens to be Crepe country. Try their buckwheat "galette", you won't be disappointed.
