Absolutely love the esthetics of this place. Drinks are almost always delicious and love that you can vegan-ize a few. Losing a star because this place is super pricey. $10 for most large drinks. Some small pastries also around $10. And also because the vegan items are lacking. The best options are no longer on the menu and the vegan egg bfast is not worth it in my opinion. No flavor. But pastries are always yummy and past menu items were on point. Hopefully they bring some back. Overall very nice place with great drinks. I always stop in when I'm by!

I have tried two locations of the Coffee Class and both locations have been fantastic. This specific location is larger and has ample space for dining in. The servers were kind and patient with my group as we browsed the menu and made our choices. We ordered the crab Benedict & the breakfast bowl, both were tasty and the perfect breakfast. I always recommend their tiramisu coffee! 10/10!

This place is HUGE! The employees are all very friendly and focused on being productive. I overheard them say my drink was ordered 4 min ago, and then 7 min ago. I admire that level of commitment to service. The pastries look wonderful but I can only handle so much sugar at once and I prefer to drink it lol

If I could give 100 stars for the scone I would. Unfortunately the customer service takes this place down about 97 stars. The coffee is tasty but the way we were treated left a bitter taste in my mouth. There were several employees working on our first visit and they were busy... talking to each other. There was no reason for us to be rushed through the ordering process. I only went back a second time to get a scone. I probably will go back reluctantly but only for the scone. A positive: the store is beautiful and spacious.

I am definitely bummed. We came today and we were expecting the same food options and coffee and they changed to a limited menu. They had three vegan options and so I ordered the vegan breakfast plate and it was just not good. At least keep one really awesome vegan option please like your vegan biscuits and gravy! To say that I was disappointed was an understatement. The brown toffee latte was delicious and I tried a small piece of my daughter's churro pop tart which was good too. Anyway, come for the coffee and pastries.

Today was my first time at The Coffee Class and it was truly the best experience! Ruby and Bea are the sweetest baristas and they greet every guest with such a friendly attitude. The coffee itself is delicious and incredibly authentic. The atmosphere is chic, modern, and very spacious. So many yummy treats to choose from and the bakery options are large! This place has an amazing menu, and I highly recommend the banana bread latte! 10/10 & I can't wait to come back for my next coffee!

Super cute hidden gem tucked into a small business plaza, you'd never guess how spacious it is from the outside. Came in on a Sunday afternoon and it was lively, but not overly packed. There was a great mix of people eating, socializing, and getting some work done. Service was friendly and helpful when it came to deciding what to order. I stuck with my usual sugar-free vanilla latte with oat milk, simple and solid. My boyfriend went with the cookies & cream latte; the server mentioned it wasn't overly sweet, and he loved it. It's super close to us, which makes it even better, definitely a spot we'll be coming back to

I've been to Coffee Class twice now, and it's such a great spot. The decor feels elevated with its clean white aesthetic, but still cozy and inviting like a high-end space you actually want to relax in. The pastries are a standout. The pop tart was huge and just one easily fed three adults! The the Biscoff pastry was sweet and delicious, though I wish it had a bit more fruit or jam to balance it out. The only real downside for me is the pricing. The food looks amazing, but most plates are close to $20, and it's not a full-service sit-down experience. You order at the counter and find your own table, though they will bring your food out if you're seated. But Because of that, I haven't tried the full menu yet. That said, kind staff, great vibe, amazing coffee, and solid pastries. Definitely a place I keep coming back to for coffee.

After seeing this place all over my social media, I knew I had to try it out. As we were walking in, the employees immediately greeted us and made us feel very welcomed. It was very busy inside, but we were able to snag a table before they all filled up. The cashier let us know about their popular items and she also gave us some of her favorite recommendations as well. Their menu offered an array of handcrafted drinks, freshly baked goods, and a few breakfast items. We decided to order their Iced Matcha Latte, Iced Blueberry Cobbler Latte, and a Strawberry Croissant. It did take quite a while for us to receive everything, but it was to be expected with how hectic it was during their brunch time. All of our items were beautifully presented, so it definitely fit the whole "Coffee Class" experience! My husband ordered the matcha latte and he really enjoyed it. He said, "It was perfectly balanced between the strong flavors of the matcha, the rich creaminess of the milk and the sweetness of the sugar." I didn't know what to expect when I ordered the Blueberry Cobbler Latte, but it was absolutely delicious. All of the flavors mingled so well together and it tasted exactly how it was described. As for the croissant, the fresh strawberries and the cream balanced very well together, but the texture of the croissant wasn't my favorite. It was a bit chewy and not as flaky as I was hoping it to be. We're definitely coming back for more of their hand-crafted beverages and to try out their viral homemade pop tarts.

I like the matcha lattes here and the scones but I think the food is lacking for the price point. The breakfast sandwiches would be ok for $8-$10 not $16. The biscuit and gravy was just not it here. It really is basic breakfast cafe quality food. All in all a decent place for a quick coffee/matcha and a pastry but I would not recommend it for a full meal.

The food is so yummy and I love all of the GF/Vegan options! The pop tarts are my absolute favorite! The cafe is aesthetically pleasing and the staff are super friendly! You walk in and are greeted right away and sometimes they even have samples for you to try! Definitely love coming here for a delicious breakfast/brunch!

All I ever get is the gf pop tart... but it's lovely and I have yet to get sick. (And drinks of course) I included the thing that haunts my dreams this time-- that strawberry croissant Someone go eat one and let me live vicariously?? The staff here is as kind and patient as every other location. I was here for the opening and this is a renewal of the five star rating.

The female worker said they don't have almond milk and only do oat or whole milk which was odd, and I asked again to confirm and was told no. They ended up having to do whole milk despite being lactose intolerant and was bothered. I look through here from comments by the owner saying that they CAN substitute with almond milk, which is confusing and a little annoying that we were told they don't substitute almond milk and was never told a reason why. That's one complaint for those who might be allergic to oat milk or are lactose sensitive: There is barely any option to accommodate and for that I give three stars. I probably would not come back again nor recommend because of the lack of accommodation for those who cannot have oat/almond milk. However despite that it is good to try once.

Restrooms were really clean and had the same style decor too, so I appreciated that attention to detail. However, I docked 2 stars since I couldn't order anything. I arrived at 939pm, looked at the menu and decided on a slice of the Ube Crepe cake and one of the Apple Cinnamon macarons. They don't close until 10pm and people were still coming in, and there were still plenty of people sitting in the restaurant, but the staff didn't let me order anything at 945pm saying that she doesn't take any more orders after 930pm. What?!?! What the hell? You're open for a whole 30 more minutes and don't want to take my money - am I hearing that right? My friend had cash on him, and he was willing to pay cash if that's less of a hassle, and still no. It's not even to-go only, it was a flat-out no, before their 10pm closing time. THAT IS CALLED CRAP SERVICE. However, the 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 stars is because one anonymous employee who witnessed that go down changed my perspective of this spot. This person asked me not to reveal their identity on my Yelp review out of fear of getting in trouble. They overheard me trying to order but got turned away, then pointed to the macaron in a box in the fridge on display right there to my friend. So as I was walking towards the bathroom, this person (different than the girl who rudely turned me away) apologized for what happened and gave me the apple cinnamon macaron as a gift. That was so sweet of them. The macaron was absolutely perfect too, it was delicious - the perfect texture of the macarons, apple filling, in the center between the cream, with the crunch from I think they were dried apple bits on the side of the cream - amazing!!! But still insanely Vegas tourist trap rip off overpriced with the macaron that person gave me worth $8.35/piece. Honey & Butter Macarons in Irvine, CA or Durian Macarons at Sweet Mood in Westminster, CA, still keep their also delicious macarons under $5 each while having cute decor/ambiance (I'll admit they're not as impressive and unique as this spot though). But they're essentially banking on tourists not knowing any better and what things should actually be worth/gouging tourists as much as they can. Essentially, you're paying for the ambiance. Definitely not paying for the crap service. Food is good, but not astronomically priced good - you're kidding yourselves. You may be able to get away with stuff like that if you're inside one of the luxurious casinos on the Strip, like Venetian, Caesars, Bellagio, etc. But especially being off-strip, get a reality check. I may come back (thanks to your anonymous employee's kind gesture giving me that macaron), but it's more just to show my parents the cool ambiance.

I even asked, "If I buy two more cakes, making it three cakes total, would you be able to give me a bag? I only have two hands." The staff still said no. That response honestly made no sense. What made the experience even more upsetting was that I had my service dog with me. From the moment I walked in to place my order, I could already feel that the staff member was unhappy and dismissive. I truly hope that wasn't the reason for the way I was treated, but it certainly felt that way. This isn't just my opinion anymore. Many of my friends have said the same thing: the cakes are excellent, but the customer service is consistently disappointing. People come because the products are great, not because they're treated well. Sadly, it feels like there's no hospitality--only attitude. My family and I have supported Suzuya since the very beginning, back when the first location opened on Durango. We've watched the business grow over the years, and it's honestly disappointing to see the customer experience decline. Ordering now feels like talking to a robot who simply doesn't care. I've always heard wonderful things about Mike, and from what I've seen, he seems like a genuinely kind person. I can't help but wonder how he would feel if he knew his customers were being treated this way by his staff. I'm usually not someone who complains or leaves negative reviews. It takes a lot for me to write something like this. But today's experience was frustrating enough that I felt it needed to be said. Yes, Suzuya makes fantastic cakes--but great products should never be an excuse for poor customer service. Loyal customers deserve to feel appreciated, not dismissed.
