At this point, I'm concerned I will not be answered or awarded a certificate despite completing all…read morethe work, so...don't pay for this Supervision course! You might be out $600. It's a waste and it is indeed archaic. The formatting makes no sense. Why are there so many steps just to submit an assignment? I can't get them to grade my assignments as they have now exceeded the "ten business days" that they need to grade them. Also giving feedback and having the assignment marked as "completed" are two separate processes-so when one of my assignments was "graded" it then took 3 more days for them to mark it as complete?! There are cheaper courses that would be smoother and not having to go through all this hassle. For example, UNCG's supervision course (if you're based in NC). It's antiquated, but there is no hassle. No one has responded to my support ticket requests for my assignments to be graded ,so I can then wait for a Tuesday when the certification will be sent out (only sent out on Tuesdays). So frustrating. I can't believe I paid for this. Photo attached so I'm not told there was never a record of me having taken the course or that a help ticket went to my spam.

If you are a millennial or younger and grew up on the internet - you will be incredibly frustrated…read moreby the UX of the Supervisor training. It is unacceptably clunky and wastes a ton of your time. In 2026, there is no excuse for a training to be this poorly executed with all of the apps out there for hosting courses. For a training that costs $600, I would expect it to actually be built on a platform that is intended for online courses. Instead what you get is a library of YouTube videos with disjointed assignments, and to submit each assignment you will (1) fill out a google form with all your demographics and answers to the assignment questions, (2) go to your email and retrieve a PDF of your answers (for me the PDF wasn't even created correctly, meaning their automation is broken), (3) go to a website where you have to (4) enter all of your demographic information AGAIN, attach your assignment, and submit it. The workflow is absolutely archaic. I wouldn't recommend this training to anyone, simply due to how much time I wasted just trying to locate course lectures, read and follow the paragraphs long instructions just to submit assignments. Incredibly frustrating.
