The school prior this one seemed okay, but everyone there was rude and unhappy (which is why we made the switch.) I searched high and low for options that would be able to accommodate my three children, and honestly this was not my first choice initially only because of the direction (I was used to going toward 99 not back toward Rayford). I'm so glad I took a chance on this place anyway, because it is wonderful! My children are not morning people but they wake up excited and are happy to go to school! The campus is much smaller than our last and it feels more intimate and is much more friendly. During my tour, several kiddos came out of their classes to hug the staff member giving me the tour (a genuine response that I'll admit sealed the deal for me) and everyone is friendly and happy. The pricing is very reasonable for the quality of the curriculum and the staff, and they have different billing options too! There is a great play room in the center that encourages imagination and is just so cute. Their outdoor area is fully fenced with alarms, and has a covered area, and they even have a splash pad that the kids get to use in the summer. There are no live cameras, but in my experience facilities with live cameras have less friendly staff. (Is it just me that has noticed this?) They do have an app where I have been sent so many photos and details through out the day. So many photos in one day alone - more than I ever received for an entire month at the last place! All the kids seem happy and are smiling and there's a lot of diversity among the students. Happy staff = happy kids The facility is also in a safe area that backs to private residences and is in walking distance of a pediatric dentist. Traffic isn't terrible getting to or leaving from the school. I am so glad we made the switch and I highly recommend this center. Due to Covid, kiddos have their temps taken daily at entry, and parents aren't allowed in. This is expected to change, but who knows when that will be. For now, even though there is sometimes a slight wait to have the screening done in the morning, it's not bad at all and you can tell the staff is trying to be as efficient as possible.

Why 5 stars? Because the only regret we had is not sending our son here sooner…read more --- --- --- We first moved to the area in 2021 and had been sending our son to a Kiddie Academy in Tampa prior to our move. So it was only natural for us to consider sending our son here, but this was a much newer/nicer facility than our old KA, so we ended up opting to send him to a different, cheaper daycare. Unfortunately, this ended up being a classic "you get what you pay for" situation, and we ended up sending him to several different facilities over the next few years. Once he started first grade, we ended up sending him here for after school daycare and he really enjoyed it. It was a significant upgrade from the YMCA-led aftercare that took place in his school's gym. Significant is not strong enough a word: night and day would be a better way to describe it. Things were so structured and calm at KA, compared to the YMCA where it kind of seemed like a free-for-all. And then over the course of the summer between first and second grade, he came here full time and he absolutely loved it. There was not a single day that he complained about going to summer school. He actually complained about NOT being able to go when we were on vacation, which is something I would have never imagined happening in 1,000 years. On his last day, he was close to tears because he was going to miss everyone so much. He loved the teachers, the kids and all of the fun that they had here. There were 1-2 field trips during summer school and they were the highlight of his week. Again, our only wish is that we would have just sent him here from day 1 and not messed around with the other options. The teachers and administrators are all great - we'll miss them too!

This was the only daycare within the area that practice Parents Night Out(PNO) and they would do even by popular demand! When my financial situation changed, I got a nanny for a little while which abruptly ended. Due to not enough room at the time for my twins, I was forced to go to other daycares within the area. I NEVER enrolled my kids in the other daycares for unsatisfactory reasons. I emailed the owner at 3am with my concerns of what I was going through and at the earliest availability I truly needed help. Luckily, someone moved from the area and a spot became available!!! I learned that you get what you pay for and with this daycare you get a happy, healthy, satisfied child along with a peace of mind! This daycare is awesome and I recommend this daycare over any daycare!

The teach kids good manners, independent eating, cleaning up, songs, literacy and art. We also love the food there, probably the healthiest and most balanced menu out there. And even if one have any concerns, the staff listens and helps to the best of their abilities. Highly recommend!

Everyone here is very attentive, responsive, mindful & caring. There is a "nanny cam" in all the rooms that's viewable on campus, the teachers & staff do a great job of keeping constant attendance, check-ins and activity logs (sometimes photos) are shared with parents thru a special app, and there seem to be excellent protocols in place for the children's safety & well being. (The one thing I wish they had is video cameras accessible to parents off-site. That would put me even more at ease.) We really love how Ms. Heyley treats the kids in her classroom like her own. She has such a big heart for what she does, and it shows. She often gives us one-on-one progress updates, and she goes over & beyond just being a teacher. Our daughter has learned so much from being in Ms. Heyley's class - from improving social skills, life skills, fun lessons & crafts, to writing and vocabulary. The Director, Ms. TK, has always been so approachable & responsive too. They run a great school here.

Ms. TK (the director) and her entire team are so professional, organized, thoughtful, and kind. The school is immaculately kept and has great security protocols for a parent's peace of mind. The faculty are so creative in keeping things fun & engaging - - not only for the children but their families too! Ms. HEYLEY is an incredible teacher & trustworthy caregiver. Our 2-year old has learned so much from the curriculum and has so much fun in class. I appreciate the frequent updates (and activity photos) that make me feel like I can be a part of each moment, even at a distance. Eventually, we will graduate to the next age group/classroom (and onward), but her "first" teacher and first year experience will forever hold a special piece of our hearts. Thank you to Ms. TK, Ms. Monica (assistant director), Ms. Beth & Ms. Heather (head teachers) for always being so approachable, informative, and helpful. Thank you to Ms. Heyley and supporting classroom teachers (Ms. Camryn, Ms. Beth, Ms. Belle, Ms. Michelle, Ms. Alyssa, and other names I'm still trying to remember) for the care & attention you give to our little girl and all her friends! We appreciate you all sooooo much. We love LSP and everyone who has played a part in our little girl's wonderful preschool experience! We made the right decision enrolling at LSP. Truly the best.... They kept us well informed and updated us through the app or personally at the end of the day. Always looked forward to dropping and picking them up because the staff was very welcoming it felt like family. Unfortunately after almost a year, the commute had taken a toll on us to shuttle our kids back and forth on a daily basis, especially during rush hour so we made the hard decision to move them out after they graduated from their current classes. We will remember all the great teachers and staff that took care of our babies as if they were their own. Nothing compares to the kind of teachers at Elements. We truly felt that they were loved and cared for by not just their teachers but all the staff. Elements has definitely set the standard high for quality early childhood education that follow montessori principles.
