Our time here was short less than 3 months and everything with them was highly unprofessional. Before enrolling, I was completely transparent about my kids' transition needs and challenges, but instead of using the resources or redirection they claim to be trained to do, they just kept making me pick up my toddler. They complained he had diarrhea on 3 separate occasions, but every time I brought him home his poop was completely regular. It felt like when they don't want to deal with your child, they just force you to come get them. While the director plays nice in the beginning to welcome you, her true colors show once you get established. She is rude, talks over you, and does not try to reconcile anything. Things got worse when my barely 2-year-old child repeatedly came home with physical marks and knots, and no incident report was ever sent to me for the worst of it. He had a knot the size of a large egg on the back of his head and vertical scratches on his body. I take pictures of my kids' bodies before school every day, so I know those marks were not there. When I had a morning meeting to get answers The director tried to tell me maybe he did it to himself and a bunch of other BS. Those marks were not self-inflicted they were stretched across his ribcage vertically, and the scratch on his neck looked like someone was trying to grab him. Then, my 5-year-old son who speaks clearly and always tells me what's going on spoke up out of nowhere while we were on our way to a tour at another daycare. He said, "Mommy, my teacher always pinches me." Without any prompting, he correctly identified her skin tone, her white hair, and showed me exactly where she pinches him just because he wanted to play with toys. To add to this, I ran into another teacher outside at the local Kroger who pointed me out and stated that she thought my oldest son was being treated unfairly. She explicitly confirmed that my youngest son never broke a child's skin or actually bit anyone she said she only ever saw him attempting but never actually biting. The exact same day I went in for that morning meeting to bring up the marks on my child, they turned around and kicked my kids out. My husband came home with all of their belongings blankets, socks, and lunchboxes. About an hour after he left, the disenrollment letter hit my email while I was out at the local Dollar General. Confused and wanting answers, I drove straight to the facility, but they never answered the door. Since I was DoorDashing, I went to wait at a hotspot nearby in the circumference between the Kroger and the boba shop. Seeing the police arrive at the daycare told me everything I needed to know. Immediately after, all messages between them and me were completely erased from the app like my kids were never even enrolled looked to me like they were trying to cover their trail and make me look aggressive when I just wanted valid answers. Corporate has been contacted, but I doubt anything will change. To top it all off, I caught Ms. Beth on my personal social media going through my profile. I do not know this lady, but her name and picture popped right up in my story views after she accidentally liked and unliked a photo. Why are you even stalking my page? Don't be fooled by the big classrooms, nice playground, or the smiles. A lot of these 5-star reviews are from their own family members and staff associates. They use diverse imagery on social media to bring you in but that not the case Trust. They treated my children like outcasts and made my son seem like an animal. If you have NCI assistance, just don't even go. There was another review from an NCI parent who went through the exact same thing in a short time. It makes me believe she just treats people with NCI less than. Best regards to the parents out there, and to the few individual staff members who actually go above and beyond. your children are not being watched at all times you as a parent you can't even watch your child every second minute etc of the day so there's that but you'd at least like to know when you go into a daycare your children are safe and being treated well like you would do your own To be completely clear, this is not to say that my children never had a good time. The staff frequently sent back really nice pictures of them playing and enjoying themselves. However, the overall administrative experience was toxic. It felt like we were being punished simply for not bowing down to the management. It seemed as though I was expected to just say nothing about the injuries and wait for them to flip the blame back on me, which is exactly what they did the moment I asked questions. read more
