From the moment I reached out for assistance, it was clear that they had no regard for customer service. Two days after signing a contract and paying a deposit she, was very difficult in trying to make an edit. I probably heard "no refunds", and I never asked for a refund. I was just thinking I could downscale the party but she insisted because she cared more about the money. I never asked for a refund but, instead of a party for 25 people, I was thinking it could be a party of 12 but, the lack of flexibility was lacking. She also did not believe my sister should change her wedding and did not mind adding her judgment which was just unprofessional. The entire process was a complete waste of my time. Her energy was something I did not want in my home so I had to let her keep my $700 deposit and just hire someone else but, I want to warn others. I wanted to give someone a chance and, I got screwed. To make matters worse, everytime I would text she needed to call and then would not listen to suggestions that I wanted I originally wanted a plated meal and, she talked about how she would have to get staff and, that was no problem however I stated she would not need to get staff since I wanted to change to a buffet and she said she was going to get the staff anyway the fact is that she insisted in me paying the original amount and now she got money and did very little and would not try to accommodate me is just so unacceptable and a bad experience when it did not need to be. Overall, my experience with this company was a lesson. Her lack of professionalism, inflexibility, time-wasting tactics, and failure to listen to customers make them a business I would strongly discourage anyone from dealing with. There are plenty of other companies out there that value their customers and provide far superior service.

Overall, it was a good experience. I felt our instruction was detailed between explaining the why behind steps and demonstrating. We got a lesson in knife skills that was cool. Dishes made: -Paella (chicken and a meatless version for our vegans) -Tortilla chips -Pico de gallo -Guacamole -Sangria My only con was that we started late (more than 20 mins) so there was a lot of waiting around at first. I undetstsnd things can happen which is why thebexprrienfe was overall fun and positive. Once we got going, the pace stayed at a steady flow and we were not rushed out at the end. Would recommend if you're in the Atlanta area. The next group after us was also a corporate event, so I'd say the setup works particularly well for that (groups less than 15).

Our instructor was so entertaining, southern, and sassy (his words lol). He was really patient with some of the people in our group who weren't as experienced in the kitchen and gave tons of tips along the way. I'm not sure it was relaxing haha, but a group of 20 making pasta and sauce from scratch is almost guaranteed to be a chaotic good time. I recommend this for work teams, families who want a group activity, couples, friend groups, or even solo. I'd love to go back and try another cuisine class - there are so many to choose from! Plus there's a drag brunch option that our instructor teaches, which is probably really fun too.

Our server, Lia, was wonderful--super patient, always smiling, and really helpful when it came to recommending dishes. She took the time to explain options, and her suggestions were spot on. Food-wise, everything hit the mark. The pig ears were surprisingly good with great texture and flavor. The Garlic Bone Marrow Noodle Soup was rich and comforting, and the Herbal Spare Ribs had a really nice, well-balanced herbal taste. Consistently good food, a comfortable vibe, and service like this are why Food Terminal continues to be a neighborhood favorite for me.

It was busy inside, but our party of 10 was promptly seated, though we were a little squished into a circular table. I didn't remember this last time, but instead of telling a server what you want, you mark it down on a paper menu and hand it to the server. This time I got the Grandma's BBQ Pork Noodles and the Salted Egg Yolk Shrimp Garlic Noodle. I was really excited to try both since they both sounded so good. Ultimately the Grandma's BBQ Pork Noodle was a little underwhelming - the noodles themselves weren't very flavorful, and the BBQ pork was on the drier side. The pork did have decent flavor, and all the toppings/side items (wontons, fried egg, bok choy) were great, but all in all fell a little short of my hopes. The Salted Egg Yolk Garlic Noodles had better flavor, but I could've used even more garlic and butter. The shrimp definitely carried the salted egg yolk flavor, but the fried batter was a bit soggy/soft in my opinion. I wished it was crisper. Service was a tad slow, but perhaps they're understaffed and/or it was busy that night. I do love the menu concept of positioning it like a magazine catalog - it makes for a fun experience instead of just words on paper

Been wanting to try this place for years finally got a chance to go tonight with my son because…read morewe're both foodies, we're both chefs and we wanted to see what they brought to the table. They brought their A game for sure!! what a great experience. This is a casual very open place with a plethora of chefs, each creating a specific dish that they will bring to you and you choose whether you want to eat it or not. The menu is written to where you just check off what you got and you go down the menu and each chef will bring out the dish they created, describe it in detail and then you choose whether you want to eat it or not. Unfortunately, my son and I could not refuse anything, but we did turn down one which I can't remember what it was but this place is fabulous! Yes, these are two bite samples, the taste, and the creativity is exquisite!! These chefs brought things to my pallet that I cannot reverse engineer, and I saved every morsel they brought to the table. Literally ordering nearly everything on the menu, from custom drinks, made tableside to each entrée appetizer or dessert, sample dish, each one presented by the chef who created it this is what foodies live for. If you're going there to get filled up on hamburgers and chicken fingers, please don't go.!!! It's not for you. Especially if you spend four to $500.!! From the hostess Gabby, who was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable to begin the plethora of chefs each behind every dish that they passionately created and tried to sell it to you at the table, so you will check it off on the menu, I love the passion within the chefs minds and the creativity they came up with the dish We were actually too full when we left so those who say they had to go to McDonald's or something after they left because they didn't get enough and they don't understand these savory morsels that are coming out of the tiny kitchen, they only ordered three things because they didn't want to spend the money. This place is for those who enjoy excellent flavors creativity gastronomy, lemon foam to sauces that are unbelievably savory and delectable. I will post all my pictures if I can remember the names of all the dishes, but the menu changes weekly so it's not like you come one week and go back the next week for the same thing. This is an experience, an adventure, a step in time for a culinary experience, unlike others. It's not a fancy place so you can dress casual they don't care, The crafted cocktails were absolutely delicious, I can't tell you how much we enjoyed this experience. Yes it's expensive. But it is definitely worth it. Highly recommend.!!!!

I traveled from Washington DC to try this recommended restaurant and I just say no to this experience. First and foremost the food. Unremarkable and 0 and I say 0 on taste, texture, and general overall flavor. The ingredients are farm to table but honestly I looked at their supply and they're using the lowest grade ingredients. Cheap and inflammatory. Next service. People on here rave about the service but I find it comparable to Applebees. Attentive? Not necessarily. Last concept. I have worked in concept kitchens but this was a mess. I was by the chefs preparation area and just saw the mess of kitchen and the type of communication from the chefs abyssal. Note: Restaurant is a la carte from ranges of food costing 16-45$. EXPECT TO SPEND 200 per person. Don't come if your budget is below 200 per person. Michelin guide please remove from recommendation.
