My floors didn't get wet at all and the furniture came out perfect. I didn't imagine how perfectly clean the sofa, loveseat, and cushions came out. It didn't take long which was surprising since they were dirty and full of hair. The furniture has been in storage for quite sometime. I had contracted with The Cleaning group to clean tiles in kitchen and foyer areas. They did poor job of cleaning tiles and grout lines. Specifically, there was no difference noticed after they finished cleaning grout lines. They said because I had different grout used between tiles so it did not look cleaned. Made no sense. On top it, they used steam close to kitchen cabinets which caused corner sides to come apart due to being careless around the kickplates and moldings. All the corners got separated from butted wood when it was dried. Showed them the picture this happened during their cleaning. They do not want to take accountability, nor they want to fix the issues. I would not recommend this company from cleaning your tiles nor getting close to any of your furniture as it will damage any wood furniture cabinet they will come close to their steam pipes. They have caused over $1000 worth of damage that they are not willing to fix. Will be taking them to small claims court to settle the damages. Be careful with their cleaning job and any warranty they provide as they are not willing to cover it. read more

These guys are amazing. I don't know if it's the equipment they use, their skills, in general, or the combination of the two, but these guys can clean a carpet like there's no tomorrow. On top of that, they did two spots in my house with tile. The rooms (a large foyer and my kitchen) look like new floors! It's making me semi-paranoid about dropping a crumb; I'm wiping EVERYTHING up with a Clorox wipe, every other minute just to maintain the perfection they left my tile in! The worst company I have dealt with. Unresponsive, say they are going to show up and never do, and then never even give you the courtesy of a follow up. They rescheduled 3x with me, and then tried to twist it and say they accommodated me - lie. They also ruined my rug - has been laying here for a week after they 'cleaned' it and still looks bad...said they would come look at it to fix it and had me wait all day...7 hours, and never showed up or called to apologize. Do not use them!! Their tone during any of our communications was beyond rude, telling me I had no reason to be upset about my ruined rug and that they wouldn't continue to communicate with me about it. If I can give this company zero stars I would ..I made a appointment for Saturday morning to get my livingroom and bedroom carpet cleaned. I ordered carpet cleaning on Amazon. Another provider was an hour late and cancelled service. I called Amazon to get someone else and this group was able to come out the same day. I've used them twice, first time was a Groupon in 2016 and second there was a promo on their website. Excellent service by the technician, great service at the 800#. They are fast and thorough, not fast in a hurry but fast as in they work diligently, use good equipment and know what they're doing. Like most companies they won't move beds but they will move small furniture. They will not allow you to use Groupon twice but they will honor te Groupon price.. which coincidentally was the same promotion listed on their website. read more

I had an appt. for 11am-2pm window. Nobody ever called to say they were running late. I called after 2pm and they apologized saying they would be here by 3pm. I told them that we only had till 4:30. Robert was very professional. My husband and I just bought a house that had the original pink and blue bathroom tiles in it. Robert explained the problem and informed me upfront what to expect with those bathrooms and provided me with some solutions which I appreciated. He pretreated both bathrooms and took his time to clean them. There is still some discoloraitons in the grout from it being there for so long but the bathroom floors look 1,000% better and I am now not afraid to walk on it barefoot. LOL. Wow. I just had my carpets cleaned by Robert and James and they look amazing. Pet stains (and even a rust stain) all gone. Everything from the scheduling to the cleaning was friendly, efficient and professional. They were clear about the costs and there was no attempt to up-sell me when they arrived. They were very thorough... they moved the furniture and even put blocks or plastic under the furniture legs to keep them from sitting on the wet carpet while it dries. This company is very unprofessional and don't honor scheduled appointments. I had a 1-4 pm appt. At 3:11 I get a text that Robert is scheduled to arrive 2-5. At 3:23 I received another text stating Robert is running behind. At 5:46 I get a call from Robert asking if he can come the next day at 8 am, which was a huge inconvenience for me. He never apologized. He just said delays happen and also said "well there are other carpet companies". If I was not having an event at my house on the same day, I would have cancelled. He shows up at 8 am today, again with no apologies. I asked that he not saturate my carpet with a lot of water, which he did. I asked for a pair of booties to put on in the event I needed to walk on my carpet while it was wet and his response was "they sell them at Home Depot". After that comment I was sorry I even tipped him. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. I will NEVER use them again. read more

I would have given a similar review to the other 5 star reviews and really did think I found my forever carpet cleaning service. However, after the tech left I walked into a bedroom and noticed a coin under the bed. I thought this was odd since the person I scheduled my appointment with specifically asked me to remove any storage containers from beneath the bed as they clean underneath with a wand. I pressed a tissue on the carpet under the bed and it came up bone dry and covered with dust. I immediately called and left a message requesting a return call and asking if I had misunderstood regarding the under the bed cleaning, though I'm not sure how I could have. 3 days later, still no response. My low rating is predominantly regarding the ignored phone call. I even left a bunch of bedroom items in my kitchen and the trundle bed stacked on top of the daybed so that there would be easy access in the event that the company offered to come back and complete the job. I guess it's time to put my apartment back together and cross this company off the list. read more

The were very professional, calling us to let us know they would be here between 1:00 and 1:30. They were here at 1:15! When the two gentlemen arrived, I showed them the rooms, They pre spotted the high traffic and pet stained areas. When they were cleaning the carpets, they did not rush through. We hired the Cleaning group based on a friends recommendation. We had 1 bedroom, hallway and stairs cleaned and tile in kitchen and foyer cleaned and sealed. The 2 gentlemen were on time and friendly. When I asked about spot pre-treating, I was told I had to pay extra. OK, I paid. Good job on carpets. Satisfied! The tile is a different story. Better but not super clean. Grout is still dirty and some high traffic areas are still dirty. We will see if the sealer, which I paid extra for, works. I would recommend them for carpet, not tile. read more

This company came and damaged both a large sofa and matching ottoman with permanent heat/friction/burn lines all over every surface of this set. They pretended the obvious did not occur and ignored all follow-up contact to get a refund/retribution for the damage. The secretary is unprofessional in difficult situations, and all phone calls were ignored completely. This company has practically no integrity when integrity is most important, and I wouldn't trust them again to do work if they were paying me to do it. Do not trust any rebuttal they offer, as they are lying. Surely I am understating the negativity of this experience. I have never left a company review before, this was so applicable a situation, to protect other users from such damage with no resolution. Use Stanley Steamer even if they are a little more expensive, never had an issue in years and years of use. Period. read more

Horrible customer service. I get called by JULIA who tells me at 1030a (5/17/18) my appointment is arriving in an hour and payment info and we leave it at that, assuming all is good. I literally call back in 30min to confirm that I can pay in cash and before I can even say a word WHOEVER picked up sucks her teeth and hangs up! Then repeatedly hangs up as I call back several times after! Like do you guys want to get paid or nah? Very unprofessional. I was scheduled for an appointment from 2-5. I called around 4:30 to find out the truck was in an accident and they were unsure if they would get to my appointment. No courtesy call. Since I had waited long enough I asked if someone was still able to come. The representative told me someone would come by 7:00 pm. At 8:30 pm I get an alert saying I need to reschedule. Well now it's the following day, and still no courtesy call to reschedule or apologize for the inconvenience of making me wait a total 6 hours for nothing from this company. A day wasted. It took the paint off the wall and trim at each turn. When I called to let them know about the issue the girl was rude and said "well what do you want us to do about it?"
