They even came to our house twice to measure everything to make sure the design worked and the size of kitchen cabinets to make sure our built in refrigerator and pantry cabinets were the right sizes. HOWEVER, after sale and delivery the nightmare started! Our carpenter showed up to start the project and looked at the design that Express Union Tile gave us, and the design was missing a whole section above the stove! Then came the pantry installation. He noticed that the design they gave us was missing an entire floor to ceiling panel! So mid project I had to call them to show them the flaw in the design..... of course they didn't apologize and instead charged me to have new panels ordered. We had no choice but to pay. THEN, after we finished the pantry installation, the refrigerator came and the guys couldn't get it to be flush with the cabinets. Turns out that the depth of panels they ordered for us was actually less than the size of the panels that was on their design and what we paid for! I called them multiple times and even spoke with the owner, Mike. He didn't accept any responsibility and blamed our carpenter, wall, and pretty much everyone except themselves! We're now having to call the cabinet manufacturer, Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs, etc to recover.

They put together a design for the renovation, came out to do measurements, connected us with a contractor, and sold us the tiles, cabinets, countertop and handles. They go above and beyond. Mike personally made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction even going to the extent of coming to our home multiple times to oversee parts of the project. We were so impressed with his work ethic, calm demeanor and attention to detail. I had water damage to one of my room upstairs due to a radiator leak. I wasn't sure if we needed to do just the 1 room or the whole upstairs since the wood is all connected. When I had spoken to him on the phone he said there may be a slightly different color if we do just the one room. So before he came out, I asked if he can get us both quotes. He came out when I wasn't home but my wife was. He didn't measure anything. Look at the room where the damage was and left. He didn't look at the rest of the upstairs. I didn't get a message for him so I texted him. He gave me a quote for the one room. I asked, do you have a quote for how much it would be for the whole upstairs. He said he didn't look at the other room upstairs. I described the size of the other room upstairs and he texted back with a quote. I asked if you can send me in writing the 2 quotes. He said he has to charge me $150 for the quotes. Then I said, "What? Why?" He never responded. Just in case he didn't see it, I text him again the next day. He didn't respond again. Extremely disappointed with him and his lack of response.

The customer service is terrible. We used them for over two years. We were happy for a while. But…read morethere is turnover in the cleaning teams. One member of our cleaning team was not doing a good job. We finally complained. They gave us a new team that was wonderful. Then two weeks later two completely different cleaning people showed up. We called the office. They said both members of the great team just quit simultaneously. Sure! They forgot to tell us. The team they sent did an awful job. The team they sent us today was worse than the original team we didn't want anymore. It doesn't smell like they used any cleaning products. There are fingerprints all over the mirrors, and they couldn't even make beds! They didn't have time to clean any of our first floor - including the bathroom. I have given this company over $10k over two years. And the office admin hung up on me when I complained today. Lots of loyalty for their customers! I don't want to throw my money away and then have to clean my own house when they leave.
