The bad was a few missed drawers, walls that should have been wiped down, and our sink was not shiny at all it had a dull film of whatever was used covering it. The worst part was the destruction of property. I had mentioned we left some items there but they were all out of her way on shelves. Also if the comforter was still damp she could start dryer again but just leave the comforter in the dryer. She decides to take it upon herself to pack everything up for us in the boxes we left. Using our tape to seal the bottoms. In one I have the still damp comforter shoved in the box along with very wrinkly sheets. The box is bulging at the sids ruining the integrity of the box. In box number two there is laundry supplies photos and at the bottom completely destroyed my husbands movie poster... it is ripped and wrinkled... we had left the poor thing nicely rolled up and rubber banded on the shelve out of the way if she had just left everything like I told her this wouldn't have happened. Also we left oven cleaner, wood cleaner, and stainless steel cleaner all of which she took. She offered to return them... but who takes your cleaning supplies??

They put a dirty vacuum cleaner bag and slippers on the kitchen table. Gross. They also never responded when I contacted them regarding my isssues. I thought that the inside of my stove was going to be cleaned and I assumed wrong. I thought my trashes, compost and recycling would be emptied. I thought that behind my TV was going to be cleaned, and I assumed wrong. I thought that a corner of my kitchen where I keep my grocery bags would be mopped and it was 100% not cleaned. (Next time I'll know to hang them on a door handle to expose the floor where I need mopped - same thing with the kitchen floor mats.) Finally, my bathroom sink was completely clogged by debris after this company's visit and I called and received a call back advising me to use a chemical product or, if I really needed them to, they would come out and clear it out for me. The owner didn't really sound happy or thrilled with that idea and so I just spent another 120 bucks on having a plumber come out. I think that it is very stressful to run a business and that's why I'm not taking more stars off. I also have no other cleaning experiences to compare this to and think I may be the type of person that would never be happy having someone else clean my house because it wouldn't be thorough enough? The whole thing took about 3 hours. UPDATE: Owner contacted me and offered to pay for the plumber and was very professional about the situation. I didn't feel comfortable since her response was probably related to my YELP review.

BioMaids serviced my house recently for a move-out clean. The level of detail was not there to make…read moremy house shine. The kitchen counters still felt gritty and had dirt in the corners, the microwave and front of the fridge/freezer still had visible spills and splatters, and the mantel and fireplace tile surround were still gritty. The wood floors and stairs didn't look wet-mopped and there was a noticeable spill on one of the stairs that I was able to remove with a wet-wipe. The kitchen baseboards under the cabinets were definitely missed as they were caked in dried splashes and dust. The upstairs shower walls also still had areas of grey residue and soap scum. I would have paid more to ensure a higher level of detail was done instead of me having to go back for additional cleaning touch-ups.

They came out on quick notice and showed up right on time. When they arrived, they asked me what areas I wanted them to concentrate on. I let them know to use their best professional judgement but the worst problem areas for me are dusting and mopping. They nodded and went to work right away. Now everywhere I looked, there's not a dust left and everything is spotless! They even got behind this little area between my bed and window that I wondered if they'd notice. They were also very considerate of how much noise they made as I had been working from home at that time and made sure to put back my things to their original places after lifting them to dust. Price was also more than reasonable and I was not locked into a long term cleaning plan. Very highly recommended. I have used cleaners regularly and not all of them are created equal. Some of them has more skill than others. Delacruz has them in spades so they can clean the shiniest in the shortest amount of time. I'm almost afraid to leave this review because they are just so good that they will get booked very quickly and I won't be able to get on their schedule anymore.
