At one point, my husband noticed they were using their own product and had to remind them to switch back to ours. If they had a question, they would call their office, and then the office would call us. They were professional, brought the necessary tools (except a vacuum attachment and an extended duster for ceiling fans, but they used mine) and really did an amazing job. I can't tell you how embarrassingly dirty and grimey my shower and stove were! I told them to just "do the best they could" because after scrubbing myself I thought there were permanent stains, but they turned them into new! It was like a Cinderella story for my home. They were very thorough and hard workers. They pulled out furniture to clean corners and details, didn't cut corners like some cleaners do.
