    I really wanted to love this company based on their 5-star reviews, and we had high hopes since we…read morehired them for some extra help postpartum with a newborn at home. They were able to get us scheduled quickly and came the very next day, which I appreciated. The arrival window was 12-1pm, but they showed up closer to 1:45. I told the three ladies everything we wanted done: floors, kitchen, bathroom, baseboards, furniture, windows, etc. They got straight to work and were very efficient. I also specifically asked that they use only our cleaning products due to having a newborn and personal allergies. At one point, my husband noticed they were using their own product and had to remind them to switch back to ours. This frustrated me quite a bit, especially since I had mentioned this to the office as well the day before. We had booked 3 hours, but they finished in about 2 hours and seemed rushed overall. A few areas were missed, including under some appliances, parts of the baseboards, the windows, and dusting our console table and dining room table. When my husband reminded them about the windows before they left, it was wiped quickly with a cloth rather than properly cleaned, which felt a bit rushed. I had mentioned the windows specifically when they first arrived, so it was frustrating that they missed it and when reminded, they wiped it down very quickly. Communication was a little awkward. If they had a question, they would call their office, and then the office would call us. I completely understand there may be a language barrier, but it did make the process feel less smooth and made us feel as though we couldn't specify our wants directly. We did ask for a small discount due to the late arrival. They were hesitant, but ultimately took $20 off. Overall, the areas they did clean were done pretty well, and I appreciated that they wore shoe coverings in our home. I just wish the experience had felt a bit more thorough and aligned with the 5-star expectations.

What I received was a basic cleaning job from a staff member with no professional organizing expertise. This company was completely dishonest about the services and expertise they offer. This was a clear bait-and-switch: they took my money for a specialized service they simply do not provide. I reached out to the owner on October 19th. As of today, the owner has completely failed to respond. This was my message to her: "Dear Fresh Oil Cleaning Service Management/Owner, I'm writing to follow up on the service I received recently for professional organization of my garage. While your worker was nice & did an adequate job of cleaning the space, I am disappointed with the overall service because it did not meet the requirement of professional ORGANIZATION that I specifically requested and that you assured me of. I already have a trusted cleaning crew, and I chose your company specifically for the expertise of a professional organizer. Unfortunately, the service provided was strictly cleaning, and I've spent the last few days essentially re-doing the organizational work myself--a task I hired a professional to avoid. As a fellow business owner, I understand the importance of delivering on the services promised, and I genuinely feel that the service I received was a waste of my time and money. It left a really bad taste... Responding to your public reply regarding my service review: I am responding to your claims with facts and evidence, not emotion. My initial review was simply a factual account of my experience with the Professional Organizing service I booked through your company. Focus on the Service Booked vs. Delivered My core concern remains: your company presented and billed this as a 'Professional Organizing' service. The worker you sent performed well at cleaning, which is consistent with your company's primary service, but demonstrated a clear lack of professional organizing skills. I even paid the worker extra for her extended time and tip because I appreciated the cleaning effort, despite the organizing failure. I stand by my statement that your company is a cleaning service, not a professional organizing service, and I am simply sharing this experience to inform future potential clients about this specific service offering. Addressing Your False Claims Consultation: Your claim of a 30-minute consultation is false. I have video evidence from my in-home cameras that refutes this entirely. You are operating under a delusion regarding the information you are using to craft your response. Proof of Work: I have time-stamped photographs of the area before your worker's arrival, after her departure, and the extensive re-organization and re-work my husband and I had to complete to fix the results. This evidence directly supports my initial review. Punctuality: Regarding the scheduling, the worker you dispatched explicitly informed me that she was instructed to arrive at 9:00AM, not 8:00 AM as initially scheduled. I have written communication to support this fact. Conclusion I am simply a client stating the facts about a dishonest representation of services. This is not 'defamation'; this is a factual client account. Your current response, which contains multiple easily disproven falsehoods, is highly unprofessional and speaks volumes about your company's unwillingness to take accountability. No further response from you is necessary.

    Made arrangements with Chelsea for her ladies to come out a couple weeks in advance. Since it was…read morethe first visit and we needed a deep clean it was 3 women for 3 hours. I've had professional cleaning done before and even used to do it myself, so I can confidently say their prices are very reasonable. I needed a Saturday so I could be home at least for the first visit, and although I don't think they normally do Saturdays they accommodated. They arrived about 20 minutes late but I'm not deducting any stars due to the cleaning quality. They were professional, brought the necessary tools (except a vacuum attachment and an extended duster for ceiling fans, but they used mine) and really did an amazing job. I can't tell you how embarrassingly dirty and grimey my shower and stove were! I told them to just "do the best they could" because after scrubbing myself I thought there were permanent stains, but they turned them into new! It was like a Cinderella story for my home. They were very thorough and hard workers. They pulled out furniture to clean corners and details, didn't cut corners like some cleaners do. I told them what was most important to me so their time wasn't spent cleaning things I can easily do myself. They even cleaned my trash can lid. Now onto the task of trying not to make a mess so it stays clean as long as possible! Boyfriend was also impressed and we will be regularly returning customers. Definitely recommend!

I was so excited!Ive never used a home cleaning service. I thought it would be a nice surprise for my wife before our annual Christmas party. We set up an appointment for Dec 22 at 8am. Before we hung up.. she asked if 7am would be ok? Of course it would!! Whatever you need Chelsea!! I work graveyard so i left work 2 hrs early. When i came home we took the kids to the sitters so they wouldnt be in the way. Took the dog to my parents house. I want my cleaning ladies to be comfortable. Started calling Chelsea at 7:45am to see if she got lost. Sent some text, left some messages. NOTHING!! No call No show!! Waited all day to hear back from her.. NOPE! Sucks to be me. Sounds like they clean pretty good if they show up.
