I hired this family own business to clean my 1200 square feet house. Well they did NOT clean my house missing to clean the kitchen sick, they did not shine the kitchen refrigerator stain less steal appliances . Too many to list everything they miss it was not worth $222. They missed the inside of the bathroom bath tub. They didn't empty out the garbage cans. They completely missed cleaning my office. they don't clean utility rooms. I would not recommend this service very bad service. three maids, and all they did was talk. read more

If there was a negative rating I would give them less than one! I've giving this company 4 chances to get my cleaning right! First time broke an irreplaceable wall hanging. Even though I was refunded $45 it could never cover the cost. Second time, sons toilet and tub still dirty! The list they give is never completed! There is always an excuse! They told me they cleaned my sons toilet with a pumice stone! Why in gods green earth would you use a pumice stone in the toilet? I don't think they know anything about cleaning and I will never hire them again! And by the way I was told it was threatening for me to put pictures online but I am a customer and you need to see the poor job that was done! Sons toilet, still dirt, tub, still dirt ( I was told they were holes! NOPE! Dirt! Surfaces no In reply to Joe T, there is not enamel missing from my tub, my son had played with clay while in the shower, some got in the tub which is fiberglass! There is no enamel. Worst cleaning service I've ever experienced in the over 10 years I've been using different cleaning services! They cleaned my home 5 times including the first 2 being "Deep Clean A & B" and the first 3 visits although I was disappointed, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt before complaining as I told myself "maybe it's because of how they rotate what's the priority and maybe they will do it better next time, etc", but that never happened. Simple things that every cleaning co includes and does like wiping off light switch covers, cleaning glass door in kitchen, wiping down kitchen cabinets, moving & cleaning under things on kitchen countertops, etc etc were NEVER done. They also consistently did a half ass job dusting and didn't move things or dust underneath them, my hard wood floors would "look clean" after, but if you took a wet paper towel right after they left and wiped the floor it was filthy dirty looking. Things are just done in a very surface-level and rushed manner. After the 3rd time, I finally talked to someone at the office and approached it in a very polite (likely too polite) manner by sharing a long list of examples that I wanted to confirm with them that I wanted to confirm were indeed a part of the services and not me misunderstanding or making assumptions and she confirmed indeed that all of them were realistic expectations and standard things that should be done and said they would share my feedback and areas of concern to the 2 employees who service my home in effort to improve. I had them come out 2 more times and not only was it no better, but some of the very specific examples I provided that were not done previously still were never done the last 2 times. In addition, they have given me the impression that they don't truly care because not only did I never get any type of follow up call from the women in office I spoke with/complained to nor the owner, or anyone for that matter reach out after to see how the cleanings after that were and ask if there was improvement etc. I also told her I took pictures after the last time just in case they wanted to see them for proof (because I was told the 2 people who clean my house were "some of their best people", but they didn't. Then last week after my last cleaning I decided to respond (for the first time)to the automated message they send out each time requesting to rate your experience that day and it let's you select a happy face, a straight face, and a frown face... I selected the frown face to let them know that nothing has improved since we had spoken and here we are a week later & I never heard from anyone following up to the rating that I provided per their request. Lastly, and on top of the less than par cleaning and lack of customer service and follow up... I had 2 other local cleaning services come out this week to provide estimates (because I knew I was going to be done with using The Cleaning Authority moving forward and they were out of chances to make things better) and not only were they shocked by things they saw and from all their years of experience could tell "were just never done" and/or "not done thoroughly" just a few days prior, but the quotes I received were like $90 less for each cleaning for the same services & same calendar frequency. The Cleaning Authority Plainfield is way overpriced and they under-deliver. I never take the time to write negative reviews for companies especially local businesses as I like to support them and even when I don't have a good experience don't see value in bashing them (nor do I think is worth my time), however I am writing this today in hope of saving others who are evaluating cleaning services and are considering using them from the hassle & same disappointing experience that I've had. read more

After my last few months with them, I am beginning to see why there are so many negative yelp reviews. I used to like working with them and actually gave them 5 stars at one time but I truly recommend that you really really consider your options before hiring them. My issues were: ----They charge 25 dollars every time you skip a cleaning when you are on vacation. You are allowed to reschedule but if you are gone for more than 2 weeks it is 50 dollars charge no exceptions. They do not allow vacations skips without charging you. Not a very accommodating company. --They leave without letting you know. ...Once their rotational cleaning is done, whether it takes 2 hours or whether they have only cleaned an hour and 20 minutes (even tho they are paid to be there for 2 hours. ) they leave quickly so you can't check their work. When I asked why they left so early, the owners response was that they were done with their rotational cleaning duties and not obligated to stay. Why didn't the 2 cleaners ask me to do something else for the remaining 40 minutes? I would had asked for them to clean the laundry room a bit or wipe out a kitchen cabinet or closet. --they charge way too much for how little they do. Beware. Get and compare quotes. --their rotational cleaning does not work. They concentrate on the easy items but totally miss harder things like cleaning beneath the couches. When I asked them to do that they said we don't have the tools to do that. Really? Also, their deep clean was supposed to deepclean kitchen cabinets and they weren't cleaned at all just lightly dusted. Things like this happened again and again... --they actually said that only bad reviews make their yelp pages. I don't agree. When we had great service, we crow about it so that the business sticks around. --some of their crew is great but as soon as you say that you like them and they do a great job, they disappear or get assigned elsewhere and another crew comes in. It seems they have a lot of turnover. --When I asked why their rates were so high, they said it was so they could pay their crew 15dollars an hour and more....I really hope that it is true. --they really insist on the rotation thing and it really really doesn't work. Very useless system in my opinion. Some stuff was cleaned if on the rotation but rest of house barely touched. I really do not like giving 1 star reviews unless my experience is really disappointing. But cleaning authority let me down more than a few times and in good conscience I feel like I have to say something. Wish I would have checked Yelp before I hired this place. My entire living room was not done - nothing dusted, mirror not cleaned, dust bunnies behind couches, and dog hair on my couches. They did wash the open areas of the floors and vacuumed my area rugs. We are in the middle of many things right now so I haven't been able to keep up with the regular stuff. Our house didn't look like it was even cleaned when they were done. They use young kids, early 20s, who don't know how to clean. I was told that there were random inspections after cleanings, but never had any, even after my complaint. I was charged a flat rate for a once a month cleaning. They charged extra for the 1st cleaning, called a deep cleaning. I told them that it didn't need a deep cleaning because we had just moved in. Each time they spent less time here. The last time took 2 people only 45 minutes to clean 7 rooms and 1 1/2 baths, but I was charged the full price. I gave them 4 chances and then cancelled my service. This company is terrible, today we had our 1st "deep clean". The rooms that where suppose to get the "deep cleaning" were not clean even to what I would considered a standard cleaning. Bathrooms and Kitchen were on deep clean list today. Shelves were not even touched/dusted/wiped. The bathroom counter was gritty, item on counter not even moved! We have two dogs , areas on the floor where not even touched you could see clumps of dog hair. The model of the business with rotations sounds great and they sell you on how much better their service is than others. I was willing to pay $40 above market rate each cleaning for the rotation of extra attention paid to certain areas. Most of the time this was not done. I had them clean my house at least three times. I was home during all of the cleaning due to having a pet that I am not able to "lock up" which they assured me would not be a problem when I got the initial estimate. The cleaning was nothing spectacular for two of the times. After I complained the first time they sent out another team to cleaning the following time that was amazing after I told the team about my previous team experience being awful. They didn't even. Know that they were supposed to clean several things the last team missed until I told them. Poor communication between management and workers. Don't bother with this company. read more

Be diligent! They will tell you a low price initially then when they come out they will not really look at the condition of your home and try to charge you more for weekly and biweekly rates. For example, over the phone I was quoted 90 for weekly. Then when they got here, it's 167.00 for the first 2 cleanings and then 107.00 afterwards. This was after eliminating 2 rooms from the cleaning list. Again, a 1500 sq ft well maintained home. The Cleanings are based on their checklist and not the actual needs of your home, you will end up paying for services that you don't need. It gets better, they have hidden fees that they don't tell you about upfront such as a termination fee. Too, they do not take off shoes or wear shoe protection when they walk in your home. read more

Big talk but terrible service! They came once to "deep clean" and didn't even do a surface clean....this is the email I sent them. Start message To whom it may concern I had my first cleaning today with two of your employees and had to have them redo many things...i then had to go back and clean what they did a mediocre job on and also what they missed. I did let them know and they did redo the floors and doors and cabinets but still missed quite a bit of the "detail" you specified in your booklet. I expect things to be cleaned not wiped over....my house is very clean to begin with and using a tiny bit of elbow grease to get a spot off of a door with a magic eraser shouldn't be to much for $159.00 or the regular price of $99. Let me give u a list of what wasn't done to your standards according to your booklet and my conversation with joe upon signing the contract. 1. Cabinets still had spots on the front of them which i asked them to fix and there is still smudges and grease on most of them - still not done to your standards nor mine. 2. Base boards in kitchen and bath not done or wiped with a dry rag. I went back and showed them what I expected and what was told to me they would do and still I had to go back and clean -not completed to your standards or mine 3. Counter tops only half cleaned when I felt my granite i still felt some crusty counter areas and dust. I said did u do the counters and they both said yes so then I said then why is there dirt and grim still in this spot here. Redone and are fine now 4. Floors clearly not swept before mopped and nothing was moved not even curtains to get the floor behind them...not completed to your standards or mine 5. Knick knacks not all cleaned and I don't have that many- I redid when they left 6. Toilets not cleaned with brush. Base of toilets still had hair and some spots of urine and dust on all. I had him redo them but he didn't wipe the base of the toilets so those I had to also redo myself. 7. Lamp shades not dusted or if they were it was done with a dirty duster. Not done to anyone's standards 8. Downstairs bathroom Mirror streaked like crazy worse then before they got there and mirror in living room wasn't done at all. They redid and looks better again don't use a dirty rag to wipe mirrors. 9. Didn't move hamper to vacuum under or behind....not heavy nor big so should have been done. Meanwhile They did clean the fans and cobwebs even in my second story foyer. Worth $40 not $159 and so far not impressed I shouldn't have to go behind and tell them what they need to fix. It's uncomfortable and if I'm managing the job then I should be on the payroll right? i would like to discuss this matter and expectations moving forward. We have been completely dissatisfied twice. They did the worlds worst service the first time and we allowed them to return to "make up for it", it was also a terrible job. The companies standard of clean is pathetic and useless. Their "proven process" is not proven and is by far the worst I have ever seen. i gave Cleaning Authority two chances -- but they cannot really clean... the first service, i see the bathroom walls had big spots anyone could've seen those spots... the family room had rose petals they never picked up... it was meh -- i called and complained, and i told Joe, George that I want the second service to be better and I wanted them to clean my fridge for an extra fee. that was a huge mistake -- these 2 ladies -- finished my 2 bathrooms, 1/2 bath, family room, hallway and fridge in an hour.... an hour??? even i... i will take, at least 2 hours to really clean the fridge... and 2 hours to clean the bathrooms.... i worked and came back an hour after they left.... my BF was working from home -- he just pays and not inspect... but i did... i took pictures of the fridge -- smudges all over -- drawers were not cleaned... floor was not clean, and the bathrooms looked the same way i left it.... i used Elsa Cleaning Service before -- and they were impeccable -- they will clean areas that you don't even ask them to, they will clean open containers, arrange my toiletries... etc... they will clean the bathroom walls and really clean the tiles -- these Cleaning Authorities wont... Anyways... these ladies came back last Saturday -- I did not call Cleaning Authorities to have them come back for very poor service -- Karen, did not call me if I needed more service... but these cleaning ladies came 04/26/2014... we had to turn them down... We just had this company for the first time. We're just shocked by the horrible service we received. Because it was the first time, we paid $156! Walked into the living room, no vacuum tracks. Walked to the end tables, not even touched. They're wood and glass and weren't touched. This was supposed to be a deep cleaning with lighter cleaning of living room, dining room. They weren't even in the rooms. My husband and I are so upset. Please don't use this company. We don't know if we'll be able to recover any of our payment. The amount we paid for this one "cleaning" was more than we have paid for a month with other companies. I had them for many years and felt their service was decent to mediocre, depending on the team cleaning. Over time, their attention to detail declined. The straw that broke the camel's back was when one of the cleaners stole a significant sum of money from me. I then lost complete respect for the managers when they refused to fire the person involved. Apparently their company policy is - on the first claim of theft, they give them a warning. On the second claim, they break up the pair to identify which one is doing the stealing, and then on the third claim - THEN they fire the person. Hire at your own risk!! read more

Don't! We actually used them for several years because they seemed okay at the start, but then I had to call them back to re-do something after almost every cleaning. We once came home to find one person sitting in their car, and the other one "cleaning" the kitchen floor with a dry mop. Needless to say, the floor was still dirty. They also broke items frequently, and then tried to position them in such a way that we wouldn't notice. One day we returned home after they cleaned and noticed that the desk chair in our home office was pushed against the wall. When we moved it back we discovered why. They broke an arm off the chair! We called the office and discovered they never reported it. The office suggested that they might not have realized it was broken, but it's hard to miss a chair arm hanging down to the floor! They replaced the chair, but it was a high back leather chair that was very expensive, and the replacement was of much lower quality. They also broke a front panel off a solid walnut contemporary desk from 1965 that we inherited a number of years ago. They "repaired" it, but it remained obvious that it had been broken, and the so-called repair fell apart shortly after. This was a valuable piece of furniture, and it's now worth absolutely nothing. Those a just 2 examples. There were many instances of pieces broken off knick-knacks and picture frames, and damage to furniture that looked like a vacuum cleaner might have been rammed against it. Things were repaired, but they never looked the same. Once we stopped using them, we discovered many more broken and missing items. Be warned! read more

After reading other reviews, I was nervous that I had made a mistake by contracting with TCA to clean my home. However, after my first clean, I couldn't be happier. My appliances are spotless, as are my ceramic tile floors, and my counter tops. We have two cats, one long hair and one short, who create quite a bit of hair and there wasn't a trace of it on any of my carpets after the crew left. My bathrooms were truly the highlight of this experience, shiny chrome, polished vanities, and spotless showers/tubs. Every surface in my home was dusted thoroughly as well. We had hired and used the PCA for close to 2 yrs. Give or take. We stopped using them, when we found someone much better. Over that period of time, we had emailed a few reminders/complaints to clean certain items in our home, that were often overlooked. I NEVER had an issue paying for a service, but want a complete , thorough job. Which btw, was seldom done. Seems a current employee working for the authority and also friends of ours, told us one of the owners said -"you live near one of our former clients. he was a crabby guy. Really? Crabby, because I was services done that I'm PAYING for??? If people did their job and the PCA didn't change cleaners every couple weeks, maybe things would have been better. Trust us on this one. Well I initially thought the business model was brilliant with alternating deep and general cleans, I was terribly disappointed when I walked in Monday evening to a house that looked like I cleaned it myself in 2 hours. Needless to say, I was pissed and had to redo my floors, rewipe my stairs, and get milk stains off the wood floors that they didn't get (I have a toddler and infant at home). The family room end tables and coffee table were absolutely not touched. The bathrooms had hair on the floors. Called the company, Karen was pleasant and offered to come back the next day, but I already cleaned. They insisted the stairs were hand wiped but I pointed out stains to them and they had nothing to say. They tried to blame it on my basement being finished but I was not pointing out dust. Really wish i read these reviews before signing on with this company. Loved the idea of the cleaning rotation but was incredibly disappointed with the initial 'deep cleaning' of my kitchen and bathrooms. Karen and the woman who did the inspection came back and re-cleaned the things I pointed out were not up to par (kitchen cabinets still had dirt, dust and fingerprints on them. The dishwasher wasn't wiped down, refrigerator had fingerprints on it). The bathrooms were even worse; mirrors streaky and not cleaned to the top outside of shower doors not cleaned, exposed light bulbs not dusted. Please note, TCA does NOT clean windows. This includes sliding glass doors in my family room. Kinda defeats having a clean house when the big glass window is dirty. They also do not vacuum/ clean under the couch. Well, if you have a pet you know where the pet hair accumulates, under the couch. So, while the floors were clean, one slight breeze came through and the dog hair/dust from under the couch is not in the middle of the family room. My nightstand wasn't dusted nor was the bookshelf in the living room and i had to vacuum under my bed myself. Now for my biggest complaint and the real reason I am writing this review...... I cancelled the service because even after they came back and 're-cleaned' I still was not satisfied. I called, talked to a gentleman told him I wanted to cancel he said 'ok, I will cancel for you and if we need anything I will call you back'. No call back but thye charged my credit card $116 TO CANCEL! That is absolutely absurd and one sided. They come into my house, I pay them $174 that we agreed upon for the initial clean, they do a shotty job so I cancel and they still get $116 from me. They seriously have nothing to lose for not doing a great job. If someone cancels they still get money. I don't mind paying the money they were charging for a job well done but, unfortunately the job they did was not nearly worth what they charge. I will stick with the independent polish cleaning lady who takes their job seriously because it is their own company. Very, very disappointing experience. read more

I made an appointment ten days in advance to have them come for an estimate. So for ten days I just kept thinking this was the right company for me. Today I can home expecting to meet their Rep at 4:15. When I made the appointment the gal said she would call me if they couldn't do it because I am one block out of their zip code area. I had a message on my machine when I walked in that they weren't coming because I am one block outside their "zone". Anyway the girl was very apologetic but that doesn't help me now that I have wasted ten days not looking for someone else to clean for me. So if you ask me about this - I would say I am disappointed with their customer service because they could have let me know sooner that they wouldn't come. I selected the cleaning authority for our home after interviewing the company with one of the owners, Joe. I explained that I am not a clean freak but a germ freak. I simply cannot except my floors to be partially cleaned nor my toilets! I told him I would schedule my cleaning, then evaluate the company by how well the girls cleaned before I schedule their cleaning services every other week there after. I did not get the warm fuzzies to say the least when I called to schedule my cleaning. I had really hoped to experience more professionalism the first time I called to schedule! Strike one!! A couple weeks later two girls showed up to clean, and my home seemed to be clean when they left. However it didn't take long before I noticed dust and dirt on a bookcase type shelf in the kitchen..common area!.@$! This company leaves you a description sheet of the areas they cleaned today! The sheet listed the kitchen and dusting as completed, to their standard not mine! I gave them a chance to clean for me one more time, and this will determine for me wether I will keep them or fire them! They came back two weeks later, and things didn't improve. After they finished cleaning our family room I noticed enough dirt that I had to ask them if their vacuum was working alright cause there was still quite a bit of dirt left behind. Remember I'm not a clean freak! I have a one year old who will eat this dirt!! Does that even matter, "I'm paying this company to clean my house"! I went upstairs to the bathroom to grab the rugs and throw them in the wash. Well as I bent down to get the rug near the toilet I noticed, you guessed it..pee still on the outer toilet bowl! Are you kidding me? I have to say something again! The girl who seemed to be in charge apologized and explained that they were short staffed and both girls here with her today were new! I'm beginning to feel that I should now be paying half price due to the job being done or not done! It wasn't until I paid them in full that I noticed dust and dirt on the kitchen counters as well as dirt and finger prints all over the outside of the microwave, and the same kitchen shelf from two weeks ago this time untouched!!! This was all listed as items cleaned today! I called the office and explained That I would not be rescheduling. The woman in the office apologized that they were short staffed, but she did not offer me half price for the job that was half done in my home today!! Initial A Clean (12/15/12 - Team: Dona/Missy) I called to confirm the time of arrival for the team. The call centre had 2-4pm however it was originally scheduled for 1-3pm and confirmed the day before per Karen. We had our Initial a cleaning by Dona & Missy. We were able to review the 2nd level upon their completion of it and it was satisfactory however when we reviewed the 1st level (when they left around 5:30pm), we found that the following areas needed special attention and/or had issues a supervisor came out and re-cleaned these areas. 1. Doors & door frames - pantry door; inner garage door, laundry door & coat closet door has spots still on them. 2. Baseboards - still dusty/dirty; noticeable dirt in corners 3. Window Sills & ledges - still dusty/dirty 4. Countertops - these were cleaned however they had an unpleasant mildew odor to them. 5. Floor - kitchen pantry floor, coat closet & laundry room (underneath the sink, behind the door - there was a reasonable amount of dust left on the floor). Was never touched. 6. Floor corners - most corners had a reasonable amount of dust/dirt remaining. Secondly, my husband went into the backyard & noticed that they did not put the trash inside the trash can as stated/requested. Both trash bags were on top of the closed garbage cans & the birds had pick at one of the bags so much it was open & spilling out into the ground. When I initially spoke with Joe he asked and noted as where the trash was to be disposed of, I had no idea they would place them on top of the garbage cans instead of inside. When I mentioned this to Joe (one of the owners) of course he was disappointed and said he spoke with the team and said they did not have a good excuse or explanation and that it would not happen again. I of course told him that this is unacceptable & just nasty, now we have trash that should've been in the garbage can on the ground that my husband had to clean up. So we thought we'd give them another try although our gut and other folks who listened to our experience said to dump them. Initial B Clean (12/29/12 - Team: Dona) The arrival time was scheduled between 8am-9am however she arrived at 9:45am but didn't get started until after 10:00am. Per Joe she knew what time she was to arrive however she decided to run personal errands instead of be on-time, however she said that they scheduled her without discussing the time with her ---see the major disconnect. How can you run a company like this? Nevertheless, she clean noticeably better than the first time, however she still miss "obvious" things. It was not the detail-rotation clean that is promised. I'd mentioned to Joe that we did not receive a rotation slip but cleared that up because we received a letter that explained what was to be cleaned. She came in slammed the paper down and said that this paper served as the rotation slip with a harsh tone I told her I'd already talked with Joe about that. I spoke with Karen about the dirty linen and where to place it she said they could place it where ever we'd like however when I told Dona to put it in the washing machine she said you do realize we're not a maid service we don't do that I said well Karen said you'd put it wherever we wanted you to put it. During this cleaning she also said that the office was not on our list to be cleaned however when I told Joe he said it was. I put my cell number on the acct just so she'd have it in case she was running behind she could call. Rotation 4: (1/12/13 - Team: Dona/Tonya) Arrival time was 9:10am; she said her and Tonya were sitting in the driveway eating breakfast. When in fact we did not see them in the driveway. This time the clean was ok a lot of things overlooked. The pantry floor, the laundry room, nothing smelled clean. She spent about 20 mins talking on the phone so she didn't get started until around 9:30ish. Nevertheless just when I was intending to send an email to discontinue service they sent me one indicating that they are not the cleaning service for me. We had Saturday cleanings and we think that since they're use to coming into people's homes when they are not there, the teams can do what they want when they want. I think having the homeowner there is the best quality check there can be. During the week the supervisors are supposed to perform random checks but nobody will pay as much attention to your house as you do. I hope this review is has been helpful. I will say that their concept is excellent- initial deep clean followed by rotating areas of focus with periodic audits. Their execution of the concept leaves much to be desired. I made it clear that my one requirement was a consistent team- yet I did not have the same team for more than a few cleanings before one member changed. The consistent member did a good job- it was a crap shoot with the ever changing one- some were great- others horrific. As time went on the office communication for reschedules became worse and worse- I finally realized I was working way too hard to get them scheduled and doing a decent cleaning job. I had them for my initial cleaning A was supposed to really focus on bathrooms and kitchen. Terrible job don't waste your money. Toilets still had dried urine on the outside of toilet. Inside toilet wasn't cleaned very well. The shower was not cleaned. Shower door still had hard water stains that my old cleaners used to clean very well. Furniture was not dusted. I gave the cleaning authority two chance as well and they failed for me too. Wish I had checked Yelp first. I told the owner, Joe about my dissatisfaction after the first cleaning and he said he would have the missed areas addressed at the next visit. Although they did address the misses I pointed out, they complained bitterly to my girlfriend who had the unpleasant experience of having to listen to them question her requests for a better cleaning job and their comments that they don't get paid enough to do such a good job. After the "make-up" job I never heard back from Joe again. I wanted to give him a few days to follow-up with me, but the call never came. At that point I decided it wasn't worth dealing with him again. He either completely misrepresents his services or doesn't have a clue as to how bad it is. If it were the latter I would have expected a follow-up call from him so he could resolve what appears to be a systemic issue with his service. I think it's safe to assume he doesn't care. Wish I would have read the reviews before I hired these people. The first time they cleaned they were here for a long time and did a pretty good job. However, it really bugged me that they didn't remove their shoes and they used a subpar vacuum cleaner. What service provider comes to a home and doesn't remove their shoes or at least put on shoe covers? This is a cleaning service for crying out loud. . . .shouldn't they, more than any other service provider, remove their shoes? They came again two weeks later and I was caught unprepared as they left a voice mail message on my home phone the day before telling me they were coming but I did not pick it up. It was not a good day for them to come as my kids were packing up to leave for college and the house was a mess. However, I felt bad turning them away so I let them go ahead and clean. Big mistake. They were here half the time and since my son was sleeping they did not even go into his room, which was fine, but then when I called to find out how much I owed them, they told me to take $5.00 off for his bedroom. Really?? An entire bedroom costs $5.00 to clean? That's weird because they itemized my basement stairs for $6.00. So it is $6.00 to vacuum stairs and it's $5.00 to clean an entire bedroom. Makes no sense. Plus why would I only get $5.00 off when they were here only 2.5 hours and the first time they were here they cleaned for 5.5 hours. Shouldn't I be billed based on how many hours they worked? They wanted to charge me the same exact amount. I called and told them not to come back anymore and the woman manager talked me into trying one more time and reduced the price of the cleaning and told me the owner would call me to discuss price going forward. Never received a call from him but they contacted me two weeks later saying they would be here the next day. I called and told them not to come. The owner can't even call me back after a complaint and I don't know how much Im being charged but they went ahead and scheduled me? Plus, I told them I only wanted cleaning once a month so why would they be here two weeks after the last cleaning? Horrible customer service. Horrible cleaning. Do not hire these people. read more

Absolutely horrible experience with this company! The cleaning services were spot cleaning at best and customer service was unbelievably awful. Responses to concerns were only given when services were threatened to be discontinued. If you use this company you are lighting your money on fire!!!!!!!! read more
