Jasmine & Courtney Team 9 did an excellent job today. Everything looks so nice. Great to come home to a clean house. Thank you.

We've been with The Cleaning Authority for several years, and we've been very happy with them. They arrive at the time they say they will, and it's so nice to come home to a clean house! Aidan and Deshavious were our most recent crew. They did a great job! read more

Unfortunately the cleaning authority delivers underwhelming quality of work for a premium price. I've had them come to my house for over a year and have had issues with 75% of cleanings. Issues have included not cleaning whole bathrooms or rooms. If things are cleaned it doesnt seem to be consistently done with high levels of detail. I've requested the company send only specific cleaning teams to our house but surely that has never been consistently respected. In fact, in my last cleaning, a cleaner who I frankly asked to never be allowed to clean my house was a part of a team. Finally, the last time the company sent somebody to cover the issues of the last clean, even the backup team couldn't even get it right. Perhaps the biggest issue is that I've patiently communicated the lack of performance to management probably a total of 10 times with absolutely no improvement in quality. There are definitely better cleaning companies out there. read more

We are so very very pleased about what a great job that was done today by Emma, Tori and Nattalee. They are truly awesome cleaners and we request that we have them for all of our cleaners in the future. Not only are they excellent cleaners but the are a team and get along so well together! It was so very nice to hear them having fun with each other while they cleaned! They have great personalities and we can't wait to have them return to our condo!!! read more

Clara and Matt did a great job. They were efficient, very thorough, and courteous. Highly recommended

The cleaning authority provides a great service. Having them come once a month forces me to clean up my house. And then they come and make everything spotless. Thanks! (also, recognizing Mariah and Hope for the great clean this month!) read more

I have had the Cleaning Authority clean my house for almost two years and I never actually understood the rotation system because it always seemed like things were not done so I thought it was because it was not on the rotation. Today I was home and had a conversation with one of the ladies and found out different. There were just little things that weren't done, like window sills if the blind came below it they didn't lift the blind to dust the sill. I found cob webs on the sill! Floors had the same spots on them when they were done as when they left. Floors were only cleaned in the main area and never in places like behind the toilet or in the corners. I have six panel doors and it says doors are wiped down on the rooms rotation and they have dust on them so clearly are not wiped down, shower doors are not always cleaned etc. This may seem petty, but I am expecting better. I want them to do what they say. read more

We had one experience with TCA. We hired them to clean our home biweekly and the very first clean was to be a deep clean of the Kitchen and Bathrooms and we found many items on their list not performed or not performed to our satisfaction. At best they did a wipe down of most surfaces. We are moving on to another provider. read more

I have been using The Cleaning Authority for a while now. In the beginning, cleanings rated good to great. Then we noticed a few crews that did amazing work. For our most recent two cleanings our usual crew was not available. Last week we had Brittany, Sonja & Katy. This week we had Brittany & Brandi. We are impressed with their professionalism, kindness, & most importantly their attention to detail. read more

I'd give this 0 stars if I could. I had a apartment clean for moving out set up. They called me the day before to confirm my appointment. The next day they cancelled on me THE DAY OF THE JOB THROUGH AN EMAIL. I called the main office and the manager told me that they were low staffed and that their "regular" customers take priority. even though I have a deadline for my job. Unreliable. Unprofessional. Rediculous. read more

We've used The Cleaning Authority for years and have always been pleased with their service. They are reliable as to arrival time, and they are great about rescheduling when I have a last-minute conflict. The cleaners are skilled and conscientious. This week the team was Kari, Gabby, and Cece. They left the apartment neat and sparkling clean. I recommend The Cleaning Authority to my friends and to you. read more

The Cleaning Authority has been cleaning our house for over 3 years now. When we moved, it was a relief to have them do the whole house cleaning with a reasonable price compared with other cleaning estimates. Normally Kari comes and is friendly, punctual and effecient and responsive to any requests that we offer. Since she was on vacation last week, Patrick and Cali came and did a good job. Whenever we have had an issue, a manager has been very responsive and one time even offered to come and clean an area that had been missed. We have had several cleaning companies in the past and Cleaning Authority has been the best. read more

Cleaning Authority is mediocre. The initial cleaning of my home was amazing. The every other week cleaning was hit or miss, lots of details overlooked. For a while I had two people that did an absolutely amazing job! After that they told me those two people "started working inside the office... " Not sure if that's true. They have sent different people every time, and nearly every time things are missed, unless the manager visits with them. They've never made my bed, they've never cleaned my sliding glass door, they've broken many valuable items. Yes they reimburse, however one item was an antique my grandfather left me. They don't clean around the edges, and I had webs of dust in the corners. I have attempted to provide feedback regarding the lack of attention to detail and missed rooms. I do get apologies and, the next cleaning is worst than the last. I expect that when I come home I recognize my home has been cleaned. Not always the case with Cleaning Authority. Many times they completely missed rooms altogether. For example at my last clean they didn't clean the master bedroom or master bath! And they broke the soap dispenser in the powder room. They say they wash the floors but the floors are covered with a film and dried mop lines and it doesn't feel clean. They've completely scraped up the paint on the fireplace hearth by running a vacuum over it. They don't wipe door knobs, they don't wipe windowsills, they don't wipe down baseboards as they say they do. Many times the counters aren't wiped, there are black cord marks up the corners of the walls, and the stove is left uncleaned. I've offered multiple times to pay more money to make sure that they take the time to make sure that it's cleaned. They never took me up on the offer. I do wish this cleaning service the best. Perhaps you will have a better experience. read more

They thoroughly cleaned my house. I love coming home to a nice clean home! Thanks.

Would not recommend. Had the initial meeting with Rachel and when I called back to talk to her she was always unavailable. The "call center" is in Massachusetts so they have no idea what is going on. I had my original "deep clean" and I had specified different things and nothing was done. Shower door not cleaned dusting woodwork and around doors and windows not done. When I called and asked about everything I couldn't get Rachel and had to talk to new people that had no clue because she was new she said. When I said this isn't what I wanted and the work wasn't done she said ok if you don't want to do the second deep cleaning then we won't be there. Find a local company that you can talk to the people for questions etc. read more

I did my research and had a good reference from a friend, met the "owner", so I signed up with this company to come in every two weeks. I paid quite a bit extra for my first "initial deep clean". Not only did they not do a deep clean, they barely cleaned at all. Still had cobwebs, still had dusty shelves, couldn't tell if they cleaned my shower or not. They didn't even touch my dining room! Total waste of money. Needless to say, they won't be coming back. I've already found a replacement. read more

If you enjoy house cleaning after the house cleaners have cleaned your house, this is the house cleaning service for you.

I had them service my house house for about 6-7mo before I had to let them go. The cleaning itself was sufficient - there were some initial hiccups where I wasn't clear in my expectations and they had to come back a few times, but we worked it out and my house was cleaner than if I would have done it myself, so it was fine. I did get frustrated with a scheduling issue. They email you the day before to let you know you're on the schedule. So I took my dog to daycare for the day and while she was there, I got an email that they were going to have to reschedule me for a different day. This would not have been an issue had I not already made alternate arrangements for my dog that day. They tried to make it right and offered me a 50% discount, which was fine, but it was pretty inconvenient. The issue that made me need to switch companies was related to the privacy of my credit card information. I had made online payments, and to do so, my card was kept on file. I have text alerts from by bank for each time my card is used and all of a sudden I'm seeing attempted charges from them. Mind you, I did have a payment due, but I was not on automatic payments, so each time my card was to be charged, it would be from me manually giving approval. So I see this attempted charge, email and ask why it happened and what protections were in place to prevent it from happening again, and their response was that they attempt to process a payment when there is a balance due and a card on file. After elaborating on how uncomfortable I was with this and ending my business relationship with them, they had the audacity to come back and tell me that I was set up for automatic payments (!). I wasn't, so I recognize they were just covering up their mistake, but all in all, I didn't feel my credit card information was safe with them, so I had to get a new one. All throughout our relationship, each email exchange I had with them ended with someone's name at the bottom ... you know, so I would know who I was emailing with because it all comes from a generic account. All of the emails, that is, except those last two. Unless you're going to pay with a check or cash, I wouldn't use them - you can't trust them with your card data. read more
