I have had great experiences with the cleaning authority. They are consistent, on time, and do a good job. Honestly the best money I spend each month because it allows me to spend time with my family instead of being stressed about all the things I have to do. The house looks nicer and I am more inclined to have people over so my relationships and connections have improved. The cleaners have accidentally knocked off a picture frame and broke it but they immediately called to inform me and allowed me to buy a new one and reimbursed me. I've been a customer for a year and would highly recommend them. Making the decision to spend money on this was tough but it's not only an investment in your home, it's an investment in your relationships. read more

I have been a customer of The Cleaning Authority for 1 year. The team that cleans my house is kind and courteous and they know how to deal with my neurotic dog. I'm a property manager by trade and part of my job is to monitor cleaning of office spaces so I have developed a very keen eye for detail and I have yet to find any instances in my home where I can say "You missed a spot!" They always go above and beyond to make everything perfect and I would recommend them to anyone! read more

Just an update, I received my statue that this company broke from the "restorer" I had to drive and pick it up myself. The company's owner made such a production out of "hand delivering" the repair to me....odd that he forgot about that broken promise. He also mailed me a copy of my complaint i waged with the BBB. In some circles, one might consider his actions harassing. read more

Been with Cleaning Authority since January of this year. Kelly and Hylinn, team 18, always do a super job. Just sorry we didn't sign up before we did. read more

I am "the partner" referred to in Mike's post. Mike was in our house twice, which he admits to in his post, so wouldn't you think he should notice anything out of the ordinary like a statue on the floor and question its weight? Most of the pictures in the house were askew and anything that was removed from a table-top or shelf was not put back where it was, which I also mentioned to Mike. The towel rack in the lower bathroom was pulled out from the wall, which I had to patch and repair. There were 2 pieces of the angel, however it was not a clean break, which is why we have to wait months to get it back from a professional restorer. If it was a clean break, it could have been glued back together. Mike also told us that he was surprised by the phone call since "the team" is suppose to call whenever something like that happens, which clearly they did not. I also find it funny that since you have been in business for 10 years or so, no one else posted anything about your company until AFTER Scott posted a negative comment. Coincidence I suppose... read more

We have been using The Cleaning Authority for about 3 or so months now and couldn't be happier with the service. They are wonderful to deal with - always friendly and accommodating. The house looks spotless when we get home and I love the little touches they add each time they clean. We really look forward to cleaning days! Truly, we have no complaints and highly suggest you look into The Cleaning Authority if you want help taking care of your house. Kelly, Jackie and Michandy do a great job for us and it's so nice to be able to trust people; having these ladies take care of our home frees up so much time for other things. We are very happy with the job they do. read more

My home stays clean! Amanda and Stephanie make a wonderful team They come in and immediately set to work. When they leave the house is cleaner than ever. We started this service when my husband was very ill but we've kept it because they do an amazing job! read more

Lorie and Erica have been cleaning our home every 2 weeks for about 1.5 years. Our house always looks AMAZING after they've been there. They do a wonderful job!!! They are also incredibly kind and sweet. We crate our dogs, but they took the initiative early on to say hi to them and become familiar faces so our dogs don't bark while they're there. I hope our team of Lorie and Erica never changes! read more

Due to a rude phone call from that woman and her lie saying I rushed her team while I was trying to not be in their way, I put a pretty bad review for not handling things with more thoughts! I paid to have a cleaning fully done in kitchen and half bath, floor and shower in the master. Cabinets in kitchen were not done, so they came back, Apologies... I go to the master bathroom to check behind the toilet : not done! Checked the half bath behind the toilet and the cabinets : not done! Her excuse : I'm accused to have rushed them! Really? Helloooo! I tried my best to not be in their way and you just believe things without being there! Ah it's your employees that's right. You don't need another account. I stayed downstairs most of the time on my desk, how could I have rushed them while they were cleaning the master bathroom? You don't want to do business with me? You said it on the phone but I had already made up my mind to not have any business with you before you even mentioned it! read more

My house smelled like dirty rags, cobwebs still visible, dirty ceiling fans, the list goes on and on.Supervisor came next day to clean herself the second clean by team still cut corners after supervisor check they skipped on the kitchen! Customer service this is a company that has not even tried to retain me as a customer totally disappointed for I was seeking a long-term cleaning service. This was the worst experience with a cleaning company I have ever had. When they finally showed up 2 hours after the estimated arrival window, I spent $190.00 for a "deep clean" and was left with dust everywhere, baseboards and lighting fixtures that had not been touched, and kitchen cabinets yet to be wiped down. I was assured a deep cleaning included baseboards, kitchen cabinetry, lighting, and window sills. When calling to discuss the poor service, they agreed those items should have been cleaned but refused to offer a refund for the "deep cleaning" for which I had paid. This company is overpriced, lacks customer service, and worst of all, is terrible at cleaning. Save your money. read more
