They have a luxury restroom trailer like I've seen at weddings in recent years, which were clean and nice enough! They offer flights, wines by the glass, and many more by the bottle. We selected four bottles (one skin contact, one white, and two reds) to share and also grabbed a local cheese and some crackers from their fridge to enjoy with our wine. On Saturday when we visited, they also had two vendors - one making pizzas and one making Argentinian food (we had a pizza over the time we were there). The wines were all great, and we had a great time drinking and playing board games we had brought with us. Rocklands Farm Winery focuses on low-intervention, small batch wines made with native yeasts. They were interesting and delicious - all four we tried (well, five, counting the glass of Pet Nat I also tried since we didn't get a whole bottle of that and I couldn't resist!). So if you love natural wine in a beautiful, comfortable setting - Rocklands Farm Winery should be on your list to visit!

Here's our experience. 1) Parking: Located up a long driveaway, there was enough parking for guests without it feeling cramped. 2) Space: For the Indian ceremony, we were outside in their garden. It was beautiful, but also very cold on a windy April evening. Luckily, there were blankets for guests, but it was COLD. The cocktail hour was below the barn with powerful heaters. Upstairs in the old barn was the reception. It felt a little tight for 150 guests, but not bad. 3) History: The property is on an old farm with a brick Colonial era house. The house is where the wedding party got ready for the ceremony. I couldn't find record of this easily online, but it's safe to assume the former owners of the house enslaved people pre-Civil War. It's important to note so we don't take that lightly.

It's an entire campus with several buildings. There are a few buildings for lodging. They are not cabins, but set up more like a motel with rooms with nice beds and a shower. They main center houses the dining hall and conference rooms. Next to that is a building with a coffee shop and the gym is behind this with a basketball and volleyball courts. On the property there's zip lining. If you're a runner, there are many trails to run (or hike). It's a great place for families and your kids will love all the activities! The only downside is the food (unless you already know retreat center food is the worst). It's better than awful, but still nothing to write home about (and everything they make is sooooo unhealthy). They do have a salad bar and chocolate milk, so #winning.
