Really delightful people working here. A great selection and it is very easy to order on the iPads or with one of the workers. Got advice on which vape to get and have loved both. My battery was malfunctioning on one of my vapes and wasn't sure what I could do. Coming from Colorado, I didn't know what to expect at a California dispensary but The Circle succeeded my expectations. Had an "apple" store vibe where you're able to view everything by looking around the store. Lots of employees who can help you out with questions. Man never again, this place is like the most I consistent spot ever, I purchased the same exact 1/8 of weed three times and each time they gave me a new grand total, like a dollar off each time. And I mentioned this one time and the guy agreed and was like what the hell, then next time i mentioned it again and the lady acted like I'm being cheap over a buck, it's not that I'm being cheap it's that when we buy a double double from in n out it's the same Price each time unless city tax is diff or they raise the price, I doubt the cost of the 1/8 is going up every three days. Also the last time I was charged an additional 1.00$ on top of the total which was the highest total of my last four purchases. I have to say, as a person how has never experienced this industry and to be completely honest being scared and not feeling comfortable with exploring this world my experience today was hands down THE BEST customer service I have experienced. Every single sales associate there was welcome, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and held themselves at a very high professional standard. The facility was clean, modern and very simple where everything was easy to find and easy to view/read. I have to say, I am very very very impressed. I have a feeling I will be a frequent visitor. My only note and request is to carry more animal/dog friendly items and that's what I initially went in for. Big shout outs to Tabitha on the floor and Alex?
