I've been to couple of chocolate factories/galleries, and I would say $3 for a piece is very common price. However, the issue is, here, the chocolate is smaller than other places I went to, and they taste just okay. Man, $3 for a tiny piece of chocolate, my expectation has been set high for how much I paid. I ordered Whoop pie (the Texas A&M logo one) and royal pecan. Unfortunately neither of them reached my expectations. Some artisan brand chocolates in grocery store are larger and taste better. They also have hot chocolate, cheesecakes, ice cream, and other bakery items available. Cakes are about $7-10 per piece, cookies are about $2-3. Might come back to try some cakes but definitely not going to have chocolate here.

One of the good places to get good chocolates.. I tried their sugar free dark chocolate bar, Italian chocolate , and a mocha filled cup shaped chocolate. I recommend the bar and the cup shaped chocolate. They first one was very tasty and is not extremely sweet. The second had intricate feeling to it and I absolutely loved them both. The clear glass windows let you see the art of chocolate making and the sculptures that they have showcased in their shop is pretty impressive.

The chocolate gallery has a great selection of chocolates, ice cream, cookies, cupcakes, and other treats. This place is great if you want to customize a box of chocolates. There is a large area for seating that is located in historic downtown Bryan.

I was born and raised in Bryan. I left as quickly as I could after graduating high school because I just did not understand the appeal of a small town. Coming back now I realize my mistake. I truly do have wonderful friendships that have lasted a lifetime and although downtown Bryan no longer has "My White Store" (i.e, Woolworths, where my mother would take me in my lace-edged dresses and patent leather white shoes to the lunch counter for a Cherry Coke and french fries if it was a special day) downtown has now been upgraded with some wonderful new locations ... THIS being one I was pleased to find. Being able to watch the chefs at work and eat the chocolates they make write off the shelf was a treat. Add in the comfy seating and the coffee (which could have been a bit stronger for my taste) and you have a great niche to stop at and enjoy the sweet life that exists in a small town square.

The Chocolate Gallery is absolutely one of the best bakeries in Bryan College Station. Working at a wedding venue, we have tasted our fair share of cakes and the quality of cake that The Chocolate Gallery provides is extraordinary. Their cakes are delicious, beautiful, and stay together when it is cut. We would highly recommend ordering from The Chocolate Gallery for any occasion!

The ATM seal is $25; the Texas shapes are $15

Interesting place and definitely worth checking out. Everything looks fancy but don't assume it's too expensive. You can get small item for a few $. They box everything up really nice almost too pretty to unwrap...even if we were only walking over to a table to eat it. One complaint I would have is that I asked for a cup of water and was giving the smallest paper cup of water you can imagine. They could use a water fountain. Of course they sell bottled water so I guess that's what they would hope you would buy.

I have been here a couple of times and enjoyed the varieties of desserts and sweets this place offers. I got to see the choclate making processes from the window and it is just amazing. The pgallery gets very busy on the first Fridays every month.

Clockwise: red velvet, key lime pie, and bourbon caramel.

This is a fun place to check out. The chocolates are expensive but make for a delectable and unique treat.

    Too dry to enjoy!

Disappointed. The display looks full of old products, especially the Gelato, which seems stale. Way too expensive too.

Try the lemon cheesecake...it is heavenly and rich. You may want to share a slice with someone. I love the snickerdoodle cookies too.

White Chocolate Raspberry gelato may be some of the best in the world. Truly fantastic. Pricy though.

Back in early February, my partner and I were in College Station to visit family. We made our way…read moreover to historic downtown Bryan and checked out Cocoa's Pantry. Cocoa's advertises itself as a kitchen supply store, and they definitely carry plenty of upscale brands (Zwilling, Breville, Le Creuset). We, however, were there for the Chocolate Gallery. The kitchen is surrounded by glass, so you can see all of the chocolate delicacies being made. We stopped in a few days before Valentine's day, so chef was making chocolate covered strawberries. While peering in, we noted the Culinary Institute of America chef's jacket on the wall behind us. This elevated our expectation! We made our way to the Chocolate Gallery, where a lovely attendant explained offerings that included a variety of cakes and artisan chocolates. Though they looked delicious, we passed on the cakes and strawberries, and selected 3 artisan chocolates each. These are the type of chocolates that you savor, letting them melt in your mouth. The mouth feel of these gems was smooth with no waxiness or grainy feeling, and the varied fillings enhanced the complexity. This isn't a penny candy store, but you're getting fine chocolates. Unfortunately, we were so busy savoring the chocolate, that we didn't take any photos! I hope Bryan supports this store during COVID-19 so that we can visit again when we come back.

A great addition to Downtown Bryan. A great selection of cookware and cutlery.read more

The meat was pretty huge though Spicy Jalapeño Burger: very juicy and delicious. Tons of jalapeños. Philly Steak: surprisingly delicious. Very tender and cheesy with a strong taste. Carbonara Pasta w/ Grilled Chicken: sauce could be a little thicker, but the flavor was there. Very delicious Overall: decently priced for a decent sized portion. Fries seemed to be fried in possibly old oil based on the color and taste. It was also salty af, and I love salt. They also have desserts, but we were stuffed.
