He took thorough pictures and notes on the issues and encouraged me to reach out to the roofers we used over the summer. Just after he left, Luke sent me a quote including his detailed recommendations and pictures/video/observations. I felt respected, heard, and he not only quoted me, but offered to help me navigate next steps with the roofers who need to fix said problems. Because of his professionalism and kindness, I would absolutely recommend him to others and will keep this company in mind for any other needs. If our roofers refuse to complete the job and repair said issues, we will absolutely use QF&CS. I wish I would've had them do this originally!

Charged $704 and no cleaning. I was suspicious so i called our builder who recommended another company. As the other reviews on this page note, i was told by the 2nd company there was no damage and no need for any relining. To add insult to inury they tried to tell me that "relining" isnt as good as replacing the "whole chimney" for $35,000. The 2nd company said that there was no need for any repair but if there were, a relining was about $1,600. This is fraud. And if they say we aren't listed as a customer as apparently they do, I will post the invoice and the charge. Beware.

Jordan and Peter isolated the area and not only removed the glue but didn't create any dust outside of their "tent". They were super mindful of dust. When they were finished they cleaned up so well that we didn't have to do anything other than rearrange our furniture. Thanks again guys. I paid the agreed-upon 50% down payment in full, and the trouble since then has been communication and scheduling. I've had two start dates come and go with no work begun, and several phone calls over multiple days go unreturned after being told I'd hear back the same day. To be fair: the work hasn't started, so this isn't a comment on their craftsmanship, and I'm still hoping to get it back on track. My main caution to others is about the money side. Get a written contract with a firm start date and a payment schedule tied to completed work before you pay anything. And be very careful about large deposits sent by Zelle or Cash App -- those transfer instantly and can't be reversed, so you have almost no protection if the work never begins. If this gets resolved and the job gets done well, I'll come back and update this to say so.

I called the morning after the recent Windstorm and the receptionist was polite and professional all business she told me someone would be over to my home to check out the damage in a few hours. Two hours later the owner Steve arrived to look over the damage he went on the roof to see firsthand the damage, he took the damage Chimney Cap with him and said he would try to get a new cap made as soon as possible and have it installed as soon as the cap was made he would try for a fast turnaround time. now this chimney is not the normal size cap it's around 40 x 48 located 40 ft off the ground. the company kept me informed on a timely basis on the progress of my repair. In about a day and a half I was notified that the owner Steve and the crew were coming over early afternoon to repair my chimney when they arrived they went right to work. While installing a new cap they discovered damage exhaust pipes inside the chimney they replace the damage pipes with new ones. The owner crawled inside the chimney and made sure the pipes were repaired and secured. They did install the Chimney Cap and Security in place they put the caps on the two exhaust pipes and then they caulked the screws and seems and they were finished the owner and the crew were professional courteous and thorough the owner Steve has a high level of Integrity. The company provides quality and responsive service I highly recommend them. Steve is the real deal, it's refreshing dealing with a business owner who stands behind his work. Thank you very much.
