Extremely unprofessional. I needed a feeding assessment for my newborn (painful latch due to high…read morepalate). They were quick to get me scheduled and even quicker to bill me. But I've been waiting two weeks now to receive my after visit summary, clinical assessment, and next steps. I have never been to a provider that takes this long to provide an after visit summary, which are usually provided right after the visit. I emailed them, texted them, called several times, it's absolutely ridiculous. They assessed that my daughter did not have a tongue tie whereas a pediatric dentist we took her to assessed that she has a very thick and short frenum and would definitely benefit from a tongue release. I'm not sure how a multidisciplinary team missed that, but before I jump to conclusions or make any decisions, I wanted to look back at the clinical notes. Since they did not give me an opportunity to look at their assessment, I have no choice but to leave my HONEST review of the practice. This is the last thing a post partum parent needs, steer clear if you're in a similar situation.

We love MSF! Where we felt defeated and let down by previous providers, MSF has come through immensely!

What a fantastic facility this is!! From the front desk (Tyler and Sidni were always pleasant!!),…read moreto the assistants (shout out to Alex and AJ) and of course my therapist Ryan (best therapist in my opinion) my experience at Pivot far exceeded my expectations. I have gone through PT before, but the level of care and personal attention I received could not compare to my time at Pivot. In addition to Ryan's professionalism and knowledge, he is just genuinely a wonderful individual who takes great pride in seeing you succeed. Who looks forward to PT every week? I did!! Thank you all for being a part of my journey to healing, increasing my mobility and getting me dance ready for my sister's wedding!!

She is very knowledgeable and has been very patient. She makes sure she answers all my questions before I leave. She gives me a paper with the excersices that I need to do at home during the week and it also includes a link where I can see a video of the excersices but to be honest I haven't used it because she has done such a good job explaining them. Casey is super friendly and has made this experience better than the I was expecting. There is no problem with parking and they take walk-ins. Hope you get well soon

I started working on my accent with Annie about 4 months ago. I've worked with other language…read morecoaches before but have found Annie's approach to be more effective and sustainable long-term. In this short time we've worked on my Ts, Zs, Vs, and all the vowels, which are the hardest for me. During our session yesterday we went all the way back to the beginning of our google document and I was surprised by how easily I could differentiate all the vowels. I read the old word lists again and Annie just kept saying 'great' because I had mastered all of those. I was amazed by my progress in this short time. Annie is also just a delight to work with. She's a true pro when it comes to language for sure but what I find equally important is her encouraging, joyful and kind nature. I highly recommend her.

Proficiency in ASL allows Annie to provide services for deaf children in a unique way; early language learners can also benefit.
