He sent me visual and written instructions of the exercises I should do at home. His therapy included exercises, ultrasound, massage using graston technique. and heat therapy. This is the second time I've been to Brody. In the past I broke a pinky finger which was useless at the time and at the end of a month of therapy it felt much better and stronger. Today, I can't tell that I broke it. I'm 65 yrs old so things take longer to heal. I was so impressed that I came back. This time my thumb was triggering and my strength was very poor in that hand. Again after just a month, the pain and triggering was completely gone but more importantly to me the strength had come back in that hand. Before discharge he gave me instructions in case it happens again. I can't say that I would have one suggestion for him. He was awesome! I started working on my accent with Annie about 4 months ago. I've worked with other language…read morecoaches before but have found Annie's approach to be more effective and sustainable long-term. In this short time we've worked on my Ts, Zs, Vs, and all the vowels, which are the hardest for me. During our session yesterday we went all the way back to the beginning of our google document and I was surprised by how easily I could differentiate all the vowels. I read the old word lists again and Annie just kept saying 'great' because I had mastered all of those. I was amazed by my progress in this short time. Annie is also just a delight to work with. She's a true pro when it comes to language for sure but what I find equally important is her encouraging, joyful and kind nature. I highly recommend her.
