I was in the store for approximately 15 minutes. The sales associate & manager were too busy talking amongst themselves & putting away items to assist me. I did ask one staff if they had denim available in a particular size & she stated "I don't know" & did not attempt to help me find it. When I was ready to purchase the manager checked out my sale . I had to call her attention due to I was standing there for about two minutes & was not acknowledged. When the manager came she did not ask me anything but my phone number. When the sale was complete she gave me the receipt and children's place cash . She did not address to me how to use it. I even had to tell her thank you !! I will not return to this store again. I went to Old Navy prior to this store & received excellent service!

I called and also came up to show them the items and my receipt. I also highlighted every item we had to make it alittle easier. All we did was transport the bag to the car and from the car we checked the bag so we can put the gifts accordingly. That's when we noticed we didn't have it all . They called us to say they reviewed the cameras and everything was bagged. All I want is what I paid for I spent a lot of money in this place and their making me seem like I'm stealing or something or I purposely lost the pants ? All I want is what I paid for and they made the process difficult and not helpful. For now on I advice everyone that shops here count all the items in your bag

This 980,418 square foot mall is located in Waldorf, MD. It was built in 1990. As you would expect,…read morethere is tons of parking available. It is managed by the Simon Property Group that manages many malls across the country. The mall is home to over 120 stores and has Dick's Sporting Goods, J. C. Penney, Kohl's, Macy's, and Macy's Home Store. as it anchors. I visited this mall on a Thursday night in mid-December and it was. pretty empty. Santa Claus was there though. What stuck out to me the most about the mall was how clean it was. It was very clean and updated. It had a play area for kids and you will find stores such as Yankee Candle, Bath & Body Works, GameStop, Build a Bear, Foot Locker, Journey, Hot Topic, Spencer's, The Children's Place, Pandora, Zales, Finish Line, Claires, Sip and Paint and Victoria's Secret. There is also an AMC movie theater, a selfie museum and post office there too. It should be noted that the Charles County Government plans on opening a Sports and Wellness complex in the old Sears location very soon. The opening date has not been announced yet. In addition to a vistit from Santa the mall hosts the Easter Bunny, Financial Workshop for Children, Animal Shelter Pet Adoptions, Maryland Kids in Safety Seats event, Game nights and hiring events. You will find a fair selection of eateries that feature America's Best Wings, Charley's, Auntie Annes, Sabarro, Ocean Blue Grill, Jeff's Burgers, Haagen-Dazs, Asian Chao and Cinnabon. I will admit that the mall has a well documented history of thefts, and violent acts including shootings and stabbings, but I did not feel unsafe during my visit. In a time when malls are dying, I like this one. It is easily accessible (by car and public transit), has all my favorite mall stores and eateries and is very clean and updated. I would recommend checking this mall out.

The best things about this mall are the food court and the gym shoe stores! Kohls has a good foot in because they offer Amazon return drop off and Sephora This mall quite frankly sucks!! Full of stores no one wants to shop in!

At first glance, I was ready to spin on my heels and head for the door. The fashion wasn't my "speed" (style), but I wanted to do a quick spin around the store to see what's up. It's definitely a place I'll check out again, especially when I want to stock up on gift sets, socks, toiletry items, and quirky sunglasses at affordable prices -- like Bed Bath and Beyond, only wayyy cheaper. Lots of Betsey Johnson (my all-time favorite fashion designer!), Juicy Couture, Steve Madden, cute luggage sets, and other hidden gems. I even saw some nice Members Only jackets (apparently, that's a thing again...) in the men's section. I scored a Bed Head heating brush for $20 (retail: $46+), so that was a treat. __ I thrift. @DCthriftish I eat. @f.hux

I swear whoever the owner is must have went out and found the grumpiest people and put them to work at Citi Trends. If they even greet me when I walk in, it's usually in monotone. Anyone who has been here could tell you that all the staff is rude especially the old woman. And the last time I was there (which I haven't been back since) I had a terrible experience. To start, I know the 2 salty employees there recognized me because I always stop in to see what they have and I always buy a bunch of stuff. I had about 3pcs of clothing that I wanted to try on and asked to go in a fitting room. They JUST let my friend go in one. So she tells me no because the fitting room is closed. The time was 8:44 and they close at 9? I told her I just want to try these on so I can decide if I want to buy them or not. It would take me 2 min at the most to try 3 pcs on. She refused. So naturally when my friend got out of the fitting room I went in to try on my clothes. You would think I was in there tearing the place apart by the way they reacted. Shouting from outside of the door that I get out of the fitting room because they are closing. My friend had to remind them of the time and tell them to chill out. I realize that you close at 9. But the time is 8:45. Calm down. I tried on my stuff and obviously by the way I was treated i wasn't going to spend my money but either way I was out by 8:50. I won't be returning.
