Your typical children's clothing store. This one felt bigger than most when you enter it. It actually felt like there was room enough to walk around and not bump in to a display or another customer. The store was well organized and surprising well stocked and nothing out of place. Customer service was top notched. They were attentive and knew where everything in the store was. The selection in this particular store is decent. They have a decent enough size of clearance as well. Which was surprising seeing where this store is located. read more

Placed and paid for an order online to be picked up in store. They held it for less than 24 hours before cancelling and returning items to shelf. Purchased with discounts that are no longer available. Seems like a scam to not honor discounts they provide. No notification call or email stating that it would be returned. Charge still shows on credit card. read more

I just want to say a special thank you to the manager of this shop on the night of December 2nd, 2011, for educating me on the hours of operation of their shop. After phoning at 8:30pm to make sure they were open late & being told that they were open until 10pm, I made the drive out to the mall with my family. I rushed into the shop to get some outfits for my eldest daughter's latest growth spurt. After asking the manager for help with a few things, she barely answered and walked away disinterested in helping me. I figured she had the closing up tasks to do & went on looking at the clothing for my daughter. I was trying to get her opinion on a few things & was looking at dresses when the manager came over to say, and I quote: "You do know that we close at 9:30, don't you?" When I replied that I had phoned and been told 10pm, she said that wasn't correct. I asked why I was told 10pm and now am being told 9:30. She snappishly told me that they closed at 9:30 and needed to know who it was that told me they were open until 10pm. I said I didn't catch the worker's name (slightly afraid that she might start berating the employee as well) and that I did phone earlier otherwise I wouldn't have made the trip out. She stormed off to find the employee that told me 10pm and made HER apologize to me. I said it's fine, it's an honest mistake, but the manager was cussing under her breath behind the employee and rushing around like the end of the world was coming. Now, I've been known to drop a swear here or there around my kids, but when others are proficiently saying swears about me in front of my children, I take offense. Especially rude managers who think it's polite to berate customers and herd them toward the cash register in order to make their purchases. I now know the hours of operation are in relation to the mall. But a bit of help would have been appreciated since I had asked repeatedly for it would have been more appropriate than berating me for being misinformed about the hours of operation and the storm that continued. Unfortunately, I get to return tomorrow to take back the tops that I purchased tonight since none of them fit my daughter. I will not be wasting any of my money or time here in the future. So, be prepared to have the underling staff berated by a very rude and cussing manager, as well as most likely yourself, and your children at some point in your shopping experience. I surely was shown that spending our hard earned money at this business is not worth being treated like pond scum. read more
