Once finding what fit was right for my body, all I had to do was pick a shirt I wanted and they brought it from the back individually wrapped. During check out, I was then offered & excepted a "palate warmer" which spoke to the brand and their attention to creating a phenomenal customer experience. The store was fully stocked with a great assortment of shirts and other merchandise for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Penguins, and Pirates; universities such as the University of Pittsburgh, The Pennsylvania State University, and Duquesne University; and others. The selection was not yet picked over. My husband and I chose several Pittsburgh and Penn State shirts. The cashier promptly and courteously rang up our purchase.
