They also have a rewards program where you get a free book each month, which is a fun perk. I've never sold any items there yet, but certainly will once our little one starts to grow.

At the same time, another employee positioned an iPhone near where we were standing, which made us feel uncomfortable and singled out. We are both African American, and the behavior of the employees felt prejudiced and unnecessary. We entered the store fully intending to purchase fragrances, but left feeling disappointed and unwilling to spend our hard-earned money in an environment where we felt judged rather than welcomed.

This particular Nordstrom Rack is in The Block Northway shopping center. This Nordstrom Rack has two floors. The top level contains merchandise for men, children, and home, and the bottom level contains merchandise for women. I focused on the women's clothing. I saw an assortment of shirts, pants, shorts, dresses, coats, and other apparel that previous retailers could not sell. I recognized brands such as Calvin Klein and Nike, but I had not previously heard of some of the other brands. I thought that the prices were low to moderate. I decided to purchase a pair of UnionBay shorts for $23. The cashier quickly and correctly rang up my purchase.

The anchor stores are Nordstrom, Macy's, JCPenney, and Dick's Sporting Goods. Luxury/designer stores include Burberry, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany and Co., Kate Spade, and Tory Burch. The mall also has many lower-priced clothing stores, including American Eagle, Banana Republic, Buckle, Chico's, Express, GAP, H&M, Hollister, J.Crew, J.Jill, Levi's, LOFT, Madewell, PacSun, Victoria's Secret, White House Black Market, and Zumiez. Unfortunately, a few of my favorite clothing stores have closed since my previous review. Several other stores sell shoes and accessories, such as Coach, Foot Locker, Kay Jewelers, Lens Crafters, Pandora, Sunglass Hut, Swarovski, Tumi, VisionWorks, and Warby Parker. The mall also has electronics stores such as Apple and phone stores. Stores for home goods include Crate and Barrel, RH (formerly Restoration Hardware), Tempur-Pedic, and Williams-Sonoma. Current restaurants are Auntie Anne's, Cheesecake Factory, Plaza Azteca, Nordstrom Ruscello, several casual restaurants in the food court, etcetera. Unlike many other indoor malls, Ross Park Mall is not dead. Most store fronts are occupied, and only a few store fronts are empty and awaiting future retailers.

Received over $200 value damaged product bought online from this business. Owner told me to file a…read moreclaim with UPS because her hands are "tied" even though as the shipper it's her claim as she will eventually receive the refund. She refused to take the damaged item back and insisted that I file the claim. I then filed a claim as the recipient to which UPS told me to contact shipper to proceed with the claim. UPS also confirmed that shipper will receive any refund. Owner ignored all emails and communications from me and never responded including any request to cooperate with the UPS claim. It's possible she's intentionally uncooperative. Very dishonest and does not run her business in good faith.

I seldomly shop at Gap, but I decided to stop in this Gap store in Ross Park Mall. I did not find any regularly priced merchandise that I liked, but I decided to purchase two shirts that were on clearance. At the checkout counter, an employee promptly scanned my shirts and processed my payment. She kindly thanked me for my purchase. In the store, I had held the shirts up to me, and they looked as if they would fit my body. At home, however, when I tried on the shirts, one was too small and one was too large, although they were the same size. I concluded that Gap has inconsistent sizing. Well, I spent only $16 total on the two shirts, and I will donate them to charity.

The sales girl and floor manager would not listen to us and refused to exchange a pink jacket that was given as a gift online to my granddaughter for her birthday. I was really taken back by her attitude towards us and unwillingness to help us. She insisted we were unable to exchange an item purchased online that was a gift. I got this off their website when I got home: (Returning or Exchanging a Gift Did you get a gift that's the wrong size or color? We can help you exchange it for another item or a gift card). Clearly she needs educated about her place of employments policies. Unbelievable and ignorant!

Well they are finally open! Vineyard Vines is named after Martha's Vineyard and their logo appears…read moreon all their clothing as an elephant. They have clothes for men, women, and children. Much of it is sportswear, but they do offer some nicer things. Also in honor of their opening they have Pittsburgh based merchandise such as Tees and half zip sweatshirts which are in men's sizes but can be adapted to anyone. Course this place is a bit pricey but a saleslady by the name of Kelcey helped me find some end of summer bargains at 30% off. They have a couple of fitting rooms and it was a good thing that I came early because there was a line waiting to use it. If they don't have your size they can order it for you. Kelcey explained to me that everything was preshrunk even though some of the clothes are pure cotton. I ended up with a cotton flannel shirt, a nice navy sweater with stripes which I can put over layers, and I settled for an I love Pittsburgh tee with the "elephant" symbol in the place of the word love. This place is worth a look at if nothing else. They are located on the bottom level of Ross Park Mall a few doors down from Tiffany's and near where the pop up American Girl is set to open soon. Clothes seem to be durable and was pleased with the customer service. I also like how they have the register area under what looks like a schooner. Will return when the occasion warrants it.

Staff members greeted us when we walked in and were very helpful and knowledgeable about products. I really love the merchandise and how they have local products like Vineyard Vines Pittsburgh t-shirts. Everything is super cute and stylish and I will definitely be back again! I would absolutely recommend this store for trendy clothes and accessories!
