Brand names include Food Network, KitchenAid, Nike, Levi's, Adidas, and many, many others. Prices are low to moderate. This particular Kohl's has two floors. The first floor contains mostly clothing and a Sephora, and the second floor contains mostly home goods. During my most recent visit, I was here primarily to return an Amazon product, but I also shopped around a bit. The employee at the Amazon return counter worked very slowly, so I had to wait in line for a long time. Afterward, I found a dog toy to purchase. The toy was on sale, and I could also use a coupon on it. I stood in line at the cash registers for many minutes. The cashier accurately rang up the purchase, and the toy cost only $9. Great deal! And my dog really enjoys playing with the toy.

Josie was particularly great, as she gave us time to deliberate and make our own decisions without pressuring us, and continues to keep in touch well after our visit. The selection is good, and the store is deceptively large. Bigger than both the LV and Gucci stores. However, the inventory doesn't seem to change out all that frequently. I purchased a reversible jacket there around Christmas a few years back, and the same jacket was still available the following year. This isn't necessarily a bad thing. Just an observation. Unless you attend their special events, you aren't likely to find many specials, deals, or sales here. Apparently they do have a marked down section, but I've either never noticed it, or never found anything that caught my eye on it. That said, I typically have a good idea of what I'm looking for before I go in, and will usually make a beeline right for it, when I get there. All-in-all, really good experiences, and will definitely be returning.

It's great because every time you go, there will be new clothes. Although, if you are looking for something that caught your eye a couple months ago, you probably will not find it. There is a very wide selection. You can find everything from jeans, to earrings, to dresses and they are all SO cute! The first time I shopped here, I found the perfect full length silk jumper for a summer wedding. It was extremely comfortable and I received so many compliments. Today, I found a dress for a wedding I will be attending in October. It is this super cute short green velvet dress. It was even 75% off and only came out to be $14.00. Because it was on sale, it is final sale and can not be returned. The employees are extremely helpful. They dress in the cutest clothes. The store over all is very clean and all of the clothes are displayed in a easy to see way. The fitting room area is huge. I believe there are 6-8 rooms, plus seats for all the men that don't want to look around! All in all, I always recommend this boutique to everyone and am sure to stop here often!

As I browsed the racks and shelves, I walked past a few employees, and none of them acknowledged me. I felt surprised to see that a pair of women's jean shorts were priced at $40. Later, I found tank tops that had a regular price of $10 each were on sale for $6 each, so I picked up a few of them. At the checkout counter, three cashiers were available. After I stood in line for several minutes, one cashier called me over. She accurately rang up my purchase. Clothes sold here are made from good material; the variety in items is fun to see; and, of course, they have a Pop! Funko wall you can admire in the back of the store. The unfortunate reality is that by being a better Hot Topic, by design BoxLunch just does not fit into my budget. During my last visit I was super excited to find a Vulpix wallet, as I LOVE foxes and that was one of my favorite Pokemon growing up. It was $40; I went home sad and empty-handed. Despite that, I'll continue to window shop here and enjoy the cute and beautiful things on their shelves - maybe I'll get lucky and I'll stop in during a great sale one day!

We decided to go somewhere else briefly and came back, and Jess remembered us immediately. She saw us shopping around for bras and I think overheard conversation about me having no idea how to size myself for a bra. Jess came over and offered to help me find the correct size (even though I'm a Cincinnatian), measured me, put me in a dressing room and brought multiple options for me to try on. Sometimes, being a woman who doesn't fall under the "societal beauty standards" body wise, it can be very intimidating to ask for help when trying to size for anything. She was so incredible, friendly, and non-judge mental. In fact I don't think I felt poorly one time when speaking with her. She mentioned that this store is not the location she actually works at and she was just filling in. I somehow need this message to get to her boss because she absolutely needs a raise- she made my entire day and I would hug her if I could or move her to Cincinnati myself so I never have another negative shopping experience.
