These products are so durable that they last for many years without getting holes, torn threads, or other damage. The prices are moderate and are reasonable for the high quality. During our past visits to this store, employees spoke nicely with us, offered assistance, did not pressure us to buy anything, and promptly and accurately rang up our purchases. Looked like some of the employers were helping others, while others looked to be standing around BSing with each other. It really upset me and my husband that we were not even acknowledged, even when some of the employees made eye contact with us. I've worked retail, but even if you haven't, a general courtesy "I'm with another customer but I'll be with you shortly" is proper protocol. I imagine no one from corporate will read this, but take heed fellow Yelpers. There's a handful of local shops to go to that I bet will give 10,000x better service like Surmesur, Larrimor's and Vestis.

I ordered a hat online last night (10/23) to be delivered to this location because it said they…read moreonly had one left in stock and I had been looking for the hat everywhere. I called today (10/24) an hour after the store opened to give them what I thought was a reasonable amount of time to get my order ready. The employee that answered the call was unpleasant, she didn't look at the order til I called, she kept saying things like "did you order it here? We get them ready as the orders come in, etc" but then after telling her why I placed the order she then confirmed it was ready after I had to tell her multiple times what the situation was. When I got there she was even more unpleasant (she was the only one in an empty store) she didn't ask my name or confirm order number and just plopped a bag on the counter and turned around without saying a single word. Horrible customer service & her superior should tell her that's not how you treat people! Especially when all they're doing is NICELY asking you to do your job, which shouldn't have to be asked of you!!
