The owner didn't talk to much, seemed like a nice man though. There's ALOT of children clothes and for a very good price. There's a limited supply of baby items like strollers and etc but I also didn't ask him if they carry anything else in the back. For around 22 dollars I bought 3 jeans, a coat and a pair of shoes so I'd say that's a pretty good deal (: It's worth checking out, there's also a dollar rack in the front right when you walk in.

My cash payment did not post to my account so it shows an almost $300 balance. I lost the receipt and store apparently doesn't keep records of their transactions. They keep security footage for a month or so and two weeks after the purchase we requested they look at the footage which they didn't do. A month later they say they no longer have the footage. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They really need to change the way they keep records or something.

Got it!" The amount didn't seem right, so I looked at my receipt right away and sure enough she didn't apply it. She was headed out and wouldn't help adjust the price, so I had to get back in line, return the items and repurchase. Next experience, same girl, I had ordered some tall sized items online and went in store to order different sizes so i didn't have to pay for shipping again. I had the receipt on my phone, showed it to her, and she said the easiest way to do the online exchange was do a merchandise return, and I told her the new price was lower and would rather the difference in cash. She said "ok" and continued with the return and handed me a merchandise credit card and said your savings difference is on this card :| I called her out and she just said "just think of it as a discount next time you shop here". Update: I was notified via email the package was delivered, but, to the wrong address, and the wrong size! Now I have to wait and see if the person returns to sender or I'm SOL. Worst experience ever!

When we walked in, we were warmly greeted by one of the co-owners who was wearing her own baby. I'm a first time mom (22 weeks pregnant) so we've been shopping sales and watching prices to start our cloth diapering collection. NOLA had a huge collection of new cloth diaper brands to search through with tons of cute patterns and all the accessories you can think of. The co-owner politely answered every single one of my questions and kept checking on us (not in a bad way) and referred us to things she though were good. She definitely actually cared that we were successful and had good things instead of just wanting us to buy more stuff. She even showed us to their consignment section (she could smell the young and broke on us) and it was even more extensive!! She helped us look through all of the baskets and showed us the cutest colors. It was just a really wonderful experience. Overall, stores like this are really important and empowering because it's all about moms helping moms. Not just customer to business owner but a lot of their merchandise was from local moms or mom-centered businesses. This place doesn't do anything halfway!

I was first and only person in line . The owner was such a doll to deal with and so I was able to get exactly what I wanted while paying retail! It's a cute store so if you are in the market for natural baby items- please check them out!

Like many children's and baby clothing stores, the selection for baby boys is extremely limited- I'd say about 30% geared towards boys or gender neutral here. With even fewer items for babies and infants. And what was available was pretty run-of-the-mill. They did have some interesting baby things and toys but nothing you can't find elsewhere. Although the store front is inviting, easy parking & the interior decorated well; it's not necessarily worth a trip out of your way. If you happen to be in downtown Tacoma, stop by. But don't drive 30 minutes out of your way like me.
