However, I don't feel like I can give 5 stars due to their location. The limited street parking is a huge pain, a man screamed profanities at me and my children as we walked to the store, and their location is just too small to bring a stroller in comfortably. I once bought something from them on IG and didn't make it down there to pick up for over a month. I would frequent this store SO much more often if it wasn't located in downtown Oly.

In addition to clothing they have canning supplies at the best price in the area. They also have camping and survival gear. I have also seen crab traps and fishing supplies. They also have some kind of point system which only applies to designated items. Definitely worth checking out if you need rugged outdoor clothing or shoes.

This is a perfectly good Goodwill, but because of the small footprint of the store, it will never be as good as the ones you can find in the Olympia area.

Who instead of doing his job like he's paid to do, would much rather scream at his customers yelling, "Get the f*ck out of my store, I'm not selling you guys sh*t" because my fiance simply put a shirt back in the wrong rack. We were already at the check out and merely moments away from spending about $300 in the store. Will never return here, and will tell everyone I know to never shop here.

I don't know why they say they are choosy with brands and items because I did not notice that when I was there. I wanted to check the place out to see if I should take in some of my children's high end clothing & shoes, but realized after seeing the store that they were probably going to offer me barely anything for them. The store didn't really carry a lot of the brands I was taking in. I also thought it was strange you had to drop your items off and wait up 3-5 days for a call back. They should be able to give you an offer within an hour or two like most consignment shops. I gave them a 2nd Star only because the new items they carried were very cute. I say you will do better on Craigslist from mommas posting nice higher end brand items and you don't waste any gas while looking.

When we walked in, we were warmly greeted by one of the co-owners who was wearing her own baby. I'm a first time mom (22 weeks pregnant) so we've been shopping sales and watching prices to start our cloth diapering collection. NOLA had a huge collection of new cloth diaper brands to search through with tons of cute patterns and all the accessories you can think of. The co-owner politely answered every single one of my questions and kept checking on us (not in a bad way) and referred us to things she though were good. She definitely actually cared that we were successful and had good things instead of just wanting us to buy more stuff. She even showed us to their consignment section (she could smell the young and broke on us) and it was even more extensive!! She helped us look through all of the baskets and showed us the cutest colors. It was just a really wonderful experience. Overall, stores like this are really important and empowering because it's all about moms helping moms. Not just customer to business owner but a lot of their merchandise was from local moms or mom-centered businesses. This place doesn't do anything halfway!
