The product came VERY well packed in the box to prevent damage. The map itself is awesome! Besides showing continents, it has drawings in the margins depicting scenes of native animals and native people, many drawn as one might expect in 1719, as fearsome creatures in a strange new land. The map comes mounted on a pair of beautiful cherry wood slats, a presentation style which I feel is more authentic than a common picture frame. Driver didn't know what he was doing so it covered only half the area we wanted and some is in piles 6 or 7 inches deep, or even deeper. We've been raking and wheelbarrowing for days (we're 76 years old!) trying to make it right. Plus it's all muddy and tracking in, like it was mixed with dirt. Should have listened to my son who said order from Miles, they will drop where you want it and it's good stuff.

Ultimately, we went with his suggestion on the type of door and decided on the upgraded openers. He was very professional and courteous in all our dealings. He showed up when he said he would. He took great care in demolishing the old doors and taking down the old openers and hauled all that away so we did not have to deal with it. He put all the new stuff in and was done in less than a day. We get tons of compliments from our neighbors on the color and the quality. The new openers are so quiet and just work great. It is also so convenient knowing if we have any issues, we can give Eric a call and he said he would take care of us. We are very pleased with our new garage doors and openers.

First place I went was Christiansen's, a local furniture store that also has flooring and whatnot. The man who works there brushed me off and told me to go to factory flooring direct in Tacoma or something like that. Somewhere cheaper, I'm assuming. Ouch. He didn't even know my budget... he was helpful, just not interested in taking my money I guess? When I got to The Showroom, I was so emotionally drained and feeling hopeless, and Libby was immediately so helpful.
