First of all I went in to buy only one part and should have only taken 5 minutes or less. But instead I ended up wasting 30 minutes of my time and ended up walking out due to the lack of knowledge and underpromised helped. First of all, I only need a faucet part. I ended up looking at the parts and couldn't find anyone in the area to help me. I noticed after 5 minutes that other people were doing the same thing. Finally a lady ended up walking out of the area to find help and ended up finding Keith. Keith ended up helping her and took about 5 minutes. So after patiently waiting now 10 minutes, I asked Keith when he was done with the nice lady if he could help me out for a minute. He ended up telling me that he would call somebody over here on the certain aisle to help me out. After patiently waiting 15 minutes with no one even remotely stopping by. I ended up walking up to Katt to see if she could help me. Waited another 5 minutes and no ONE. Holy crap still terrible service. Ended up running into Donald who seemed to be a manager, who was on the phone and I asked very strongly since I haven't been helped at all to get help. He stated that he would send somebody over to help me. I said very strongly that, that response didn't help out 25 minutes ago. Finally the one shining light. LAUREN. Lauren had no experience in plumbing but her brother was a plumber. She text him and called him for answers. We ended up sending pictures to her brother and still her brother wasn't there so he couldn't answer any of the questions with confidence. I sincerely thanked Lauren even though I wasn't able to be professionally helped. I ended up walking out of the store and went to Ace Hardware where I was helped within minutes of walking in. Found my part and was happy. Even though Lauren didn't help me! SHE WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO COMPLETELY TRY AND HELP ME. The others were absolutely terrible. Donald on the phone on the sales floor in a camo vest and not helping at all (Dismissed me like I was nothing). Keith who lied about sending anybody to come and help me, especially if he was just done helping somebody else out. Plus I patiently waited the entire time while Keith was helping out the nice lady. Katt was honest and said she didn't know anything about Plumbing and would send somebody. Honestly LAUREN who went over and beyond to help, but still couldn't. I can 100% appreciate the help. Sometimes times are tough but seriously don't say you are going to help and not come through. I wasted so much of my time while I had groceries in the car thawing out. I'm seriously mad about how the LOWES organization treated me. I'm pretty much done spending money there unless I seriously have too. I wanted to give negative stars because of the lack of service. But I'm giving two stars only because of Lauren who went out of her way to call and text her brother to try and help and solve my problem. For someone as young as she was, I'm impressed by the genuine impression of Lauren.

Worst Service I have ever experienced. They will call someone but no one will come…read more My mom and I went to Lowes Port Orchard to purchase new Luxury Vinyl Flooring. We decided to bring the Explorer, which uses twice as much gas as the car we normally would have taken, so that if we found what we wanted we could bring it home with us. We arrived at about 6PM. We got there and the person at the check out, cheerfully told us what part of the store to find the LVP in. We went back to that section and attempted to determine both what was the best value vs quality, and see which looked like it would work best with her furniture. We were there for about an hour looking, and not a single associate offered to help us. My mom had a lot of questions, because she is 75 so this is very likely the last time she will be changing the flooring and she wants to make sure the selection is going to last and make her happy to see every morning as she starts her day. After a little over an hour we finally had decided on 3 possible options. We were leaning heavily towards the Stainmaster LVP as we put some of that brand in my room and the living room over the course of the last year, but we also were considering the Style LVP. We used the app to see how it might look with her furniture and the calculator to determine we would need around 15 to 16 boxes of it, at an approximate total of $700 if we went with the style or $1000 for the Stainmaster. That was when we started looking for an associate that could ring it up and help us get it to the truck. The first person we found was busy with another customer but gleefully offered to call one of the other associates that could help us. We figured great we are almost done. He calls the other sales associate, who says they are in back so they will be a minute before they are able to help, but will be on their way as soon as possible. At this point I decided to go have a quick cigarette and call return a couple of missed calls because my phone had a horrible time picking up any signal. I was gone for about 15 -20 minutes, thinking by the time I was done someone would have come to help my mom. She stands out like a sore thumb, being a frail 75 year old woman with long white hair standing alone in the desolate wasteland that is flooring. When I got back no one had come to help her. A bright eyed cheerful gentleman stopped to ask if we had been helped, and we said we were waiting on someone that had been called to help us, but it had been about 20 minutes so we would appreciate some help. He said since it wasn't his section he couldn't help, but he would call and make sure someone was coming and again was told he would be there shortly but was in back. So mom asked if he could check the inventory, and he did and determined that they did indeed have the flooring we wanted in stock. I waited with her for another 20 minutes before she suggested I go check the plants and see if they had any butterfly bushes, and that she would text or call when the associate arrived. Shortly after I left another associate came by, which was about 45 minutes from when the first call to get someone to assist had been made. My mom thought for certain that he they must be the person whom we had been waiting for. Sadly this was not the case. He did, however, offer to call the associate for flooring a 3rd time to get him to come up to assist. Again they were told he would be up shortly but was in the back of the store. The back of the store must be a pocket dimension so immense that he never was able to escape it because we never did get to see him. Either that or he was recreating the role of the Invisible Man. So about 15 to 20 minutes after I had gone to look for a butterfly bush I grab my phone to ask my mom if a chaste tree would work in lieu of a butterfly bush, and she responded "Still waiting" My mom is 75 years old, has fibro-myalgia, and doesn't do well standing on concrete for long periods of time. The flooring section has no seating so she was leaning on a cart for support and getting extremely weary and increasingly disgruntled. We finally made the decision at 8:15 to leave. We had been at the store for almost 2 hours, with the desire to buy a good chunk of product and take it home with us, so that we could avoid the hassle of delivery. We left with nothing, simply because no one could be bothered to come help us get rung up and bring the product out to the car. We're seriously re-evaluating whether Lowe's deserves our continued loyalty. We only went there because we don't like the politics that Home Depot supports and it ranks higher with the HRC index, but what good is loyalty to a chain of stores if they literally make it impossible to purchase from them. We are trying to determine where else we can go besides them and Home Depot and get what we want to use after this experience. Don't expect service if you come to this store, because it is obviously not a priority for them!
