Veal Parm Sandwich with Caesar salad.
    Athena M.

Pretty mediocre food to be honest. Open since 1933 and I wanted it to be better so they continue to survive but they need to up their game. Eggplant sandwich didn't have much eggplant or cheese and was mostly bread. Fried ravioli was just okay. $7.50 up-charge to get a greek salad instead of garden or Caesar salad. The dressing was good though - don't change that! Or server was also really attentive and friendly! We appreciated that!

Came with a client, sat right down. The ambiance is very "keno/bar". It was clean, restrooms are clean, waitress was great. I was excited for the gluten free menu options, there are many. However, the food was just okay. I got the gf chicken parm and it was dry and bland. The gf pasta was ok. The rolls were unfortunately terrible. I think they might've been old and reheated a few times. They were very chewy. I'd try something else if my client wanted to come again. He had the pizza and was very happy with it.

Ugh...I have been here before and the food was so delicious. Conveniently located right off of the highway. Pros: The pre dinner bread is lovely. You get large loaf slices with butter. Waitress was the sweetest and gave good service The sauce for the pasta is amazing! The have good prices w choices of 3 course meals Limoncello cake was delish Cons: I ordered the chicken penne pasta that was absolutely awful. It should of been a lovely garlic oil sauce but instead it was a bland soupy sauce. The chicken tasted boiled. I sent it back and they replaced it with egg plant parm The breading on the parm is not good. I feel like they may prepare ahead of time and freeze products then serve. Salad had unripened tomatoes Sadly, I will not be back.

My family was in town for a celebration of life and were staying nearby so we stopped into the Chateau a few times for late evening dinners. We tried everything from pastas, pizzas, and whole belly clam platters. Everything was pretty good and hit the spot in our moments of need. It's pretty standard Italian food but definitely good. We will be back if ever in the area!

We were greeted by Emily a pleasant Hostess/Waitress! Andiamo had a nice Pub atmosphere and we were seated in a corner booth! We started with 2 Martinis that were filled to the brim which Emily very carefully brought to the table so not to spill a drop! We had checked the menu online and were both interested in their Chicken Piccata which had gotten rave reviews from fellow Yelper's and that dish didn't disappoint, we both loved it, the chicken was tender and the pasta cooked perfectly El Dente, and it was a huge portion, enough to satisfy the healthiest appetite! For dessert we opted for the Tiramisu that we took to go! After we got home we were looking forward to our tasty treat later in the day! Since our Chicken Piccata entrees were so delicious we thought that the Tiramisu would be as well, it wasn't! We both agreed that it was the worst Tiramisu that we've ever had! Instead of it consisting of the traditional ingredients of coffee soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone cheese and whipped egg yolks, it was like eating a three by two inch high square of cool whip that was topped with a sliced Strawberry, which BTW, was the only plus of this dessert! Don't know if they have their own pastry chef or they get it from a local Italian bakery but whoever makes this needs to be spoken to and at $12 a slice it was, to put it mildly, a complete ripoff! Emily, The Martinis and the Chicken Piccata were all five Stars but please skip the Tiramisu!

My entree had no price listed on the specials menu. I have never let price deter me snd I Was shocked to see it was $60. We eat out a lot but that was in no way a $60 dish. The portions were small. Seafood quality was mediocre. And the lobster tails were rock lobster. Which is a coarser meat and not as flavorful as Maine lobster. Which was misleading on the description. Overall one and done for us. In my opinion its too expensive for what they are serving.

And I've eaten at probably over 250+ restaurants in my adult life. Why was it so bad? The salami on the antipasto salad was so rancid, my poor wife almost immediately vomited when she took a bite. And I mean she instantaneously gagged audibly and could barely maintain her composure. She felt embarrassed but when I smelled the salami I completely understood why she would react that way. It smelled like it was bad a week prior. We told the waitress, who took the food back. The kitchen staff had informed her they checked the salami and it was fine. My wife works in food service and said this salami was rancid. I have no such experience and could tell by scent and sight that this was badly spoiled. It was yellowish in some areas. I wanted to leave then, even though we had an entree on the way. I took one look around at the dated, cheap decor, the nasty blinds caked with dust and food particles, and thought to myself: this is one of those places from Kitchen Nightmares, where Gordon Ramsay would pop out, shut the place down, then go stick is hand in some slop in the back. A supervisor comes out and explains that they aren't saying we are wrong, but that the salami they checked was okay. That the portion we received might have been spoiled, but they assure me the rest isn't. C'mon. If the kitchen staff couldn't admit or tell this was revolting, then what the hell else were they going to serve me? I soon found out. We got the chicken francaise which is a cutlet dredged in egg and tossed in flour. It should be like a pan-seared cutlet with a slight coating. No, what we were served was a chicken cutlet inside an omelette. Swear to god. There was visible egg scramble layered on top and the bottom of the chicken. I was absolutely starving so I had a couple of bites. I commented on how it was like an omelette and my wife responded "that's what it is like!" And then commented on the egg smell. This was the grossest texture you could imagine. Our waitress had just come over to ask how our food was. We asked her to take it away and said it was the worst meal of our lives. I felt terrible for her. She felt so bad and was clearly nervous. We told her not to be sorry repeatedly as it wasn't her fault. It was the kitchen. They comped all the food, which we didn't really eat, but made us pay for our cocktails. Fine. Although considering the fact they ruined our night and we left hungry, they really should have comped those too. It was that bad. I had 7:45PM reservations. As I type this it is 9:14PM. I ordered DoorDash over 15 mins ago as you can see by the pics I have provided. All of this tonight that happened is true and I sincerely hope people read this and think twice about going there. I read another review that said it was the best food of their life. I joked that's because they died immediately after. This food was disgusting, low quality, and the place is a dump.

Got a Groupon that made the risk of a first time experience very appealing. Went during a weekday - we thought the food was good. We had calamari as an appetizer. I then had the Bueno Land sea chicken (very good) and my wife had chicken broccoli penne (it was ok). Service was very very slow and the waitress was nonexistent when we needed her. She also never checked in on us after we got our food that someone else dropped off. But here was where it got odd. After waiting about a half an hour for the bill we told the waitress we had a Groupon. It had a have a cash value of $40. When she brought over our bill, it was not itemized as all. It had the total supposedly after removing the $40. it also had a spot for the tip and it had the standard recommended tip percentages pre-calculated below. After looking at it for a bit things seemed the total amount was too high . We asked for the itemized bill and after about 20 minutes, we received it only to find out that she had added a tip already to the total amount. there's no way we would've known that to me this smells like a scam. She purposely did this to try to get a double tip. I find it odd that it would be the policy of a restaurant to add a tip for just two people And not let them know about it by not giving them an itemized list of what was ordered. Below is the only thing that came to the table when we asked for the bill. The Groupon of $40 had been removed but she hid a tip in it.
