    Recently had my daughters quince at the chalet. Many pros & cons. Pros. Bosue was a pleasure to work with. Easy to get ahold of & was always available to answer questions. Made the process easy. Venue is beautiful & spacious. Staff was friendly. Cons. We had 175 guest. Hired 4 staff at $1,120. Bathrooms were never cleaned or stocked the entire night. Had to ask owner for toilet paper, seat covers & my mom had to ask for paper towels. Tables we're not bussed until late that evening way after dinner. We're told it might have been a good idea to hire more staff but 4 at $1,120 should have been enough to at least have toilet paper. Had many complaints from guest about how unkept they were. Also paid $480 in gratuity for bartenders upfront which is required only for there to be 2 tip jars for my guest to tip. Also dessert table was to be replenished by staff. Had at least 200 desserts & not sure what happened to all the rest given the fact that they didn't refill dessert station. With all that said I believe Chalet is a great place to hold your special event if you have the time to pay attention. Was just to busy to bring to anyone's attention the day of. Just be more aware of what you're paying for & making sure you're getting what you pay for.

    The Chalet Event Center was the perfect venue for my wedding reception! I 100% recommend this venue for any event! The venue is beautiful indoors and outdoors. The staff was very friendly and the food was good too! During my venue research, I found The Chalet Event Center to be reasonably priced compared to other venues in the local area.

    I'm so grateful to have met Jaunita and Bosue. I got married at the Chalet Event Center on Jan 15, 2022, and let me tell you it was AMAZING!!!!! The Chalet is a ONE STOP SHOP. Bosue was so professional and treated me like family!!! I would text him with a question and he would respond back in a timely manner. I used their in-house catering and the food was soooooo good people were going back for seconds. The service staff was professional and accommodating. We had hand-passed hors D'oeuvres during cocktail hour and all my guests love that. One of the best parts was we could bring our own alcohol, which SAVED US TONS on money. The bartenders were great and knew when to cut people off ;-). Now let's talk DECORATIONS... Juanita made my wedding magical!!!! she brought it to life. She has an eye and a passion for what she does. I also hired her to be my Day-of-Coordinator and I'm so glad I did. My wedding ran so smoothly and she made it very special. She is so kind-hearted, and passionate, and loves what she does. The pictures I added don't do it justice. If you want to have an epic event go talk to Bosue and Juanita trust me you won't regret it.!!!

    I planned a surprise birthday dinner for my boyfriend & went through Chalet event center for EVERYTHING. venue , decor planning.. you name it. Every penny was worth how beautiful the results came out! Lovely Juanita & Bryanna helped me through the plan up until the party ended. Bryanna stayed in great contact with me & answered every question I had she also helped with event planning , and keeping up with the time line for the party which was so helpful let me tell you!!! Juanita went through the layout with me & also wrote down all my ideas and put it all together. She truly has a beautiful eye for decor! Altogether the party came out to be everything i wanted and more , boyfriend was shocked and so happy , friends were all amazed from how detailed and beautiful this party came out to be! Thank you so much , with all love I will always go through you guys for my parties!

    The Chalet Event Center is gorgeous inside and out! Bosue and his team are super communicative and friendly too. The attached photo is to basically give an idea of what part of the reception area looks like. My husband and I ultimately chose The Chalet Event Center as the venue for our wedding because we were blown away when we first did our initial tour of the place. The venue is also very affordable to rent (and includes a lot of items like tables, chairs, spacious parking, etc.) compared to other venues we checked out. I gave this review four stars instead of five (if I could, it's more like a 4.8/5) only because if you plan to have an event with more than 130+ people, the venue gets a little warm even though the AC was at 70° the whole time. Thanks again, Bosue and team! My partner and I also had a blast dancing with some of Bosue's service staff towards the end of our wedding! :D

    My husband and I got married here on 5/29/2022. We looked at a ton of wedding venues before choosing this location and the Chalet checked all of our boxes. Here are a few reasons why we chose this place and had a great experience getting married there. 1. This is a family-owned business! Bosue the owner is super responsive and really cares about the couples. Most of the staff are a part of the family so they really care about the experience of you and your guests. It really shows in their hospitality and level of service. The bartenders we had (his niece) were so nice and sweet with our guests! And the wait staff were also fantastic. 2. They are super flexible. They allow you to bring your own catering in (but also have their own if needed) and best of all it's BYOB (bring your own booze). This alone was one of the reasons we picked them. Many of the other venues we looked at had food and alcohol minimums that were OUTRAGEOUS. We saved so much money just on that alone by going to Costco and spending $1000 to have a full open bar the entire night for our guests. Other venues would have been at least double that and that's not for beer and wine! 3. The venue is absolutely beautiful, and because of that really doesn't need much to make it come alive (good news for my brides - save a ton on decor). The ceremony area in May was so beautiful because all the roses were in bloom. The reception area is already so beautiful with the chandeliers and draping. 4. The location is great, it's right off the freeway which is convenient.

    The place is beautiful but for a wedding in spring, the place is too hot. The AC is not cool enough. We only had 70 guess.

I was on the planning committee, and was happy we choose this venue. During set up, their staff was there to assist us with tables, table clothes, big displays, podiums, colored napkins to match our school colors and much more, all with good cheer and willingness. We offered attendees a choice of 5 different entrees, and each table was served all at the same time, and first table to last was under 5 minutes. Considering we were a big group (there were 107 of us) they serviced us well. They let us use their bar as a 'no host' bar, and the drinks were good and fairly priced. The food quality really was excellent. It was every bit as good as going to a fine restaurant and ordering off the menu. No one complained about anything, from the filet mignon to the squash ravioli. All of us were quite pleased. They even accommodated a few gluten-free meals and the like. The setting is also quite beautiful. They let us use their big patio right off the dining room for a memorial table and to hang out, and everybody commented on how nice the golf course looked. If you are in need of a nice venue, I would suggest you give them a buzz. Their Events Manager, Joel Chavez took good care of us.

Would have been very upset if I would have shown up with my family to have Mothers Day and turned away, especially coming form Southern CA. Maybe they should advise people who are representing this event, make it clear as to who is invited. The person I spoke to certainly did not. Maybe dodged a bullet though, person I spoke to initially said there was construction or something to that effect going on and it wasnt going to be in the regular clubhouse location.

The second was a beautiful grilled vegetable platter with asparagus, peppers, zucchini, squash, carrots and bread and crackers accompanied with hummus and ranch dip. The table was constantly replenished by Joseph, who also picked up plates and cups and kept the reception area nice and clean. He was an excellent server and very nice. Alan and Lindsay did an excellent job serving our drinks from the bar. The service was great and so was their food.
