The second was a beautiful grilled vegetable platter with asparagus, peppers, zucchini, squash, carrots and bread and crackers accompanied with hummus and ranch dip. The table was constantly replenished by Joseph, who also picked up plates and cups and kept the reception area nice and clean. He was an excellent server and very nice. We originally planned to have an outdoor wedding but with all the rain, we had to shift to an indoor wedding. It was a little strange, for us, to have everyone seated at tables for the wedding ceremony rather than in seats arranged in rows.
