Great instructors.. they are very helpful and knowledgeable. The office personnel on the other hand, not too personable. They do not answer the phone ever, they don't return phone calls. Today 04/17/2023 at approximately 12:20 p.m. I was in the center to obtain information about the classes for the CDL and I left the place with poor attention and discrimination towards me since the lady told me that she could not give me information about prices since I did not speak English, I explained to him that I did not have a high level of English but I knew that the tests were in that language and I was preparing to do it. Simple and simple, her job is to give me information about the school and then I will decide if it is the right one or not. I do not recommend to anybody read more

Good school, with good people. The instructors went out of their way to help train us and make sure we were able to practice. They have a lot of good materials, and they make sure you're set up for success as long as you pay attention and practice. Great environment for veterans, as well! One issue I am having is returning home. I came here in the winter, and so my home state is experiencing poor weather. I told JC and Rebecca to buy me a train ticket instead of a plane. I told them again and again. They ignored my request and bought a ticket on United where I was not allowed to have any kind of carry-on baggage. Not even a backpack, as if I was supposed to check in a backpack like regular luggage. Anyway, the flight was delayed by 5 hours and I'm still trying to figure out if I can keep my few things with me or if I have to surrender them to board. Overall, the return home travel as prepared by the school, has already become miserable. So word to the wise: if they're flying you, do NOT let them buy you a bullshit ticket. They'll get the cheapest ticket that money can buy, and you'll suffer for it. read more

I am not paying $2.000 for a 40 hour training. That im not sure i will pass..specially the pretrip inspection. So they can't work with me till i am successful.. if i dont pass they keep my money..and i walk out without a licence...that is not fair. A school should work with the student till you pass...but thats not the case if you fail you have to pay. $250 to take the text again....thats not fair to students read more

The CDL School examiner very unprofessional and with a bad attitude. I took my test on an UNSAFE 6 speed manual truck. I went for a re-test, road test only. No padding for clutch and break and gas pedal pads in bad shape. It was raining, My left foot kept slipping forward and I brought this to his attention and he told me that that was the truck for the test. Stick for shifting gears had no diagram and when told him he said that a truck driver should know all speeds by heart. He even got stuck in one of the speeds driving truck to their yard. He failed me because I touched the curve with the back tires while making a right turn. I get that part. Since the very beginning of my interaction with this employee I noticed his bad attitude and his lack of professionalism. My appointment was for 9:30 am and and when I told him he could not find me in his papers. When he did, he said that it was for 10:30 am. He even ask me why I was there so early asking him. I started to show him the papers that his own company had given me with the appointment and he said that he didnt care. Imagine my mindset at that point. I do not want to have to think this but all that happened to me made me feel like all these (Including the unsafe truck) was done on purpose to collect another payment and a possible 2 hours on a one on one with an instructor for $400. read more

Worst school to attend, I was sent here by Schneider , the training was so short. They got 10 people waiting in line for one truck. They are quick to schedule you for test even though you're not ready.. I wouldn't recommend this school to anyone. read more

This school is excellent. My husband and his friend attended this school and got jobs straight after finishing. JP helped both of them and he is amazing and make sure you leave knowing everything is need to do and have. I definitely recommend this school. read more

This school is all about stealing from the consumers, they would go out of their way to make one pay for a program and after they get your money they will act as if the consumer's money already belongs to them. In my case I never got to attend training not even 1 hour and cancelled early in the same morning that the training was supposed to start and they only refunded me 62 % of the money I paid imagine that not service was provided whatsoever still they charged me with 750 dollars. For all my fellow military personnel considering this school save your self from this shady school and go some where else. I will soon be filling small claim litigation against them no way they will keep stealing from busy poorly educated truck driver learners. read more

Awesome experience from the moment I met Jorge in West Palm Beach - Lake Worth who went over all the information with me in a clear way with great options. He promptly responded to my texts and emails. Their inspectors were also great. I passed all 3 portions of each test the 1st time. Class A. The local completion offered only 2 options and were much more expensive. Remember you get back all that you put in so give it all that you have the 1st time and you will also pass in round one. I participated in the A180 Troops to Transport program course and really enjoyed it. I got tons of yard/range time and a good amount of on the road time too. The instructors will work with you if you are struggling in a particular skill set. Like any program it is what you make of it. If you listen to instructors and follow their guidance then you should have no problems passing. Yes it is hard work, but again it is what you put into it. I had a great time here at the school and learned quite a bit too. read more
