From the very beginning, Dianne was amazing. She was responsive, friendly, welcoming, and truly understood that I needed to be seen. Her kindness immediately put me at ease and made scheduling so easy. From the moment we walked through the door, every member of the team treated us with genuine warmth. The RDA and the rest of the staff were just as friendly, caring, and professional. Everyone made us feel seen, welcomed, and valued as patients. Dr. Carson was down-to-earth, took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I found myself in desperate need of a new dentist about 1.5 years ago after feeling displeased with my old dentist. I won't go into all of the details but I really knew I needed to find a place where the staff were compassionate and also just an office that was more new age and with the times (updated equipment, comfort, etc). A friend in the dental field recommended Dr. Lanzon and it's been a wonderful experience ever since. Dr. Lanzon is truly so kind and compassionate, I felt at ease right away. The entire team from the front desk staff to all of the hygienist are so so nice and professional. I always feel well cared for and listened to. I grew up having a fear of the dentist or honestly always felt like cleanings and such hurt with other providers. Here my anxiety was high in the beginning but everyone that works here would assure me and listen to my worries, never rushing me or pushing me into a service I was scared of. However, they were always clear and honest on what I needed to get done and helped me get to a place that I could feel comfortable to move forward. Once I overcame some of those deep rooted fears, I've honestly been so impressed with how painless and seamless all of my visits have been. The staff here really are so gentle and they listen to your worries/concerns, adapting as they can to make you comfortable. Through this approach I've gotten all of the work done that I've needed/put off in the past and now my teeth are as good as ever. My teeth and gums are healthier from where they started 1.5 years ago and now I need only preventative cleanings and appointments, feels so nice that I've gotten to this point with their care and support. I've raved about their bedside manner and how great the staff are so I'd also like to just note that this dentist office itself is just also really inviting and comfortable. The decor is modern and cozy. I love walking into a place that doesn't scream "sterile dental office". It's the perfect balance of feeling clean and professional but also warm and inviting. Love that the doctor brings her small little doggie too! For me being a dog lover it Just gives those normal- feel good vibes. I am so grateful I have found this team and Dr. Lanzon to help me with my dental needs. Location is great as it's in old town Camarillo but off the beaten path / down one of the smaller side streets so it's quiet. Plenty of free parking and easy to access. Never too busy inside the waiting room but clearly a nice following of regular clients and long time patients who always seem as cheery as me to go in there. I feel they took advantage of me and did not give me proper dental care because I was on Medicare and using the Delta Care plan. The cleanings lasted about 10 minutes and they never checked for pockets or did any deep cleaning and never recommended any real dental care. They were all about the procedures that cost mega bucks such as implants and crowns. My last experience with them was horrible and the customer service didn't even exist! After spending about $17,000 with them would have expected a better experience. I do not recommend the Torgersens at all or their periodontist referral Morrissette.
