After 10 additional minutes of waiting, I even offered to modify my order to expedite the process, only to be told that such action was unnecessary as the employees were still "reviewing recipe menus." Regrettably, due to the excessive wait time and apparent lack of urgency displayed by your young staff members, I was compelled to cancel my order and leave. It was disconcerting to witness such inefficiency and apparent cluelessness in a business setting. I sincerely hope that you will take this feedback seriously and implement measures to improve your service and staff training to ensure a more pleasant experience for future customers.
