After 10 additional minutes of waiting, I even offered to modify my order to expedite the process, only to be told that such action was unnecessary as the employees were still "reviewing recipe menus." Regrettably, due to the excessive wait time and apparent lack of urgency displayed by your young staff members, I was compelled to cancel my order and leave. It was disconcerting to witness such inefficiency and apparent cluelessness in a business setting. I sincerely hope that you will take this feedback seriously and implement measures to improve your service and staff training to ensure a more pleasant experience for future customers. The person passing them out appeared to have given a coupon to everyone in our area. I innocuously approached him and asked if we could have one as my client was planning to get one (again) after his workout. His response was "no, I can't give you one , he comes in a lot". As a special needs advocate, and small business owner, I find this disgusting. Was the instruction from leadership to seek out new faces only and not to include frequent customers? This is a boy with obvious special needs. As upsetting as this was, (to both of us for different reasons), we won't be coming back. One stop will be more like zero stop from now on.
