My husband and I did a private cooking class and Anne curated the perfect menu for us, expertly tailored to our interests and skill level. Because she also can host private dinners in the space, we were able to arrange for a few of our family members to come and enjoy the dinner we prepared. It was really so fun, and so special, and to be able to have a private indoor dining space is especially great now with COVID. The price for all of it was very reasonable. We're already thinking about when we can come back for another class and/or dinner!

Let me just say that this woman's work and reputation precede her...back in July, I asked for a recommendation to a charcuterie board company in a local FB group...and almost every single person recommended Krewe de Fromage. Well thank goodness for neighbors with amazing taste. Jen has now done three boards for me, including a custom Christmas board and sweets spread (see photo) and they have all been spectacular. Not only is she sweet, friendly and so so punctual with pickup/delivery, she caters to ALL your dietary restrictions. I don't eat pork, and many of my friends don't eat beef, and somehow she finds us the most delicious meats and cheeses every single time. Everything is fresh and HIGH quality. She also has me hooked on her custom (yes she custom makes items for her boards) Jalapeño Honey. I now have a jar in my cabinet that I am absolutely addicted to. If you need an amazing board, grazing table etc look no further. You will absolutely not be disappointed.

Natalie Trento did an outstanding job as our wedding planner. We were recently married on a small…read moreisland off the coast of Maine. We had 150 guests who had to be transported to the island and back via passenger ferry, as well as up and down a relatively car-less island. She did a wonderful job navigating an incredible web of logistics and got everyone where they needed to be. Beyond moving people, she orchestrated the construction of our entire wedding site. We were married in the church on the island (which had beautiful flower arrangements that she created), and the reception was in an open field. She oversaw the assembly of a sail-tent, tables, chairs, dance floor installation, etc. Every item for the wedding had to be brought over on a barge - catering equipment, napkins, vases, spoons, etc. Natalie gracefully negotiated with our numerous wedding vendors to secure fair prices and great service. She also developed the aesthetics for the event - making beautiful flower arrangements and table design. It was an incredible day. We were very impressed, and give our highest recommendation to this rising star in the world of wedding and event planning. If she can pull off an elegant wedding for 150, from the dirt up, on a remote island in Maine, she can do anything. Thank you Natalie Trento Events for giving us the wedding of a lifetime! In addition to amazing week/day-of support, Natalie provided countless hours of work over the course of the year preceeding the wedding. She met with me and my mother to discuss aesthetics and make sure everyone was happy. She even accompanied us on a site visit to Maine (from her base in New York City), to meet vendors, scout the wedding "venue", and simply reassure all of us that it would all be great!

To start, Tamara knocked it out of the park with her initial menu proposal. After just 1 conversation with us, she *got us*; I remember reading her proposal and immediately feeling excited, knowing the food would be incredible! When the big day came we were thrilled; all of our food were things folks are generally familiar with, but *elevated*, customized, and so obviously made by a top tier chef. So hors d'oeuvres like shrimp on a skewer - but Thai and with pineapple; fruit salad - with figs and peaches! For dinner, ravioli - but in browned butter; chicken parm - with a little heat; and filet mignon *to die for*! Desserts - a fruit tart, but apricot, and the best macarons you've ever had. We had so many more things, and literally EVERYTHING was a much better version of what you might normally expect, so some familiarity for guests, but again, BETTER. Our guests were very happy and very impressed! As the bride waiting to make my big entrance, I also got to watch her and her staff work in our kitchen and it was amazing. Tamara is SO friendly and sweet but also is ON her game. Her staff was also incredible - attentive, friendly, and professional; they made our drinks perfectly, kept checking on us to make sure we tried everything, and were amazing all around. Amoraco will be our first choice for future catering needs! Pricing was also so reasonable and budgetable. I can update with photos when I get them - I was so eager to give her great reviews I am doing this before even getting my wedding photos!

The events they have done for me have been mostly off-site... where PP has either dropped off the food or delivered to my client's office and set-up food stations and the beverage stations. They have also stayed onsite for service, food-prep, and cleaning. They all have gone out of their way to accommodate every dietary constraint, location and even my ornery clients were impressed. Now, PP has an event space that I have used for a corporate client and everyone loved it. It's welcoming and warm with a full bar...what is not to love. Have your part(ies) here!…read more We used EDBM to throw a party at The East Wing (Upper East Side) for my daughter's 1st birthday celebration. My wife and I were beyond pleased! They guided us along from the beginning exploratory conversations, through the booking, the food and room setup, to the execution of the event. Wow...they are awesome and they know their stuff! Everything was a smashing success. Special kudos to how they knew all of what to expect too...ie. they were spot on right down to knowing certain foods wouldn't really be eaten as much as others (yes, we went against their advice and yes, we were wrong...lol...but good news is I have tons of leftovers for lunch this week!) Other notes: East Wing is perfect for about 50 people, especially if you need tables and other things laid out in the space. Its well lit but private, their is a bathroom in the room, there are great nooks and crannies to store things (strollers, presents, etc) and the food is both delicious and portioned correctly. We did a lot of research and the way EDBM prices its party packages is by far the best, especially for the nicer ambiance and food quality. They are upfront with all their charges, and at the end of the day, you definitely get more for your money than you would at other places around town of similar size and service. Also, a special kudos to their onsite party host, Lindsay. She is a master party manager, bartender, hostess, problem solver, and generally kind-spirited person. She answered questions, made us comfortable and assisted us in every possible way. Amazing at her job! They all are - Christine, Niki and Brittany. Bravo! We would 100% recommend EDBM to any and all who seek a suggestion for where to have a party.

I can't remember all of the names but I believe there was a Brittany, Christine and I want to say Kate. Our first part of the night we started off at the Gin Mill for dinner. I got to be honest the food was a lot better than what I thought it was going to be. Pasta, Chicken, Steak, potatoes, tator tots, all delicious. Maggie, who was I guess the host of the party was excellent along with our bartender. I cannot remember her name but she was blonde (sorry) and very on top of whatever drinks we needed. I rate everything at this place a 10 Our limo driver Steve who was flat out the man...enough said!!!!! He catered to us as best as he could and went above and beyond. I would definitely have him as a limo driver again. As Steve took us to Down the hatch, the bartenders were there ready to wait on us, and they didn't disappoint. (Maggie called ahead for us!) The one down point of the night was when we ordered wings the staff brought the wings and set them up over on a shelf by the main door. The bouncer came over and asked us to clear the doorway. I understand 100% he was doing his job, but this is where the staff put the wings. I explained to him that we will move out of the way the best we could to not block the doorway, but asked him where were we going to go to eat? I said if you can find us a table I will gladly move. This bouncer had a Dallas Cowboys hat on and, said " you want me to find you a table, not my problem. Okay guy! We left immediately! Guy was just a rude................well you get the point. I called Maggie to explain to her the situation immediately and made sure she knew that we were not out of control, not causing any problems etc.... Next up, 3 sheets saloon. Everything about this place was outstanding. We had a waitress and I can't remember her name, but she was from Australia and she just kept bringing round after round until the open bar time was up! The bouncer Ivan was pretty awesome too. He kept us entertained throughout the night. All in all, the night turned out to be a good time..and I would recommend booking as everything went smoothly with the exception of the bouncer issue, but one guy with an ego, wasn't going to ruin our night.
