An absolute disaster!! The carpet looked much worse after it dried. Then enlisted Allen's Dry-N-Clean hoping they could repair the damage. Matt arrived within the scheduled window. Treated all the many problem areas and proceeded to clean the carpet. He brought the carpet back much farther than I thought possible in about an hour. He was thorough and professional. Price was reasonable. I highly recommend this business and will def use them again!

The technician was very friendly and arrived on time as promised. The price I was quoted over the phone was the exact price I paid when everything was done. For added extras prices are as follows: Deodorizer for carpet: $50 Spray for pests: $50 Which I thought was reasonable given other quotes I received. I also received a text message the day prior to confirm and remind me of the appointment which was helpful. Most importantly the carpet came out great!

The gentleman came to the door and it was obvious that he did not want to do the job. He explained that I was supposed to have vacuum the rug even though the owner, his dad, failed tell me that. The technician hemmed hauled about how he could not do anything with the rugs and with the couch because of the pet hair. I explained to him that I could vacuum but I had to have the rugs clean today due to my son's wedding this weekend. He then asked me to vacuum the couch first, then changed his mind and told me to vacuum the room upstairs. I asked him which one he wanted me to do first. I also asked him if he really wanted to do the job because I was getting a feeling that he didn't want to do it. He really didn't want to do the couch so he went outside and called his dad to talk about it. He came back into the house with his father on speaker I tried to explain what was going on and mid sentence his father tried to interrupt and I told him that Iwas going to finish what I needed to say. He then interrupted me by yelling at me and telling me that he was going to say something and I didn't have a choice and that I was being mean to his son. He said that if I didn't stop being mean to his son then they were not going to do the job and that I had a choice. At no time was I mean to his son, only asking what he wanted me to do first. When his father gave me the ultimatum of either being nice to his son or not have them not do the job, I chose to have them leave. Both the son and the father were both very unprofessional. I should have stuck with my go-to carpet cleaning company.

Ground-in greasy stains everywhere, black dirt trails in the high traffic lanes, and some dog tinkle in a few small places. Some other company had allegedly worked on it beforehand, but it didn't look like they had made any difference. We chose Chem-Dry because we liked their natural/nontoxic soaps, and also because they don't flood the carpet with gallons of water. It's berber, so we wanted to keep the water to minimum. Everyone we spoke with at Chem-Dry was super nice. They arrived on time the next morning. They were friendly, organized, and professional. It was a fun, comfortable afternoon with some great guys who truly seemed to care. They stayed for a long time until they got it perfect. Our carpet was dry by next morning, and the stains did not return. Here we were thinking the carpet had to be trashed, but Chem-Dry literally saved it, good as new. It was absolutely worth every dollar.
