They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and really made sure we understood what was going on with our house. It has been a long and complicated project and it was truly nice to know we were working with someone who knew what they were doing. Even when something unexpected came up during the process, Chris handled it confidently and professionally. He consistently provides fair prices as well. I have never felt like he's trying to overcharge me. The crew worked quickly but carefully, and you can tell they take pride in doing things the right way. They kept the space as clean as possible and were always respectful of our home. I felt like they genuinely cared about fixing the problem, not just getting the job done. Now that the repairs are complete, our home feels safe and solid again -- such a relief. I can't say enough good things about this company. We will definitely hire Chris to do work in the future. If you need trustworthy, skilled people for structural work, I would 100% recommend Chris Richards and Chris's Custom Builds.

Rodney gave us the best bid of the contractors we considered, and his outstanding reviews from previous customers gave us confidence that we were making the right choice. He exceeded our expectations in every way. Rodney and his helper completely transformed our bathroom in just three days, creating a beautiful, modern, state-of-the-art walk-in shower. The workmanship was excellent, the attention to detail was impressive, and the entire project was handled professionally from beginning to end. While he was here, I also asked Rodney to replace the toilets in both of our bathrooms with chair-height, elongated Kohler toilets and install new sink faucets with pop-up drains. Those improvements made a remarkable difference in the appearance and functionality of both bathrooms. We could not be happier with the results. Rodney was dependable, professional, skilled, and easy to work with--and the quality of his work speaks for itself. We have absolutely no complaints and would recommend Full Circle Kitchen and Bath and Rodney McKinney without hesitation. If you're considering a bathroom renovation or other kitchen or bath project, I highly recommend giving Rodney a call. You will be in very good hands!

Rodney partnered with Quality Stone in Virginia Beach, and their service--from selection to installation--was superb. Rodney provided a very fair price and handled every detail, including removing the bar, relocating an outlet, replacing 3 other outlets and installing a new sink and faucet. He even suggested a beautiful backsplash tile and helped me replace a 15-year-old over-the-range microwave with a new Whirlpool at a great price. I have had the privilege of working with Monarch Building on a couple different projects. The first…read morewas adding a deck to the rear of the house in place of the old stone patio. The professionalism, quality of work and attention to detail was fantastic. The second project was a bathroom remodel following a failed remodel done by another contractor only 4 years prior. Tony and Terry came in, assessed the situation and presented a plan on how to take care of everything. Again, the quality of work and attention to detail was beyond reproach. Yes, it was an expensive project, but their work justifies the cost. I will without a doubt, hire Monarch Building for all future projects! If you're in need of a contractor, and one that cares about his clients as well as the quality of work being provided, Tony and Monarch Building should be your go to. Icing on top, Tony and crew will even play with your dogs and set them at ease with them being around doing work on your property.

Monarch was able to repaint the entire interior, replace all the carpet, and convert a combo tile/carpet floor to LVP in the span of three weeks. Their work was excellent quality and Tony was wonderful at coordinating the projects to be sure things were done correctly and in a timely fashion. He was also very practical and made great recommendations that stayed within our budget. We plan on replacing windows in the next couple years, so he advised against any repainting any windows so we wouldn't be paying for them twice. This was our first home and some of these decisions I needed guidance on. Tony and Monarch Building helped us though the process and truly made our home feel like our own.

The result was an entangled mess of damp, heavy, hard to remove roots, lumber, plastic and various other junk. I think a picnic table and half rotten pallet had been washed in there as well. And to add to it, our backyard is at a slope with limited access so everything had to be hoofed up the incline by foot to the street to be hauled away. Nick crushed it.
