UNRELIABLE DUCTS! From their rough installation crew to…read moretheir service techs, to their receptionists.... All unreliable. The rough installation is sloppy... does no one inspect their work?? The service guys had to RE-WIRE my BRAND NEW HOUSE because their rough crew did a half-assed install. Their service guys are unqualified, after FOURTEEN visits to my house, each time they entered something else broke down. The MANY different receptionists they have had over the last 6 months is ridiculous, but apparently they teach them to be condescending with their customers. I had an appointment yesterday, Dec. 9, 2025, for a maintenance call... they DID NOT SHOW UP. When I called perturbed, instead of apologizing for their lack of professionalism, Sherri was condescending... No... that's not the way good customer relations work. In the past 6 months that we have dealt with this company... there is not ONE SINGLE PERSON that still works there now that did then. A business with a revolving door of employment is not a good business at all; they are unreliable. Will they show up for the next scheduled appointment!? And if they do... will the service be adequate or will they, again, leave us with a non-working unit as they have in the past. I have NO TRUST in this company.

I would give zero stars. DO NOT USE THEM! THEY ARE A SCAM…read more Called for dryer vent help because the sensor on the new dryer was showing a code of low airflow. They came out and said they cleaned out the vent and lubricated the flap on the outside vent on the roof, and to call back if the sensor code came on again or if there were any problems. Two days later, the dryer code comes on again. I called the company back and explained to them what was going on with the dryer. When I asked if there would be a charge. The company explained the service call was still under warranty, and there would be no charge for them to come back out again. They offered to schedule an appointment to send someone to check the dryer vent. The appointment was scheduled on a specific date and time. The appointment date and time came around, and no one called or showed up for the scheduled appointment. I called them and was told they were running behind; however, someone would be out. I was told by the guy who answered the phone that the technician would call when they were on their way. No one ever showed up. No call, no show, no nothing. Total rip off! Horrible customer service. The person who picks up the phone sounds illiterate. Called another family-owned business and had them come out. I told them what happened. They Roto-Rootered the dryer vent and said a lot came out. They checked the roof vent flap and said the vent was opening fine.

I saw their page in an ad magazine. $129 for Air Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning. This appears to be…read morea "bait and switch" operation. They lure you in with what appears to be a good deal and then try to sell you much more expensive services and products that you probably don't need. They didn't clean my air ducts because they thought there might be some mold in them, although they didn't look inside the attic or in any of the registers, only in the air handler where there were a few tiny spots of what could have been mold. They tried to sell me a UV light system for my a/c unit as well as a cleaning and disinfecting of my ducts that would cost WAY more than the advertised $129. I didn't buy any of it and ended up just paying them $99 for cleaning the dryer vent.

BAIT & SWITCH!!!!!! Not much company info online, advertised in a local magazine. $99 or $130 turns…read moreinto 5 grand quick with a cute discount ;) (like they're doing you a favor)! The reason it's a bait and switch is b/c you just want a cleaning, so you set up an appointment for them to do the service based on the ad price but once they get to your home and poke around, they tell you it's far more serious than a cleaning and you need all these other tact on charges. That is what drives the cost up. You're more vulnerable if you have children or a health condition. So, you're more likely to pay the price just to solve the problem. There are signs to look for when it comes to choosing the right company, I suggest you do further research and Always get a second opinion, and it won't hurt to get a third if need be. A reputable company will charge around $300- 1k for air duct cleaning service, NOT $130. $5k is astronomical (unless it's severe or damaged, but still seems over priced to me but I could be wrong.) Also, this job should take at least 2 hours to complete. If it takes less than that there may be a problem. The equipment they use must be industrial grade. (Did not get service done with them so this is not a review on performance!) Final thought: Property taxes, food, gas prices and all other costs of living is constantly increasing; the fact that people are struggling to survive and have to deal with opportunist like this is so disheartening. Integrity these days is few and far between. This is why I'm making this review, to hopefully help someone save time, sanity and money! Beware, take care! God bless! **********Quick red flags review*********** *Anything under $300! *Takes Under 2 hours! * Lack of Company Info! *You get quoted or option to finance! * If they are pushy or persistent! Ps. Never give any sensitive financial or personal info to any random company to pay for a service. If you did give this info, call all the credit bureaus and put a credit lock on your account.
