I was quoted a price while I am booking the carpet clean service,…read morewhen technician saw the carpet, the price became 60% higher since he saw stains and heavy traffic area which need extra treatment, I wanted to cancel and get more bids from other companies, but the owner told me I can not cancel, I either just do the original "normal" clean ( which doesn't guarantee result) or do the higher priced appropriate (or recommended) cleaning. I finally just gave in to the higher price version of cleaning, later feel being forced into this transaction, and being ripped off. The technician did just a little longer than one hour of work and left. They charged me almost $400 for it. My question is : when I know the price of the service which is different from being told originally, why I can not cancel ??? So customer be aware, the price they quote you when booking can be significantly higher, once you booked and technician came to your house, you are locked in to use their service ! Amy was nice and did a good job but unfortunately the person with her held her back because she took so long (3 hours to clean 2 tiny bathrooms that looked clean from the start just needed a wipe down and sanitizing). Will not hire again.
