Worst service ever! Beware! I cried when I saw my dog Peachy…read moreafter grooming here. I waited 8 days for my appointment with Robert. When I arrived, he had me sign a form saying I had no complaints -- now I understand why. When Peachy was brought out, I was in complete shock. She was shaved down to the skin, uneven everywhere, with clumps of fur sticking out. Her face was chopped at different lengths, ears cut in random patches. Turns out it wasn't even Robert who groomed her -- it was someone named Isabella. Peachy has been shaking for days, freezing, and looks absolutely terrible. This was supposed to be a VIP $91 service, and they didn't even apologize. Sadly, I believe this bait-and-switch practice is common at this Petco. I showed them photos of how Peachy is usually groomed -- the difference is heartbreaking.

do not recommend this store!!! i have two leopard geckos…read morewhich i bought a year ago from this store, but mostly i would call that i rescued them. Overall, if you will take a closer look, the cages for guinea pigs, parrots, reptiles is so small and dirty. Almost a safety hazard. Also, they even had a dead body of leopard gecko, which was already laying there for a long time. They use sand for tanks, which can cause to severe injuries and death for specific reptiles, especially leopard geckos. I hope many people will see my review and will avoid this store. I do recommend rescuing animals from there, because that's painful to see.

Our family is so incredibly happy to have found Roland for dog training. By the first time we met…read morehim, our family and dog knew right away this was the person we wanted to help acclimate our new puppy into the family. All of his training is done with care and commands. No tugging or rough treatment to get the dog to obey. In a couple of at home classes our dog surpassed all of our expectations. Also Rolan was gracious enough to give us tips and tricks to teach our dog Harry new commands and tricks by ourselves which is great for continued training at home. Service was excellent. Always punctual. Always kind. Our dog sits, stays, walks next to use, great off leash, great with our kids (even the 2yr old), recall is on point, fetches, rolls over, door behavior is exceptional. Now all I have to do is train him to fetch me a beer!!! You won't regret hiring Rolan to train your dog. You'll love him and most importantly your dog will love him.

I'm extremely disappointed with our experience and feel other dog owners should be aware…read more We brought our healthy toy Cavapoo in for grooming after calling ahead about timing. I was told it would take about 1-2 hours, so I planned my day around that. After waiting the full time, I had to call them because no one contacted me, only to be told I'd need to wait another hour on top of what I was originally told. The lack of communication and misleading time estimate was frustrating and unprofessional. The bigger issues came after. Shortly after the visit, my dog developed kennel cough and was sick for nearly three weeks -- coughing, uncomfortable, and clearly miserable. She had not been around other dogs prior to this appointment. We also noticed immediate coat damage. Her fur texture changed completely -- it became rough, wiry, and dry instead of soft like it had always been. The coat was also discolored only at the tips while the roots remained normal, which points to product or heat damage during grooming. This was not a gradual genetic change; it happened right after her appointment. So in one visit we experienced: * Poor communication and inaccurate timing * A dog that became sick * Visible coat damage that will take months to grow out We trusted this place with our dog's health and deeply regret it. Grooming should never result in a dog leaving sick and physically affected like this. Pet owners, please be cautious.

Karla, You are incorrect. You declined the $50 credit when…read moreI tried to apply it to a grooming session. You are outright LYING. To make it right you would need to refund me that money that you overcharged me and not DEMAND that it be applied to a service I was not intending to re-book. In addition, the dog's ear was not "nicked", it was SLICED and the vet was unable to rectify the situation without anesthesia due to the pain my dog had when trying to remove the hair from the laceration. I understand you trying to minimize this to not look bad to other dog owners, but in my 30 years of owning dogs and bringing them to groomers, this has NEVER happened to me and I have never been robbed of my money like this.
