I called CarCare today and was told they would have to do it next week, so I looked up companies in my area who worked on Mercedes. This company was listed. I gave the owner of this company info on what CarCare had given me, and he immediately told me it wasn't the thermostat. To look at my car he told me it would cost 109.00. He calls me and tells me it was my thermostat. He wanted to charge me over 600.00 to replace a thermostat. What a rip off. Then he charges me $3.75 for using my credit card and doesn't even tell me so I could pay w a check.
