If I could give zero stars I wouldI only ordered online once and I will NEVER do it again NEVER Their system took my unit out of my address but I noticed it and I changed it within 12 hours on a Saturday which is outside of business days as well as sent an email to their customer service. So my package wasn't even going to be shipped until Monday But but somehow it wasn't caught and ... I finally got an email back from them around 11am Monday. See attached pictures of the email... Simple story: I purchased a high end laser water pipe (Hitoki) which came with a defective viewing lens, without whoch the laser would blind me and give me skin lesions. I contacted the company, only weeks after using the pipe, as instructed, cleaning it as instructed, because distress shattering was occuring in the viewing lens making it incredibly unsafe, with no real cause except for defective glasswork. After requesting help, with my two week old defective $480.00 lassr pipe I received this email: Hello Sorry to hear about this problem.. We can't get any Replacement parts for these.. and the manufacture handles all there warranty Claims Here is there website .. Hitoki: Trident - Laser vaporizer smoking device I wish we could offer more help regarding this but there isn't anything we can do on our end.. " I don't think I'll ever hear back from Hitoki, despite having contacted them. I am so annoyed with Canvape! I've been ordering vape accessories, devices and DIY supplies from them since February 2019. On May 26, 2021 I bought some supplies and a SMOK RPM80. I really like the vape, so on May 31st., I ordered another because I like to have one charging while I'm using the other one. (Are there "chain vapers"? Well, I'm one). On June 30, 2021, I emailed Canvape to say that one of the vapes stopped working. They asked me to provide them with an image of the front of the packaging with the image of the RPM80, and one of the serial number located on the sticker with two QR Codes. I responded that There were no images or QR codes on the packaging. It's a plain white box that has SMOK stamped in silver. They said that it was on the SLEEVE of the box. Who keeps the sleeve? The box yes, BUT THE SLEEVE? So the fact that I've been a long term customer who throws garbage out means that I'm stuck with a lemon and Canvape does not feel obliged to help me out.
