Awful. My boyfriend purchased a istick 30 watt, and a joytech delta 2. Within a few weeks both were malfunctioning so he wrote an email to Vapemeet with some questions about the products. He did not receive a response. We went to the location a couple weeks later and were turned away because it was over 3o days. They also said there was no record of his purchase in their system, even though my boyfriend was able to verify all purchases. When he explained that an email was sent, the excuse provided by the staff was that they were "too busy" to respond. He has only had the istick for a few months, and it has now completely stopped working. I am not one to normally write reviews, but after this experience we were both disappointed. Waste of money and extremely poor customer service on behalf of the management of vapemeet. (Side note - the manager would not get up to come speak to us. But the employee that we spoke to was understanding and empathetic, although he was unable to provide a solution without the approval of a manager.) read more

I don't really have any complaints about VapeMeet. It's a vape store, not much to say. It's a little more nicely decorated than other vape stores, but it is just as big as most big chain vape stores out there. Great customer service, always welcome you with a smile here and always seem genuinely happy to help. It's a good hour and a half from me, but I'm here once a month since my fiance enjoys a certain ejuice that can only be found here at Vapemeet. And I don't protest, great staff, always clean, always have stuff in stock, no complaints. Even got free drinks and sometimes snacks at back corner of the store. read more

A different type of new. Went in not planning on getting anything just wanted to check it out. Same mods as anywhere, but what made it different was the environment. Coming from Toronto into Brampton the vibe is totally different in a good way. The staff was friendly and helped me out. They got booth tables so you can acutally lounge out. They got there juice list on ipads which was cool never seen that. And he recommended "OMC" from Toronto Juice co. Something like that, and it was okayy nothing special. But another staff member wanted me to try his own juice he mixed. I tried it and it was amazing. He mixed the flavors for me and off I went. Just recently got into vaping as a way to quit smoking... so far, so good ! Vapemeet is a really great store with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Helped me into a new, higher watt mod, and tank, and I love the combo. Vapemeet also has a few lines of their own juice that I've tried, including #I AM, peach.... very sweet peach taste, low on clouds, but high on flavour. OMC "Oh My Custard" is outstanding, and I think it's one of their top sellers, just perfect ! Happy to be a repeat customer. If you're thinking of quitting smoking, try vaping, and if you're a heavy smoker (like I was) consider a mid-range watt mod, like 50 watts (or more). The skinny starters (for me) don't really come close to the smoking experience, and if you're trying to quit, you want something with some kick. I'm no expert ! VapeMeet has really come up in terms of local vape stores. The guys at the counter are friendly and helpful - if they don't have what you're looking for, they're even willing to help you find it elsewhere. They also make their own juices, many of which have great flavor - I was a fan of their Slurm before it was discontinued, and their OMC (Oh My Custard) is a staple :) For third-party, the juice selection they have rotates often, which may disappoint some, but the awesome side is that there's always something new. For equipment, they have a great selection of clones, authentics, and accessories. These guys have first-hand experience with most of the products they carry, so they have good, honest information to back their items up. If they had an experience that doesn't fit their preference, they'll sincerely advise you about it. Plus they have a fully-equipped build station that anyone can use - including an ultrasonic cleaner! The lounge is huge, and they've hosted a number of events. Definitely a great place to check out if you're starting, or to chill if you've been in the scene for a while. read more

This place is wicked! There juice is absolutely amazing, they have a pretty good selection of products and the staff if really kind a knowledgable. I really enjoy Vapemeet - this is usually my go to store for juice. They have a wicked Top 10 selection. I've been there in total only about 6 or 7 times, each time I'v gotten good service except for the last time- a big part of one of the reasons why I like vapemeet is because you can go relax and try some juices without being rushed or looked at (I always make a purchase). It's a very chill vibe. Last time I was there i was being helped by a guy I'v never seen before, basically he asked me over and o and over again if I had made my decision. I was getting annoyed and didn't end up makiing a final choice. Other then that I really enjoy the people there. read more

Went here for the first time and found the vast variety of juices a little overwhelming, I am used to the smaller shops. I did enjoy being able to try any juice I was curious about and the staff were delightful. I will surely be back again! read more

when I first started vaping, I went there. the lady I talked to was very nice, explained everything, and ended up buying the whole kit and 5 bottles of the house juices for a bulk discount. went back a while later after being in and out of the store, and upgrading to better mods, looking to trade in my loyalty reward points, as by then I was sure I'd racked up quite a few of them. only they'd changed loyalty rewards systems and everyone had lost their points. and they'd never even bothered to send out an e-mail about this. and they've done this to me multiple times. plus it seems like all the newer people they hire just kind of get progressively shittier at customer service. last time I was in there, I was trying out a few juices at the sample desk, and hit one with a burnt coil. while hacking up half a lung, I wave at a clerk and unscrew the tester from my mod and tell him it's time for a change on that one. the guy gives me grief about it and says I must have done something wrong to burn it. because the other five I tested were fine, but mysteriously I did something tragically wrong this time. also, some of the clerks have this annoying habit of blowing giant clouds of vape right next to the sample stations. like thanks man, now all I can smell is your stuff. not helpful. sad to see a decent store get so lazy with success. read more

Very unprofessional owners. The company has had a whole host of technical website problems, late delivered orders, and most recently cancelled their loyalty program. When I spoke to a junior administrative girl (which was a challenge since their phone system doesn't work properly) she got flustered when I asked what happened to the points I'd accrued that the company wiped out. She wasn't properly trained in customer service and said I'd "screamed" at her which was a total exaggeration. So an owner Sabrina then got on the phone and without any concern for me as a customer, started screaming at me. It was so unprofessional and shocking I hung up. Apparently the other two owners just stood there listening to Sabrina and did nothing. I know this because I wrote a review about it, and one of the owners Joey went on line and attacked me in a page long rant, calling me names and belittling me. Apparently honest customer feedback isn't welcome, and customer care doesn't exist. Shop there at your own risk. read more
