As I sit on my balcony this cool autumn day, I'm enjoying a cigar I purchased Monday from The Wee Smoke shop located in the city center of Brampton. Located just a short walk away from the Rose Theatre, I was thrilled to come upon this place which has serviced the smoking needs of Brampton locals for 160 years!!! As smoking (and what we smoke) has changed over that period of time, so to has The Wee Smoke shop. What was once a small tobacconist no bigger than the width of a a doorway, has expanded over the century and a half of its existence to a large bright shop with a rather unassuming entrance. I'll stop here for a moment and say that I am not a smoker (in case mom is reading) but I do casually enjoy a good quality cigar, a shared bowl of shisha in a hookah or even the recently released in Canada SNUS packet. TWSS caters to all of those needs plus cigarettes and lottery (which is the main part of their business for the local business/municipal government employees. Now for those of you wondering, what about the other OTHER smoking appliances, and accessories. Well, I'd encourage you to visit, they've got more bongs, pipes, e-cigarettes, and vaporizers than you could use in a lifetime. All beautifully displayed in bright glass cabinets which surround the store. Definitely a smokers/head shop nerds heaven! For my money, I wanted to show my appreciation to the business owner who took time to explain how to revitalize my failing home humidor by taking instructions out of another humidor and photocopying them for me, by purchasing a treat for myself --a Romeo And Juliet No.1 Cigar! Priced competitively it was fresh and kept perfect for my purchase and deciding to enjoy it this afternoon was a rare treat. My thanks to the staff and owner for their expert customer service and taking the time to chat with me. This is not just a spot to grab a pack of smokes, this is a place for a person who enjoys a good smoke to have a experience. read more

Great staff and customer service. Very helpful and welcoming. Love this place, great location in DT Brampton.

The staff and manager of this store are amazing, well educated on all products they sell. The store is very clean and doesn't smell of smoke. It has discreet parking in the rear of the building a few steps to their front door. I highly recommend this store to anyone read more

Amazing customer service, friendly staff and a huge selection for all of your smoking needs at very fair prices. I've discovered this shop a few months ago and I just keep coming back. I am very impressed with the high level of customer service I have received from both the owner and the staff; there's a reason why I'll drive 30 mins+ to go to this store instead of finding somewhere closer to me. They take the time to explain everything and find products that will suit your needs. If there's an issue, the owner and staff will take care of it with no hassle. I honestly cannot recommend this location enough. read more

We were looking for cigars. They don't even sell cigarettes. They do sell stuff, but it is to help you consume other stuff. Buyer beware.

Called to get a price for the Pax 2. Was quoted a great price, immediately drove down to the store, suddenly the price had gone up by $22. They refused to honour the quoted price. Store was clean, and well maintained, though. read more

Unfortunately I have to update my review. This shop sold me a defective battery that drains within 3 hours of being fully charged. I returned with it less than a week after purchase and they refused to exchange it. I was told I had to deal with the company through warranty. I will not be back. Customer service FAIL. read more

This wee shop has it all for the smoking afecionados. Picked up a vapourizer as a gift for hubby & was so impressed with the personal service provided. There were numerous vaping choices but with some guidance I was able to find the perfect gift. read more

Do NOT buy from this store! They are nothing but low life thieves!! I purchased a vaporizer for this store got home and dos not even turn on the screen was black. Went back immediately within 30 Minutes and they turned me away saying that I had to take it up with the manufacturer. No refunds or exchanges. I was not looking for a refund, I just wanted to exchange the vaporizer for one that works. The wee spoke shop has no consideration for their customers and absolutely no customers service! They have lost me as a customer and I will make sure to mention my experience to as many people as possible. RESPONSE: I will never go back to your store because the 2nd time I was at your store to try to exchange the device your employees did not help me and ended up being rude and screamed out for me never to come back. And when I did return the 2nd time it was 20 minutes from me buying the device. I had not used it as mentioned to your staff because it did not turn out. If you valued your customers and wanted to keep my loyalty, your staff should have helped me and not told me that there was nothing they could do for me. That is unacceptable. read more

I actually only signed up to Yelp to write this review. I went into the Wee Smoke Shops because of the location proximity that I saw on Yelp. I had done my research regarding an item I had wanted to purchase for a friend. I called the number listed by Yelp and they indicated that the product was there so I went to investigate. On arrival I located the item thinking it would have been the same price as some of the other areas downtown. I was a little disappointed that their price was $25 more than everywhere else. I had offered to purchase the product for the same price advertised at a few of the other competitors. I understand if it is store policy to not match prices offered bye competitors. I could respect that! When I inquired about the price, they made me feel as if I was lying to them even though I had given them several local website that they could have checked out on their own and verified. The young lady behind the counter then said to me, "you can take your business and travel downtown if you are williing to make the communte or get them to ship it to you. This is our price and that's what we sell it for" in front of the other customers it was done in a very disrespectful way. I immediately left the store to write my review. Bottom line is: if you want poor customer service, non competitive pricing and a lack of customer appreciation then this is the store for you. This store gets one star ONLY because they had what I was looking for. read more
